Nangong Li was handling official business in his study when a messenger came to report that Elder Chu was requesting an audience. A moment later, Elder Chu entered the study, excitedly saying, "Your Highness, what is this?" He then took out a bottle from his robes and handed it to Nangong Li.

Nangong Li opened the bottle, smelled it, and asked, "The Limitless Pill?" An Yi was also delighted upon hearing this, "It really is the Limitless Pill?"

Old Master Chu said, "Today, Huichuntang received a century-old wild ginseng, which was sold by a young master. Manager Zhao inquired whether they had snow lotus and lingzhi for sale, saying that his friend had been poisoned, and the young master gave him two Wuji pills as a gift. Please help me find out where the young master who sold the ginseng is."

Nangong Li asked, "How much silver did you pay for the ginseng?"

"One thousand two hundred taels!" Old Master Chu replied.

An Yi exclaimed in shock, "A thousand two hundred taels of ginseng, and then a free Wuji Pill worth ten thousand taels?! Is this guy out of his mind?"

Old Master Chu was also puzzled and did not know how to answer.

Nangong Li said, "Perhaps in his eyes, the Limitless Pill is not as precious as ginseng, or perhaps he doesn't know the value of the Limitless Pill!"

Mo Liuyun: Brother, you've hit the nail on the head!

"An Yi, go to the accounting office and withdraw one thousand taels of silver. Give five hundred taels each to Old Master Chu and Manager Zhao as a token of our gratitude."

Old Master Chu hurriedly replied, "No need, I was just helping to pass it on, no need to thank me!"

Nangong Li said, "You don't need to be so polite, it's just a small token of my appreciation, please accept it."

Old Master Chu had no choice but to accept it. Then, Nangong Li asked about the time the ginseng seller had left, as well as his approximate age and appearance. He and An Yi exchanged a glance, and they both knew that it was most likely Mo Liuyun! However, they still needed to confirm, so they did not inform Old Master Chu. Instead, they instructed An Yi to keep an eye on the movements at General Mo's residence.

After leaving the hall, Mo Liuyun hurried back home, eager to make tofu.

When Mo Liuyun returned to the courtyard, it was already late afternoon (3-5 pm). Lian'er was weeding the open space in the yard. Seeing Mo Liuyun return, she dropped her hoe and ran over.

"Miss, you are back."

"Hmm, Lian'er, have you soaked the soybeans? Here, today's dish is mung bean cake!" Mo Liuyun asked as he took a paper package from a basket and handed it to Lian'er.

Lian'er happily accepted the pastries: "Thank you, Miss, you're so kind!" She added, "Miss, the beans have been soaking for almost three hours now, and the stone mill is over there in the corner."

Mo Liuyun looked in the direction Lian'er was pointing and indeed there was a hand-operated stone mill. He then asked Lian'er to take out the things in the bamboo basket. He went back to his room to change his clothes and came out to find that Lian'er had put the things aside. There were tofu pressing molds, gauze for filtering, tofu glucono-delta-lactone, sugar, and some vegetable seasonings...

Then he instructed Lian'er to bring out the soaked beans and place them next to the stone mill. He also took a bucket and a large basin, washed the soaked beans again, added three times the amount of water, and placed them next to the stone mill. Mo Liuyun just realized that he hadn't seen Wushuang for so long, so he asked Lian'er, "Where's Wushuang? Why haven't I seen her?"

Lian'er said, "I said I'd send someone to install the stone mill this afternoon, but Brother Ji said he was busy and couldn't come. He said he'd go to the mountains to see if he could hunt some game so he could have an extra meal tonight!"

Just then, the courtyard gate opened, and there were two plump rabbits, still alive, being carried by Wushou.

Lian'er ran over happily and said, "Brother Ji, you're amazing! Miss, look, there's a rabbit!"

Mo Liuyun also stood up, her eyes shining, and exclaimed, "Oh, a rabbit! How cute!"

Lian'er said, "Miss, the rabbit is so cute, shall we keep it?"

Mo Liuyun said, "Yes, rabbits are so cute, of course we should make spicy rabbit meat!"

Lian'er's eyes widened in disbelief. "Miss, shall we keep them? Look, they're still alive!"

Mo Liuyun glanced at Wushuang and said, "Wushuang, do you think wild rabbits can be raised?" His eyes practically screamed, "Kill them right now! I want to eat meat!"

Wushuang, being a foodie, successfully received the signal and immediately said, "This wild rabbit is hard to raise. It's just having a brief resurgence and might die soon."

As soon as Wushuang finished speaking, the two rabbits in his hands twitched and stopped moving; they were truly dead beyond any doubt!

Lian'er felt a pang of sadness and kept saying how regrettable it was. Mo Liuyun was satisfied. This Wushuang has such great eyesight, it's good to add chicken legs tonight, no, rabbit legs! While carrying Lian'er on his back, he gave Wushuang a thumbs up. Although Wushuang didn't understand it, he understood that it meant praise. He grinned and went to quickly skin the rabbit.

