At least for artificial intelligence like Jarvis, what's needed isn't 'quality,' but 'quantity.'

Even single-core processors that were already obsolete before Nirvana can fully meet the requirements as long as enough are stacked.

This condition has been met since the supercomputing center was established.

Another core requirement is the 'knowledge' that Jiang Chen himself possesses.

Other requirements aren't too high, but both mathematics and computer science require a level of 11 to understand Jarvis's complex source code architecture and make detailed adjustments based on one's own needs.
