The Collapse Begins in Changkong City

Kevin shielded Mei behind him. "Mei, stay hidden." Kevin and Sue nodded as if to say, "Let's attack together."

"Are you going to go one by one or all at once?"

Kevin and Sue rushed up as soon as they finished speaking.

Kevin and Sue became extremely alert and swung their metal rods at me.

I chuckled and dodged the two attacks.

Kevin asked somewhat warily, "Is such speed normal for a human?"

I instantly moved between Kevin and Sue. With a light punch, Kevin flew backward.

Sue and Mei shouted, "Kevin, are you alright?"

Kevin, Sue, and May were stunned by what they saw.

Seeing their reaction, I said, "Sorry, sorry. I just saw how wary you were, so I had an idea to play a trick on you."

But Kevin and his team remained very cautious. "Don't be nervous, I apologize for what I did before."

Kevin and the other two exchanged bewildered glances, unsure how to respond. After a moment of silence, Kevin slowly spoke, "Your behavior is truly baffling. Why should we believe your apology?"
