The chieftain's eyelids twitched. "You rascal, give the kitten back right now!"

"The dragon also wants to repay, but the dragon doesn't know the way."

"..."

The kitten lay limply on the dragon's paw, its limbs powerless. A group of people gathered around, holding their breath and watching the kitten with bated breath.

The clan leader reacted the fastest, quickly picking up the kitten and running into the house. While checking for the problem, he shouted, "Go get some cooling herbs! That stupid dragon Xingchen can't even take care of himself, yet he wants to raise a kitten!"

The witch doctor quickly grabbed some herbs, crushed them, and applied them to the kitten's head. He turned to look at Xingchen, whose face was full of guilt, and chuckled softly, "Luckily, they were brought in time, otherwise you wouldn't have a kitten."

"Dragon was wrong." The dragon lowered its head, its dragon eyes fixed on the kitten lying on its back.

It was his fault; he shouldn't have brought her here without properly checking her.

His kittens all seem to have lost weight.

"Alright, once the kitten recovers, send her back as soon as possible, understand? Her mother cat must be worried sick," the clan chief said helplessly.

“When you were little, you cried so hard when you left your mother that it rained for half a month in our tribe. The kitten must be just as heartbroken as you when she left her mother.”

"I understand, Chieftain."

"The fever has subsided. We'll take care of the kittens for the next few days. You should go find a home for the kittens."

"Aren't you going to give it back to me?" Da Long's eyes widened, and he hesitated for a moment before saying, "It's my kitten..."

"You've almost killed the kitten, here you go!" The clan chief gently tapped the dragon's head. "Go find it quickly, or I'll have to apologize on your behalf when you return it."

A great foolish dragon appeared in the dragon clan, and the clan leader was very sad.

Xingchen looked at Song Yunzhi with reluctance, but the shaman slapped back his outstretched dragon claw, adding a warning: "Behave yourself. She can't be exposed to the wind right now. You're always flying around with her. How can she not get sick?"

"I want another hug," he roared.

"You're so strong, wait until you can turn into a human." The chieftain reached out and patted the dragon's head. "Don't worry, we'll take good care of her."

"Dragon understands, thank you, Chieftain."

Xingchen turned back every few steps, reluctantly leaving.

Song Yunzhi didn't wake up until the next day. When she saw that there were people all around her, she happily meowed.

Has she gone home?

Where is her mother?

"Chief, the kitten has woken up."

The cat's head was pressed down, but the pressure was quickly removed. "It's not hot anymore."

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi looked at them curiously and raised her paws to flap in the air.

The clan chief looked at her with a kind expression, "We are all family with the stars, we will not harm you."

The kitten tilted its head in confusion. "Who is Xingchen?"

Seeing that she didn't understand, the clan chief stroked his white beard, and in a flash, he transformed into a black dragon in front of her, letting out a roar.

Evil dragon!

A dragon bigger than a dragon!

"Meow!" The kitten's eyes widened, then its limbs went limp, and it closed its eyes and fainted.

The black dragon paused for a moment, then quickly transformed back into a human and went over to look at the kitten.

He seems to have scared the cat.

As evening fell, a golden dragon flew in from outside, shouting joyfully, "Chieftain, I'm back!"

His gaze unconsciously fell on the fluffy bed, and seeing the pair of trembling khaki kitten ears, he immediately moved closer happily, "Roar~"

Upon meeting the familiar dragon eyes, Song Yunzhi quickly reached out and slapped him with her claws.

Xingchen's eyes lit up, and he affectionately tilted his head and nuzzled her head.

The kitten petted him again; it seems he missed him after not seeing him for a day.

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi stretched out her claws and hooked them onto his dragon whiskers, then huffed and puffed as she climbed toward his mouth.

Dalong didn't move, waiting for her to lie on his head before happily wagging his tail.

"roar~"

He felt that the kitten was very affectionate towards him today, and Long was very happy.

"Xingchen, why are you back again?"

As the shaman entered from outside, Song Yunzhi immediately moved her body behind the dragon's horns, her ears drooping.

"Roar~" Xingchen raised its paw and pointed at the kitten above its head.

He came back, of course, to see his cat; he missed her terribly.

"Quickly put her down, lest she fall." The witch doctor came over and reached out to grab her.

The kitten immediately hugged the dragon horns tightly with both paws, its expression tense, and hissed fiercely in a cute but menacing way, "Meow!"

"Roar!" Xingchen quickly picked up the kitten and looked down at her.

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi stretched out her paws and climbed up his neck, obediently crawling into the blue cloth with her butt facing outwards.

Rather than being eaten by a group of enormous dragons, she would rather choose this dragon, which doesn't look very big now.

