To make up for the debt owed to Lin Qingping and Gu Juncheng

"You actually got into this university too?" Yu Chengzhi said in a low voice.

He used the word "surprisingly".

Indeed, how could a rural girl, whom he considered ignorant and foolish, possibly get into university? And one of the top universities in the country at that!

Of course, he had no idea that she had already lived a whole life! In those decades of her previous life, she had finished all the books she hadn't been able to read when she was young!

Lin Qingping did not respond to his impolite cultural behavior.

Just then, several of her roommates entered the classroom together. She called out to Lu Xiaoxue and got up to sit with them.

But he didn't seem to sense Lin Qingping's dislike for him and continued, "Pingzi, you really amaze me. You've worked so hard for me. I'm so happy for you. The fact that I can have such a big impact on you is the proudest thing in our youthful memories."

Yu Chengzhi watched her retreating figure and shook his head mockingly, "Marriage? Who can you marry in that backwater rural area? Just some rough, uncultured country bumpkin!"

Lin Qingping didn't care what he thought; all she wanted was to go home and see if Gu Juncheng had returned.

After picking up Zhiyuan, she went straight home. Unfortunately, Gu Juncheng did not return this week.

After finishing his meal, Zhiyuan volunteered to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes.

Lin Qingping and her second sister did not return this Saturday because both departments were holding welcome parties.

Although Lin Qingping doesn't have any shows, she still has to participate in events.

She thought Gu Juncheng wouldn't be back this week either. However, not only did Gu Juncheng come back, but when Zhiyuan told her that she was having a party at school, he suddenly had a brilliant idea: let's go to the school and pick her up after the party.
