Mu Yao ate the snacks in small bites, then picked up her teacup, took a couple of sips to calm herself, and looked around curiously.

She had only seen Eriol's house in Japan on TV before; the house in England was rarely seen, and it wasn't shown much in the Clear Card arc either. So this was the first time she had ever seen Eriol's house in England in person.

Elio reached out and ruffled her hair: "Alright, go to sleep now. Goodnight, sweet dreams."

Caught off guard by having her head rubbed, Mu Yao's cheeks flushed slightly. She cupped her face and said to Elio, "Goodnight."

Seeing her like this, Elio couldn't help but laugh and gently pushed her into the bedroom: "Get some rest."

Then he closed the door.

Before Mu Yao could react, she was already in the bedroom. She patted her face, glanced at the closed door, turned around, took a few quick steps, and pounced on the soft princess bed, rolling around on it a few times.

"What a soft bed! So comfortable!"

"Eriol is so gentle, I love him so much~"

After a while, the door to his room opened, and Ruby walked in carrying Spiby.

"I'll leave tonight in your care. I'll be back soon."

"Hey, where is Eriol going? Can't he take Ruby with him?"

Spiby, looking somewhat disgusted, wriggled out of her arms and flew to the windowsill, where he lay with his little head turned outwards, gazing at the night view.

Elio stroked Ruby's hair and said gently, "I'm worried about her being alone, so I'm troubling you all."

His previous incarnation, Clow Reed, had too many rivals. After only a few years of reincarnation, he inherited a portion of Clow Reed's memories and magic. After that, he never had a peaceful day. Almost every day, powerful magicians would come to him, wanting to defeat him before he could grow up, but in the end, they all failed and fled.
