With the missile propulsion system unchanged, only the guidance device needs to be modified to increase the maximum range to forty kilometers, meeting the requirements of medium-range air defense!

As for the technology... the Russians have it. Back then, we purchased four Sovremenny-class destroyers, and the last two were modified versions, easily increasing their range significantly! If we can't develop it domestically, we can always go back to the Russians and persuade them to send experts over!

This range is different from that of standard missiles, which can easily reach hundreds of kilometers, but it's still quite a lot for Pakistan!
