The sound of the door opening made Jiang Ye pause with his chopsticks, and he turned to look at the living room door.

As the door slowly opened, sunlight streamed in, casting shadows of the two people.

Jiang Ye is still in a weakened state and cannot use his senses to detect who is outside.

"Ono, go check if any guests have arrived."

Liu Su then spoke.

Jiang Ye said "Oh," his joy at seeing his parents again making him temporarily lose his ability to think about anything else.

When he reached the door, it was fully open.

The three people inside and outside the door stared at each other for a moment, and then they were all stunned.

"Lin Qiye, Li Yifei?" Jiang Ye was taken aback, but it made sense.

Lin Qiye lived right across from him, and Li Yifei, dressed as a caregiver, must have been summoned by Lin Qiye from the hospital.

Lin Qiye and Li Yifei were stunned when they saw Jiang Ye.

"Eno!?"

Li Yifei was somewhat shocked, and when he looked at the furnishings inside the room, which were completely different from those in other wards, he was even more stunned.

He had seen other wards, all of which were simply and standardly furnished, but Jiang Ye's ward was like an old-fashioned building, exuding warmth everywhere.

Compared to Li Yifei's shock, Lin Qiye stood like a statue, his eyes glistening as he looked at Jiang Ye standing in the ward.

He remembered Merlin's words: they would meet again, but in a different place... This place turned out to be the hospital.

The three of them stood there in silence.

"Ono, who's outside?"

It wasn't until his mother Liu Su's voice reached Jiang Ye's ears that he snapped out of his daze and turned to say, "Mom, they're our neighbors."

Then, Jiang Ye turned to the two of them and smiled.

"It's New Year's Eve today, come in and have dinner together."

Li Yifei and Lin Qiye were taken aback. They exchanged a glance, looked at the steaming food on the dining table inside the room, pondered for a moment, and then slowly nodded.

With a smile on his lips, Jiang Ye moved two stools for the two of them and sat down at the dining table again.

He looked at his mother, Liu Su, and introduced, "Mom and Dad, this is Lin Qiye, and this is my former classmate, Li Yifei."

Looking in the direction Jiang Ye pointed, his mother Liu Su nodded with a smile.

Lin Qiye and Li Yifei looked at Jiang Ye with slight doubt in their eyes.

Lin Qiye seemed to sense something and smiled, "Auntie, Happy New Year."

Li Yifei stared wide-eyed at Lin Qiye, then slowly lowered his head.

After thinking for a moment, he slowly looked at Jiang Ye and asked hesitantly, "Jiang...Jiang Ye, can I ask you a question?"

"What?" Jiang Ye looked at him with a smile.

"Since we came in... who have you been talking to?"

Jiang Ye froze, his smile slowly fading.

The lively atmosphere at the dinner table suddenly became as still as stagnant water.

Jiang Ye's face was ashen, and his body trembled slightly. "I..."

"I'm talking to my parents..."

"Huh? Where are your parents?" Li Yifei glanced at one side of the dining table. "Isn't it just the three of us here?"

Jiang Ye's eyes trembled as he looked at the spot where his parents had been sitting, but it was empty... In his vision, his parents' smiles lingered in the space, slowly dissipating.

His eyes instantly became incredibly empty, and beads of sweat slid down Jiang Ye's forehead.

Snapped!

"No, this is impossible..."

Jiang Ye suddenly stood up from his seat, causing all the food on the table to tremble.

He grabbed Li Yifei's nurse's collar with both hands, his eyes bloodshot. "How could there only be the three of us? My parents were sitting there just now, and my mom even put food on my plate."

He clutched his cotton-padded coat, saying, "Look, my mom helped me put this on."

Then, Jiang Ye pointed to the dining table with trembling hands, "This was all made by my mother, did you see? It's all my favorite dishes, did you see?!"