“Chief, the kitten likes dragons.” Xingchen grinned, looking down at her fluffy tail.

The witch doctor nodded. "Have you found her home?"

Family?

The kitten instantly understood the witch doctor's words, turned around, poked its head out, and looked at him expectantly.

Did he mean he wanted to help her find a home?

Song Yunzhi looked up at Dalong again, "Meow~"

Is it true? He won't eat her, and he's even helping her find a home?

Xingchen shook her head, her expression turning downcast. "No."

"Meow!"

You liar, Long! He clearly led her home last time!

The kitten became anxious and scratched his neck with its paw.

The dragon scales were as smooth as jade; she scratched them for a long time but couldn't even see a single mark.

The dragon raised its claws to support her two hind legs that were standing on tiptoe, blinked its eyes, and roared.

The kitten seemed unusually clingy to Long today; he petted him again.

The witch doctor looked over and said bluntly, "You should put her down first; she's angry."

"Roar, nonsense, the kitten clearly likes dragons." Xingchen shook its head, turned its head away unhappily, and pointed its dragon tail at the witch doctor.

Suddenly, dark clouds gathered outside. Helpless, the witch doctor handed over the baby bottle, saying, "Star, it's time for the little one to drink milk."

"Meow!"

Song Yunzhi immediately started thrashing around inside the large blue cloth, stretching out her two front paws, but her body couldn't stand steadily and she slid down, her movements were adorably clumsy.

"Hoo~" Xingchen grinned and handed her the bottle.

The kitten is so cute, hopping around like that.

With food on her plate, Song Yunzhi had no time to think about anything else. She lay in the pretty blue cloth, drinking milk and twitching her ears.

Xingchen looked at the kitten with doting eyes, occasionally lowering her head to pretend to accidentally rub the kitten's paw.

It's so soft and fluffy, the dragon loves it.

Seeing the dragon and the cat getting along so well that they couldn't tell each other apart, the witch doctor sighed helplessly and turned to get something.

"These are some commonly used medicines. Once you find the kitten's home, remember to come back and tell the chief."

"Can the dragon take the kitten away now?" Xingchen shouted happily.

The witch doctor nodded and waved his hand. "Let's go quickly."

This guy is unpredictable and greatly affects the weather of the tribe.

Fearing the witch doctor might change his mind, the dragon swiftly flew away with the kitten in his arms.

He hugged his kitten again, and couldn't help but spin around in the air with joy, letting out a happy dragon roar.

Song Yunzhi felt dizzy and the cat felt like it was going to vomit.

She quickly grabbed a dragon whisker that was floating by and tugged at it hard.

The star stopped, reached out its paw and pulled the kitten out, but the kitten's head was still turning uncontrollably.

Realizing he had done something stupid again, he apologized softly and gently straightened the cat's head.

Back in his den, he put the kitten back in its own bed and lay down quietly beside it.

Song Yunzhi was still a little dizzy, so she tilted her head to the side, closed her eyes, and fell asleep.

Da Long immediately leaned over to listen to her breathing, his expression softening slightly, and continued to watch her.

Xingchen has a kitten at home that only needs care, so she hasn't gone out to look for her baby lately. She's been focusing on making milk for the kitten and playing with her.

He copied the toys that the cat dad made and made a cat teaser for the kitten.

But the kitten didn't seem interested in the shiny cat toy; she preferred playing with its whiskers.

Since she learned that the dragon probably wouldn't eat her, Song Yunzhi wasn't as scared as before, but she still missed her mother and her warm cat bed.

Since the dragon won't eat her, she'll wait until she grows up and then find a home on her own.

Mom says she's the smartest kitten in the world, so she'll definitely find it.

The kitten ate and slept all day long, and finally became as chubby as before, and even seemed to have grown a little bigger.

Xingchen felt a little proud and couldn't help but lower her head to rub against the kitten's soft body.

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi slapped it with her paw, but ended up falling to the ground with a thud.

The damage to the dragon is zero.

"Roar~" The dragon shook its head, letting its long golden whiskers float up.

The kitten stared intently at him with its bright blue eyes, then leaped up, reaching out its paws to grab him.

Xingchen plays this game with her every day. Although he doesn't know what's so fun about it, he's inexplicably happy because the kitten likes it.

Seeing that the kitten was tired from playing, he lifted her up with his paw, caught her body as she jumped into the air, lay down on his side, put her on his mouth, and let her play by herself.

The cat's paw pads are soft, so stepping on them doesn't hurt at all; instead, it gives off a slightly tingling, itchy feeling that makes the dragon want to rub against them.

