After considering it for a while, the middle-aged woman figured that the two young men were just trying their luck and didn't know much about the products, so she figured she could fool them and get some good stuff.

She made a gesture.

The middle-aged woman nodded. Knowing that these young people had a hard life, she added a little more money: "Okay, seeing how hard you've worked, I'll add a little more."

"Five yuan, any more would be really not worth it," the middle-aged woman insisted. She felt that the price was fair enough, since five yuan could buy quite a lot for a family.

Li Mu and Tian Xiaohu exchanged a glance. This was already a good price, considering they were just amateur hunters and were lucky to have sold their animals.

Li Mu nodded in agreement: "Okay, big sister, we accept the price you offered."

The middle-aged woman smiled with satisfaction, took out five crumpled one-yuan bills from her pocket, and handed them to Li Mu. She continued, "You young people are really capable; you managed to catch such good rabbits so early in the morning."

Tian Xiaohu was delighted to hear this. He scratched his head and said modestly, "Grandpa, you flatter us. We just had nothing to do, so we came out to stretch our muscles."

Seizing the opportunity, Li Mu cleared his throat and shouted to the passersby: "Fresh wild rabbits, freshly caught fish, delicious meat, fair prices! Don't miss out!"

His voice was loud and penetrating, attracting the attention of several passersby. It was the first time Tian Xiaohu had done this, so he was a little embarrassed and timid, squatting to the side arranging the fish and rabbits.
