The Eldest Daughter Returns with Power

Sunlight streamed into the room through the window; the sun was already high in the sky. Luo Chun and Ren Dong stood in the doorway, whispering to each other. "Miss usually gets up much earlier at this time. What's wrong today?" Luo Chun asked curiously. Ren Dong frowned and replied softly, "She's probably too tired last night. Let's not ask too much, lest we upset Miss."

Luo Chun and Ren Dong quickly apologized, "Please forgive us, Miss, it was our fault."

"Junior Sister Yunruo, what brings you here today?" the senior brother asked with a smile.

Su Yunruo gave a slight curtsy and said, "Senior brother, I have something important to discuss with you."

The eldest brother straightened his expression and led Su Yunruo to the study.

"Junior sister, please speak freely."

Su Yunruo bit her lip and slowly said, "Senior brother, do you still remember that heavily guarded, mysterious place in the General's Mansion that I mentioned before?"

The eldest brother pondered for a moment and then said, "Junior sister, you speak."

Su Yunruo took a deep breath and told her senior brother in detail what she had found out.

“Ever since I returned to the General’s Mansion after recognizing my relatives, I’ve been having people investigate that place. A couple of days ago, I found out the shift change time and led my men to investigate myself, but we were ambushed. Later, I had my uncle, the Emperor, send my shadow guards to investigate. They found a room that looked like a normal room, but it was heavily guarded. I’m suspicious; I feel like it’s not that simple. Senior Brother, I’d like to ask you for help in figuring out a way to sneak in again and see what’s going on.” Su Yunruo said, looking at her senior brother, Yuwen Mo.

Yuwen Mo frowned, pondered for a moment, and said, "Junior Sister Yunruo, we must not rush into this matter. Since we have already fallen into an ambush once, acting rashly again would likely be even more dangerous. Moreover, according to you, the place is heavily guarded, and we must be fully prepared before attempting to infiltrate again.