Lian'er and Mo Liuyun continued grinding the beans into soy milk. After about an hour, they finished grinding them all. Mo Liuyun saw that Wushuang had finished dealing with the rabbit, so he called him over. He threw two ropes down from the tree and tied them into a cross with a stick. He tied the four ends of the ropes to the four ends of the stick, and then tied the four corners of the gauze used for filtering to the four ends of the stick. He placed a clean empty basin underneath, then scooped the ground bean residue into the gauze, added water, and gently stirred and shook it. The soy milk then flowed from the gauze into the large basin. After Mo Liuyun demonstrated this once, Lian'er and Wushuang took over. In less than a quarter of an hour, all the soy milk was filtered.

Mo Liuyun instructed Lian'er to scoop the soy milk into a bucket and carry it into the kitchen. Wushuang sat down in front of the stove to start a fire. Mo Liuyun told Lian'er to pour the soy milk into a pot and then taught her to stir it slowly to prevent it from burning. This was going to be a long battle, and since she was lazy, she taught Lian'er. Lian'er happily took the spatula and started stirring the soy milk in the pot. After it boiled, she skimmed off the foam and then boiled it for the time it takes to drink a cup of tea. She told Lian'er that the soy milk must be fully boiled. She put the three of them in a bowl, added sugar, and scooped a spoonful for each of them. She stirred it with the spoon, handed a bowl to Wushuang, and kept one for herself and Lian'er. They blew on the bowls gently and took a sip when the soy milk was no longer too hot.

Mo Liuyun exclaimed, "The aroma of soybeans is rich, the texture is delicate, and it's sweet. This pure, natural, hand-ground soy milk is truly delicious. It would be even more perfect with a fried dough stick!"

Turning around, he saw that Wushuang and the other person were not saying anything. Upon seeing this, he almost dropped the bowl in his hand: the two of them were slurping down a bowl of soy milk that was almost empty!

Mo Liuyun exclaimed in surprise: "Good heavens, are these two's mouths made of iron? They don't even get hot?!"

Mo Liuyun looked at the soy milk she had just taken a sip of and asked, "Isn't it hot for you?"

Wushuang and Lian'er exchanged a glance.

Wushuang: Is it hot?

Lian'er: I didn't feel it!

But the two of them answered in unison, "Hot!"

"It's hot, why are you drinking so fast?! Nobody's going to take it from you!" Mo Liuyun rolled her eyes at the two of them and said, "There's still some in the pot, but drink less. There'll be even better food later. If you're full, you won't be able to eat anything else."

Upon hearing this, the two each filled their bowls halfway, fearing they wouldn't be able to eat anything else later.

As Lian'er drank, she said, "Miss, this sweet bean soup is really delicious."

Soy milk: You're the one who makes sweet bean soup, your whole family makes sweet bean soup!

Wushuang also said, "It's delicious, with a rich bean flavor."

Mo Liuyun corrected, "This is called soy milk, not sweet bean soup."

"Mmm, soy milk is so delicious!" Lian'er said again.

After finishing his soy milk, Mo Liuyun saw that the temperature of the soy milk in the pot had dropped enough, so he scooped out a little more and let Lian'er feel the temperature. He then took out the tofu glucono-delta-lactone, dissolved it in cold water, took out a slightly larger vegetable bowl, poured in the dissolved glucono-delta-lactone, covered it, and set it aside.

Then, he poured the remaining glucono delta-lactone into the pot and stirred it gently. After about half a cup of tea's time, the soy milk in the pot turned into tofu curd. Mo Liuyun asked Lian'er to take out the tofu mold and place it on a flat stone outside. He lined the inside with gauze, leaving the four sides of the gauze exposed and draped over the outside of the mold frame. Then, he poured the tofu curd from the pot into a bucket and into the mold. When most of the water had drained out, he covered the tofu curd with the exposed gauze, put the pressure plate back on, and had Lian'er place a large stone on top of it.

After finishing these tasks, Mo Liuyun returned to the kitchen and asked Wushuang and Lian'er, "Do you prefer sweet or savory tofu pudding?"

Lian'er: "It's sweet!"

Wushuang: "Salty!"

Mo Liuyun: Alright! It's that time of year again for the North-South battle, the sweet vs. savory debate! Why did I have to ask them such a stupid question? What do they know?! In the end, Mo Liuyun had no choice but to make a savory sauce and serve two bowls of tofu pudding to the two foodies. He was already too full to eat anymore, so he decided not to participate. But the two of them were so shameless! They finished their bowls of tofu pudding.

The two looked at Mo Liuyun longingly and said, "Miss, I'd like to try sweet or savory tofu pudding."