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi lay on his nose, her round cat eyes staring straight at him.

Xingchen blinked and raised its paw to pluck her fluffy head.

After touching him so many times, he's now able to control the pressure much better.

Although the kitten sometimes protests, he only hits him lightly, and the dragon doesn't feel any pain.

Song Yunzhi looked at him with disdain, then climbed up his head on all fours, before sliding down the smooth dragon's back with a whoosh.

This is the second game the kitten likes.

Xingchen was used to it. He saw her walk around from behind, look up at him intently, as if waiting for something.

A hint of helplessness flashed in his eyes. He exhaled softly, reached out his paw, and lifted her back onto his head, letting her continue sliding.

He counted in his mind, and by the fourth or fifth time, it was time for him to go make the milk.

Sure enough, the kitten didn't come over again. He turned around, picked her up, put her back in the cat bed, and skillfully went to boil water to make milk.

"Meow~" After drinking the milk she had been longing for, Song Yunzhi closed her eyes contentedly.

Seeing the dragon approach, it reached out its paw to cup the dragon's mouth and nuzzled against it.

Xingchen was satisfied and lay down to shield her from the wind.

Once she fell asleep, he quietly wrapped his arms around her neck, nuzzled her with his mouth, and then closed his eyes to sleep.

The cub grew very quickly, and within a month it had grown a size larger. It could walk steadily, and it had become bolder, no longer afraid of dragons at all.

Not only are they not afraid, they also always pluck his dragon whiskers, and when they are in a bad mood, they climb on his head and gnaw on his dragon horns.

Every time Xingchen felt the weight hanging on its dragon horns, it would think that it was a really powerful dragon, able to raise the kitten to such a size.

However, the kitten would sometimes cry in her sleep at night, and he knew it was because she missed home.

At times like this, Da Long felt incredibly guilty and wished he could beat himself up.

A few days later, the clan chief sent a message saying that several kittens had gone missing and that he should go and check if they were the kittens' homes.

He put the blue cloth back around his neck, tucked the kitten in his pocket, and set off.

Song Yunzhi hasn't flown in the sky for a long time, probably because she now has weight, so she doesn't sway back and forth in the blue cloth like before.

She curiously peeked out, revealing a beautiful view of the scenery.

The dragon would occasionally pause midway before continuing to fly forward.

"Meow~" Song Yunzhi raised her head and pointed to a spot with her paw.

The dragon didn't hear her and kept flying forward, so she had to tug at its whiskers.

The star paused, stopping at the very top of the castle.

Song Yunzhi stared intently at the cat head statue not far away, and continued to meow excitedly.

He jumped out of the blue cloth and eagerly crawled towards it, but lost his balance and fell headfirst down.

"Roar~" The dragon quickly reached out its claws to grab her, nervously lifting her up to its eyes and examining her carefully.

Song Yunzhi tilted her head and rubbed his paw against it, then pointed her paw at the tallest castle.

Xingchen looked in that direction, as if she understood something.

It seems he helped the kitten find a home.

Da Long looked down at the kitten, met her eager and expectant gaze, and flew over with her.

As the familiar rooftop and scenery came into view, Song Yunzhi felt her uneasy heart instantly settle down.

She couldn't wait to run into the door, meowing and calling for her mother.

"Zhizhi!" Rivers called out excitedly, and in the blink of an eye, she ran up from downstairs.

"Meow!" the kitten responded happily, stretching out its two front paws.

Rivers bent down and hugged her daughter tightly, tears welling up in her eyes. "She really is Mommy's baby. Mommy isn't dreaming."

"Meow~"

Song Yunzhi leaned her head against her mother's neck, at a loss for words to describe her happiness and contentment at that moment.

Her ears twitched, her tail hooked around her mother's arm, and she closed her eyes.

A whooshing sound came from behind her, and Rivers turned her head, her eyes filled with a gentle and loving smile.

She reached out and touched her daughter's head, gently coaxing her, "Sleep well, baby, Mommy won't leave you again."

Upon reaching the rooftop, sensing an unfamiliar atmosphere, Rivers' eyes sharpened. She conjured her scepter and pointed it forward, shouting, "Come out!"

As Xingchen flew down from the roof, before he could utter a sound, a blinding light flashed past him, knocking him away.

"Roar~" The dragon flew away, leaving only a bewildered roar.

Rivers breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed that this was the evil dragon that had kidnapped her daughter. It looked like it was still a minor, but she never expected it to do such a thing.

Fortunately, his daughter returned safely; otherwise, she wouldn't have let him leave so easily.

Xingchen was not injured, but he felt a wave of light push him far away, and he was unable to resist at all.
