Sweet daily life of Little Tanuki and Qin Che in Love and Deep Space

Qin Che curled one corner of his lips into a meaningful smile.

"We've been playing with them for so long, it's time to give them something to do."

You twitched the corners of your mouth, and couldn't help but wonder if Qin Che was jealous of these kittens. You could detect a hint of malice in his words.

"Qin Che, you didn't trim the cats' nails to make them unhappy!"

Upon entering the self-service area, Qin Che paused slightly, frowning as he sniffed the air.

You didn't notice the change in his expression; your attention was completely focused on the kittens who were still playing.

"Qin Che, shall we catch that one? That one looks pretty good-natured, and seems easier to handle!" You chuckled and pointed to the chubby little blue and white cat over there.

Qin Che raised his chin slightly. "You two are like two skilled kidnappers who abducted a ecstatic kitten to the 'Beautiful Cat Center'."

"I have a slight dark chin, but otherwise I'm fine."

Qin Che placed the kitten on the grooming table, holding its chin with one hand and using the other hand to wet the kitten's chin with a soft cotton towel soaked in saline solution. But as soon as the fur got wet, the kitten started meowing unhappily.

Standing beside Qin Che to assist him, you quickly spoke up: "Don't move around, we'll clean it up quickly. If we don't take good care of your chin, it'll go bald!"

Unfortunately, words of comfort were not very effective, and the little one struggled even more.

It broke free from Qin Che's hand and violently shook its head.

Standing right in the middle of it, you get splashed with water droplets right in the face.

The kitten missed its target and immediately started meowing angrily.

"If you want benefits, then cooperate obediently. I don't do business at a loss."

You look toward Qin Che's side, where there are krill cakes, catnip water, and cat grass lollipops that have been prepared.

"Wow! Qin Che, when did you prepare all this? You've thought of everything. No wonder you're the boss, you always have a backup plan." You crossed your arms and shook your head. "Tsk tsk tsk... Poor little kitten, you've been completely fooled by a grown human."

"Alright, stop reminiscing, come and lend a hand."

"Okay, right away."

The kitten was placed on Qin Che's lap, and you held the small cake above the kitten's head to entice it.

Using its raised chin, Qin Che gently massaged it with a small brush.

The rebellious kitten quickly surrendered, and finished its grooming while smelling the delicious aroma of nearby snacks.

"Here you go, krill cake."

The kitten happily carried the cake away.

"As expected, they behaved themselves when there was food, hehe... Luckily, we studied beforehand. See, we're quite in sync." You looked at the kitten's departing figure, then at Qin Che, and said.

"To maintain our tacit understanding, let's 'kidnap' another cat," Qin Che said with a smirk. "This time, don't misjudge the situation."
