Mu Yao didn't say where the medicine came from, and he didn't ask. He just knew in his heart that it didn't harm her, so he could pretend he knew nothing.

Anyway, she'll be going to Japan soon, so let him have his fun until then.

Then he told Ruby to be quiet and stop bothering Mu Yao.

After saying that, Ruby walked around them, sat down on the other side, leaned her upper body against Spike, and prepared to keep Mu Yao company while she took a nap.

Elio covered her with a blanket and then sat down beside her to keep watch.
