Tokyo Skytree.

A tower over 600 meters high.

Erii hugged Ye Jingchen tightly around the waist, looking down at the scene below.

The dazzling lights of Tokyo were perfectly reflected in Erii's pupils, making her eyes look like a sky full of stars.

Ye Jingchen maneuvered Wuming, circling and spiraling upwards around the Tokyo Skytree, exuding unparalleled elegance!

The silver saddle illuminates the white horse, rustling like a meteor.

We arrived at the top of Tokyo Skytree.

Ye Jingchen maneuvered Wuming, hovering it at the edge of the tower top.

The top of Tokyo Skytree, the highest point in Tokyo, is covered in pristine white snow.

Ye Jingchen pulled Erii down from the nameless tower and stood steadily on the top, overlooking the entire Tokyo.

Looking around, Tokyo at night is a kaleidoscope of colors—red, yellow, green…

Red lights are mostly signage lights on the rooftops of buildings.

Yellow light is the most prevalent, mostly from the lights in people's homes.

The green light that appeared and disappeared on the street was mostly from traffic lights.

Ye Jingchen noticed that Erii was holding his small hand with a bit more strength, and looked at Erii and said softly, "What's wrong, Erii? Are you afraid of heights?"

Erii took out her small notebook, removed the white leather glove from her right hand, and prepared to write.

Ye Jingchen snatched the notebook from Erii's hand, closed it, and put it in his pocket.

"There's no one else here. Erii can talk, so it's alright." Ye Jingchen gently stroked Erii's soft, red hair.

Erii's red eyes instantly welled up with tears. She rubbed her eyes and tentatively asked in a low voice, "Ye-kun, is it really okay? Can Erii really speak?"

Ye Jingchen reached out and cupped Erii's small face, wiping away the tears that were about to fall from the corners of her eyes with his thumb. "Really, it's okay. Talking to me is fine. Are you afraid of heights?"

"Eri isn't afraid of heights. When she's with Ye-kun, Erii isn't afraid of anything!" Erii shook her head and turned to look down at the entire city of Tokyo. "I just think that Tokyo at night is so beautiful."

“It is indeed beautiful,” Ye Jingchen raised his sword finger, and Wuming sheathed his sword. “Eri, we should get down to business. Let’s build a snowman, the tallest snowman in Tokyo.”

Erii nodded and smiled, clenching her fist. "Hi!"

The two were at Tokyo Skytree.

They piled the snow together and started building a snowman.

In no time, a plump snowman, over a meter tall, was built.

Ye Jingchen clapped his hands. "Eri, we've finished building the snowman!"

“Wait a minute!” Erii looked at the extra pile of snow, squatted down in front of the snow pile, and built a small snowman about 20 centimeters tall next to the big snowman.

After she finished stacking them, she stood up with satisfaction, clapped her hands, and looked at her masterpiece.

Erii had just quietly written the character "叶" (leaf) on the large snowman and the character "梨" (pear) on the small snowman. Under the cover of night, these two characters were not easily noticed.

Ye Jingchen looked at the small, exquisite snowman and patted Erii's head. "Not bad, Erii knows how to conserve snow!"

“No!” Erii shook her head, looking into Ye Jingchen’s eyes. “Erii wants the big snowman to stay with the little snowman and never abandon the little snowman.”

Ye Jingchen looked into Erii's emotionally charged red eyes and nodded, "Yes, the big snowman will not abandon the little snowman."

Erii hugged Ye Jingchen, burying her head in his chest, her voice barely audible, "Really?"

"real."

Ye Jingchen gently patted Erii's back.

"Clap clap clap!" A round of applause.

Erii and Ye Jingchen turned their heads to look behind them at the same time.

A man carrying a floral paper umbrella, dressed in a theatrical costume, and bearing a resemblance to Genjiro, appeared behind us at some point. Genjiro.

He gripped the umbrella handles with both hands, tilted his head slightly upward to look at the night sky, and said, "It's so touching, like a romantic teen idol drama, building a snowman together on the tall Tokyo Skytree."

Ye Jingchen roughly guessed who he was, and pulled Erii to sit on the edge of the Skytree, swinging his legs.

Smiling, she asked, "Excuse me, are you Kazama Ruri right now?"

A flicker of surprise crossed the man's eyes, then he nodded. "Yes."

Ye Jingchen patted the seat next to him, "Come sit down and enjoy the view of Tokyo at night from the highest point in Tokyo."

“Okay.” Kazama Ruri smiled, held up an umbrella to shield herself from the snow, and walked over slowly. They sat down together on the edge of the Skytree.

Erii sized up this complete stranger, a person who seemed both unfamiliar and familiar, and whispered in her ear, "Ye-kun, he looks like my brother."

Ye Jingchen patted Erii's head and said with a smile, "Erii, you should just call her brother."

"Oh," Erii touched the spot on her head where she had been patted, and smiled at Kazama Ruri, saying, "Onii-chan!"

When Kazama Ruri heard Erii call him "brother," he hesitated for a moment. He knew that this girl was the eldest daughter of the Snake-Headed Eight Family. The King had just ordered all the Oni to search for this girl with all their might, but he didn't expect her to be hiding here.

He replied with a smile, "Eri, nice to meet you! Please take care of me!"

Ye Jingchen pondered Kazama Ruri's amusing ideas, and an idea came to him. He sighed, "Alas, such a beautiful day should be used to compose poems and cultivate one's character. I don't want to talk about those things."

But the biggest mistake in life is missing out.

I fear that if you miss this opportunity to speak, it will become a permanent mistake.

As he spoke, Ye Jingchen looked sincerely at Kazama Ruri.

Kazama Ruri's curiosity was piqued by Ye Jingchen, but he still held back and turned to look at the brightly lit city below. "I used to be here all alone. Whenever I felt lonely, I would come here."

Ye Jingchen was once a top diplomat. When he heard Kazama Ruri say those words, he knew there was something going on. He waited quietly for Kazama Ruri to continue.

If there's no chance, the other party usually won't bother with you.

as predicted.

Kazama Ruri put away his paper umbrella and accompanied Erii and Ye Jingchen as they walked in the snow. His fair skin was as white as snow. "It's fate that you two are here today. Tell me about it."

"You must already know the contents of the 'Amnesty Plan,' right?" Ye Jingchen glanced at Kazama Ruri's expression.

“Ryoma (Sakurai Kogure) has already presented it to me for review,” Kazama Ruri quietly gripped the umbrella handle, which was also the hilt of a sword. “If you’re going to talk about the issue of surrendering to the emperor, then I’m not too keen to hear it!”

Hidden inside the ribs of this floral paper umbrella is a slender knife named "Fine Snow".

As Ruri Kazama drew her sword, the blade of the fine snow reflected the cold glint of moonlight.

"I've gone to great lengths for your family!" Ye Jingchen said resentfully, sensing the killing intent, and looked directly at Kazama Ruri. "Kazama Ruri, I devised this plan entirely for you!"

Upon hearing this, Kazama Ruri frowned instantly, then quietly sheathed his sword. "Oh?"

Erii's Diary:

"On October 10.29th, Ye Jun and I built a snowman on the Tokyo Skytree. Ye Jun said he would never abandon me. I also met a brother. I was very happy."
