Just as Su Li had expected, the snake-bear beast stumbled and fell to the ground, then simply slid away, transforming from a running heavy tank into a fired cannonball.

"Don't worry, this thing is unlikely to accelerate any further," Su Li quickly told her teammates.

After the snake-bear beast lay down, it clasped its hands together at its sides, lowered its head, and relaxed its body. Clearly, this wasn't the first time it had done this.

After noticing that Su Li and the others were dodging to the side, this guy was even able to slightly tilt his body and adjust his center of gravity to subtly change direction, which was quite a skill.

The charging snake-bear beast suddenly soared into the sky.

Su Li and the others followed the snake-bear beast's gaze up into the sky, then crashed heavily back down. It slammed onto the ice with a resounding thud, the sound alone enough to make one's bones ache.

The place where Zuli and the others were standing was by the lake, where the water was shallow and they could even lift up the ice floor.

Su Li also suppressed her smile and ran towards the snake-bear beast.

If the snake-bear beast keeps using its sliding attack, Su Li and the others will be at a disadvantage. The best way is to fight it in close combat.

Coincidentally, the snake-bear beast was also very confident in its close combat skills; its huge claws could be used for more than just handbrakes.

The two sides soon collided at the lakeside.

The first to attack were naturally Sofia's bullets.

Sophia crouched on the ground, firing bullets at the Serpent Bear Beast relentlessly. The Serpent Bear Beast unleashed a layer of magical energy, manipulating ice and snow to form an armor of ice. Su Li felt empowered and swung the Mountain Slide, which, imbued with the blazing sun's heat, fiercely slashed at the snake-bear beast.

With a "clang," the snake-bear beast blocked Su Li's fierce slash with its claws, while its other claw reached out to grab Su Li's abdomen.

Su Li lunged forward, using the momentum to twist and swing her sword back. After releasing her left hand, she gripped the hilt again and smashed it down on the snake-bear beast's claws from bottom to top.

A smug glint flashed in the snake-bear beast's eyes. So what if it was blocked? It could just retract its hand and its claws would still grab you.

But when the sword hilt struck the snake-bear beast's palm, the beast only felt a numbness in its hand. Its fingers were completely out of control.

"Hey, does the numbness feel good?" Su Li smiled smugly, stepped forward with his right foot, gripped the greatsword with both hands, and transferred it to his back.

Ivan, who arrived later, raised his shield and used it to block the serpent-bear beast's arm, pushing it upwards. The serpent-bear beast was immediately left vulnerable, exposing its armpit.

Sofia seized the opportunity. He pulled the trigger, firing three bullets in succession: one of lightning, one of fire, and one of earth.

The first lightning-attribute bullet flashed past, successfully piercing the snake-bear beast's hide and opening a window. The second fire-attribute bullet struck the tail of the lightning-attribute bullet. Lightning is associated with wood, and wood fuels fire, causing the fire-attribute bullet to explode instantly, bursting into a cloud of blood mist.

The last earth-element bullet exploded, instead of the expected fire-element bullet. However, this earth-element bullet struck a small piece of bone exposed in the wound, triggering a shockwave attack that dislocated the snake-bear beast's right arm.

The snake-bear beast let out a mournful cry, stumbled, and lost its balance.

Su Li's charged attack was now complete. Although the Yang Flame had not yet reached its peak, it was still not to be underestimated.

Realizing the power of the attack, the snake-bear beast simply abandoned its balance and chose to fall to the ground.

A slash blazing with golden flames struck the snake-bear beast's shoulder, sliding down its body to its abdomen.

[Unfortunately, I originally intended to slit its throat.] Su Li regretfully sheathed her sword, the blow having ripped open a huge gash in the snake-bear beast's abdomen, revealing the thick, white fat inside.

The severely injured snake-bear beast took a deep breath and suddenly spat it out at the ground.

A large amount of icy cold air was exhaled from its mouth and spread outwards.

Su Li had originally planned to withstand the freezing air and finish off the snake-bear beast, but unexpectedly, she suddenly received a message from Song Mingyu: "Quickly revert!"

Su Li didn't know what had happened, but trusting her teammates, Su Li and Ivan immediately abandoned their pursuit and jumped back to avoid the icy aura.
