Sweet daily life of Little Tanuki and Qin Che in Love and Deep Space

You peek into the house.

Mephistopheles stood on the bird stand to the side, his head tilted to one side, his black bean-like eyes darting around as he examined the object in Qin Che's hand with great interest.

You walked towards the sofa where Qin Che was and asked curiously, "Qin Che, what are you doing?"

Qin Che paused for a moment, then looked up: "Maintain Mephisto."

Seeing you come in, he quickly finished his work. Then he put the tools and other items in the drawer and gently patted Mephisto's head.

"Gaga~~Gaga~~~"

Mephistopheles cried out twice, flapped its wings, making squeaking noises, and flew toward the perch.

Once it found its place, it landed on the stand and began preening its feathers.

You looked away from Mephistopheles, took two steps forward, and then asked, "Aren't Xue Ming and Xue Ying here today?"

Qin Che tidied up the items on the table, then took a wet wipe and carefully dried his hands. Leaning back slightly against the sofa, he asked, "What do you want with them?"

You shrugged slightly, propped one knee on the sofa, and skillfully sat on Qin Che's lap: "It just feels a bit deserted in Dark Spot today..."

What you really mean is that there's no one to ask for directions.

Upon hearing this, Qin Che smiled and suggested, "I have plenty of fun things to do here. What would you like to do? I'll keep you company."

You lay on his chest, your eyes darting around, then immediately sat up, your eyes sparkling, and replied, "How about this, I've been looking for you for so long, now it's your turn to look for me!"

I thought Qin Che would complain that hide-and-seek was a child's game, but to my surprise, he agreed very readily.

"Okay, go hide. I'll give you one minute, is that enough?"

You nimbly flipped off Qin Che and jumped down, running towards the door while shouting at him, "Not enough, not enough!! Give me 100 seconds! Don't leave through this door yet, and don't peek..."
