The mascot of the wishing shop is a cat.

Lin Xiyue opened the door of the wooden building and found that although the building looked similar to a human dwelling on the outside, there were many differences between it and human houses inside.

Pushing open the door, one is greeted by a large, square room, its walls and floor entirely painted a brownish-yellow. The room is completely empty; there is no furniture, not even a staircase, and not even a door in sight.

"Huh?! Was the move this thorough? It's so empty you can almost hear the echoes."

Lin Xiyue exclaimed that this family moved away too cleanly. Even if alien races could form their own space, it couldn't be so big that they could take everything with them, not even a single stool.

"They're all there; they just need energy to activate them."

Moros followed Lin Xiyue in and heard her sigh. He condensed a small piece of energy in his hand and then casually threw it to the ground.

This small piece of energy immediately seeped into the baseboard. Then, the whole house emitted a small hum, a faint blue light appeared on the edge of the room, and the floor of the room began to twist and deform.

Five minutes later, Lin Xiyue was greeted by a space that was completely different from before.

The room, which had been empty and resembled a square box, was now filled with all sorts of furniture that Lin Xiyue didn't recognize and whose function she couldn't discern.

An entrance hall was formed where Lin Xiyue and the others were standing, with an arc-shaped recess protruding from the floor next to it, and a sealed circular pillar standing next to the recess.

Meros stepped into the circular recess, then took off his shoes. When he came out, something that looked like jelly appeared in front of him. After he stepped on it, the jelly-like thing automatically enveloped his feet, forming a pair of semi-transparent black shoes. Where he had been standing, the shoes were swallowed up, and through the semi-transparent pillar next to him, it could be seen that the shoes had been automatically placed into the pillar.

"Come on, give it a try."

Melos noticed Lin Xiyue's curiosity and suggested that she try it herself.

"Okay! \(^o^)/~"

Lin Xiyue stepped onto it, and she clearly felt something soft gently grasp her shoe. Then, she lifted her foot, and the shoe easily slipped off. Next, a jelly appeared in front of her, but this jelly was white, so it formed a pair of white shoes under her feet.

"It's amazing! Everything here seems to be rounded."

Lin Xiyue looked left and right and touched it, and clearly felt that the edges of the flat surface of the cabinet that looked like a place to put things were slightly curved.

After speaking, Meros pulled the lever. The sofa then levitated slightly and flew into the room.

Lin Xiyue pulled the lever, and her own egg-shaped seat flew up.

Next up is the much-anticipated game of collecting items.

"You're coming to play too! ヽ(°▽、°)?"

Lin Xiyue was seen playing around the room like a child, clearly treating the seat as a toy. Not only did she play with it herself, but she also wanted the mature-beyond-her-years Moros to join in.

"Hmm... I haven't played like this in so many years... Hmm... It feels... It'd be nice to play around with it."

Moros, who had originally righteously refused to play, was very tempted when he saw Lin Xiyue having a blast. After hesitating for a long time, he decided to join her!

And so, the once abandoned wooden cabin was filled with the joyful laughter of Lin Xiyue and Mo Luosi.

An hour later, Lin Xiyue and Mo Luosi finally stopped playing. They sat facing each other, glanced at each other, and laughed.

"Thank you, this is the first time I've laughed so freely."

Melos thanked Lin Xiyue, seemingly genuinely starting to consider her a friend.

"You're welcome, hehehe. I like you so much! ヾ(????)? I'll go see if there's anything to eat here, and if so, I'll see how to cook something for you. Although I've heard that all you need is energy, in this world, food and drink are paramount, and people who can eat well are always happier."

Lin Xiyue went to find something to eat as she spoke, so she didn't see Mo Luosi's ears turn bright red when she said she liked it.

When Lin Xiyue was playing with the furniture, she discovered that this chair also served as a door to the second floor. That's why the house looked like a box when she entered, because there was no staircase and only a hole in the ceiling that could be opened to enter the second floor.
