Saturday.

On a sunny day, I decided to climb the Great Wall. I wore sneakers and sportswear, and tied my hair up. After all, in such hot weather, the more refreshed I was, the easier it would be to climb.

Zhiyuan came to pick her up.

Just like the previous times, she ran out of the school gate, only this time she carried an extra schoolbag and was bathed in the morning light.

"What's in your backpack? It's so heavy!" Zhiyuan took her backpack and weighed it in his hand.

"Water, and some food." How can you climb the Great Wall without bringing water?

Zhiyuan laughed, "I brought them, do you need to worry about these things?"

Sunny just smiled and didn't say anything.

Zhiyuan and his friends can either travel together by bus or drive themselves to the meeting point at the foot of the Great Wall.

Zhiyuan then drove Qingtian directly to the meeting point. After arriving, Zhiyuan parked the car in the parking lot and went with Qingtian to the ticket counter to meet the others.

When they arrived, they found that the truck hadn't come yet.

Zhiyuan found a cool spot for her to stay. "There's a place over there that sells cold drinks. What do you want to eat? I'll go buy it."

"Let's have mung bean popsicles." They're perfect for cooling down in the summer.

"Okay, wait a moment." Zhiyuan stepped into the sunlight.

However, just as Zhiyuan left, the truck arrived, followed closely by a private car. Wan Xuening got out of the private car, and then several girls who got out of the truck and three boys who got out of Wan Xuening's car surrounded her as they walked over, chatting and laughing.

As Qingtian watched Wan Xuening approach, her face turned pale—because the clothes she was wearing today were exactly the same as Wan Xuening's.

They were exactly the same, yet somehow different. However, her mind was blank; she couldn't pinpoint the difference. Meanwhile, Wan Xuening and her group approached and stood before Qingtian, Wan Xuening scrutinizing her from head to toe with a half-smile.

"Hey, who's this woman? Xue Ning, she's wearing the same clothes as you! You're wearing the same outfit!" a girl said.

One of the boys looked at Qingtian with a mocking gaze, "Are you sure they're exactly the same? Take another look!"

"Hahahaha! I'm blind! There's a fake here! An imposter!" the girl laughed.

The girl's loud laughter sparked a burst of laughter, and more people joined in, "Hey, you're wearing fakes! If you can't afford the real thing, just buy something from a street stall! What's with all the vanity? Is it something to be ashamed of wearing fakes?"

"Exactly! To even wear that in front of Xue Ning, it's utterly shameful!"

"Xue Ning, didn't you say last time that you had a whole bunch of clothes from this brand that you never wore before they became outdated and you didn't want to wear them anymore? Don't throw them away, just give them to her!"

Qingtian's face was now flushed red.

She grew up in a small fishing village and lived a frugal and simple life for over twenty years. Even after starting work, she worked in a small city and knew nothing about big brands. Her clothes were always bought from stalls in the market—loose-fitting sweatshirts that she found simple and convenient, and very cheap at only a dozen yuan. People in the county town also bought their clothes from those market stalls, and she never thought about counterfeit or fake goods.

"Look, look at her shoes! The clover print looks like four leaves, hahaha!"

"Haha, it's even more obvious than the 'b' on the clothes."

Only then did Qingtian realize the difference between her clothes and Wan Xuening's; the second letter was 'd' for Wan Xuening and 'b' for her.