"Jiang... Jiang Ye, I saw it." Li Yifei was frightened by Jiang Ye's somewhat erratic behavior and said helplessly, "I just wanted to ask, seeing you talking to yourself..."

"I wasn't talking to myself; I was talking to my mom. She was just sitting here, and she smiled at me and showed concern for me!"

Jiang Ye roared almost at the top of his lungs.

With tears welling in his eyes, he looked at Lin Qiye beside him and said, "Lin Qiye, you should have seen it when you came in. My mom is sitting here, and my dad is sitting right across from you, right?!"

Lin Qiye's eyes were filled with complicated emotions. He grabbed Jiang Ye's arm and said with great heartache, "Jiang Ye... you're sick."

Jiang Ye's eyes narrowed. "Sick!? I'm not sick. My parents were just sitting here. My dad takes my New Year's money every year on New Year's Eve. He clearly..."

He looked at the empty seats, and his excited words suddenly stopped...

The old, cozy decor of the hospital room suddenly shattered like glass.

Bang!

As the blue and white divine light from Jiang Ye's finger ring disappeared, all the illusory scenes were immediately covered with spider web-like cracks, and then with a crisp sound, they turned into countless blue and white light spots.

The disappearance of the blue and white light spots returned the ward to its original state, which was extremely cold.

Lin Qiye and Li Yifei were stunned. Was all of this an illusion?

Jiang Ye lowered his head, looking at the ring on his finger, his pupils suddenly contracting.

All things can manifest as other things, and you can judge the authenticity of these manifestations, but they cannot manifest as people...

The introduction to the conceptualization of the origin of all things echoed in Jiang Ye's mind.

He stood there, stunned.

"No, no!" Jiang Ye trembled all over, his empty eyes staring at the door of the ward.

He suddenly strode towards the door.

"Jiang Ye!" Lin Qiye chased after him with a look of worry on his face.

Bang!

The ward door slammed against the wall. Jiang Ye ran to the second-floor corridor and saw a monkey wearing a golden robe and drinking fruit wine on one side, as well as different kinds of mysterious figures dressed in nursing uniforms below.

Jiang Ye froze, gripping the railing with both hands, his body slowly and weakly squatting down.

He knew this was the Gods' Mental Hospital in Lin Qiye's consciousness, and he really... was sick!

Jiang Ye curled up against the railing, burying his head in his knees.

"No, no, Mom and Dad didn't disappear, they're still here..."

Tears fell drop by drop onto the stone floor.

At this moment, Lin Qiye stood in front of Jiang Ye, looking at the once incredibly powerful Jiang Ye who could solve anything, now crying like a child.

His eyes welled up with tears.

When the Cangnan Miracle disappeared, I, like Jiang Ye now, was trapped in the depths of my own consciousness, fantasizing that my aunt and A Jin were still alive.

But it was at this moment that Jiang Ye extended his stay in Cangnan for another year to treat his illness...

Lin Qiye slowly squatted down and grabbed Jiang Ye's arm, "Jiang Ye."

The latter raised his head with empty eyes, his face devoid of any expression except for tear stains.

Lin Qiye sniffed and gave a gentle smile. "Jiang Ye, even if the whole world forgets you, I will never forget how you cured my illness and everything you did for Cangnan."

He looked into Jiang Ye's eyes and said, "From now on... I will cure your illness!"

Now that this volume is finished, let's do a summary.

Most of the content of this book has been written.

I originally thought this content would reach a million words, but maybe without padding, it's finished in 77 words (thumbs up for the author, please give me some gifts... lol).

From the first volume, "Blind Man's Supreme," Lin Qiye helps Jiang Ye regain his sight, and Jiang Ye treats his illness.

In this volume, Jiang Ye revives Cang Nan, and Lin Qiye cures Jiang Ye's illness.

It's really just about the development of brotherhood between two people, don't get the wrong idea.

As for other issues, the author will not explain them; look forward to the next volume, "Healing You."
