Mu Yao originally wanted to accompany him to work, but she didn't expect to make a fatal mistake and get thoroughly taken advantage of.

After returning home, Elio carried her into the bathroom. At first, he only wanted to give her a bath, but then he couldn't resist and did it again.

When she finally came out, Mu Yao was lying on the bed, too tired to even move a finger.

He was the one who did all the work, but she was the one who was most tired. It's so unfair.

Elio kissed her forehead tenderly and said softly, "Okay, I won't touch you anymore. Get some rest. I'm going to buy groceries. What do you want to eat tonight?"

Mu Yao was exhausted and even thinking was difficult, so she said, "Anything is fine."

"I'll decide what to buy. You go to sleep. I'll wake you up when it's time to eat."

Elio tucked her in, then went out, closed the door, picked up his keys, and went out to buy groceries.

There's a large supermarket nearby, and it only takes half an hour to go there and back. After buying the food, he goes into the kitchen to cook.

Ruby had already returned and, seeing him in the kitchen, went in to help.

"The security guard said you came back very early."

Elio responded, "Yes, Yao Yao was exhausted, so I brought her back to rest."

Elio: "Then you two can switch next time."

Ruby nodded: "That's a good idea. I want to go play next time and have them do the work."

There's so much to do at the company; if it weren't for someone helping her, she wouldn't be able to leave work so early.

I'm never starting a company again, no matter what. It's exhausting.

By the time the two of them finished cooking, it was already seven o'clock. Elio went to call Mu Yao to eat, while Ruby took the food out, set out the bowls and chopsticks, and waited for them to eat.

In the bedroom, Mu Yao was sleeping soundly when Elio came in and gently woke her up by the bedside.

"Yaoyao, it's time to eat. How about you eat before you go to sleep?"

Mu Yao was dazed when he picked her up and carried her out, then placed her on a stool.

Ruby placed the bowl of rice in front of her: "Little Yao Yao, time to eat!"

Mu Yao rubbed her eyes, yawned, and finally woke up.

She was still a little dazed after waking up: "What dishes are we eating?"

Elio helped her pick out some food: "Cola chicken wings, sweet and sour pork ribs, braised eggplant, spicy chicken, and fish maw and pigeon soup."

That last soup was specially made to nourish her body.

"Fish maw?"

"Okay, I'll serve you a bowl."

Elio served her soup, which was full of fish maw and red dates, as well as a few pieces of pigeon meat.

He placed the soup next to Mu Yao and said, "Be careful, it's hot. Let it cool down a bit before you drink it."

Mu Yao nodded and lowered her head to start eating.

Elio kept putting food on her plate while he ate, but Ruby, who was sitting opposite them, didn't even glance at them and just ate her own food.

After they finished eating, I went to the study and let them eat at their leisure.

After she left, Elio simply fed Mu Yao food, bite after bite, and then soup, almost making her too full.

Mu Yao reached out to stop him: "No, you'll get stuffed if you eat any more."

Elio had no choice but to put down the bowl and spoon he was holding, carry her to the sofa, turn on the TV, and put the fruit on the table.

"Sit here for a while, I'm going to eat, I'll come back to keep you company later."

Mu Yao nodded: "Go ahead and eat, it'll get cold soon, don't worry about me."

Elio leaned down and kissed her before returning to the dining table to continue eating. Mu Yao touched the corner of her mouth and focused on watching TV.

As she looked at her phone, she suddenly remembered something, took it out and checked it. Good heavens, there were more than a dozen missed calls. Suddenly, she saw a recent call record from an hour ago, and it was a call with Bei Weiwei.

She turned to look at Elio and asked him, "Did Weiwei call?"

Elio: "Yeah, she said we should have dinner together tonight, but I said you're tired and sleeping, so I won't go."

Mu Yao asked again, "What else did she say?"

Elio narrowed his eyes: "She told me to take it easy."

Mu Yao's face instantly turned red. Oh no, they're going to laugh at her again.
