“I want one of them to bring me something,” William paused, then began to list a long list of materials, as many as fifty.

“I want them all,” he said finally. “Have you memorized them, or should I repeat them again?”

"This..." The five servants looked at each other, puzzled by William's words.

What puzzled them was not the list of materials he requested, but the request itself.

“If you’re unsure, go ask the headmaster for permission.” William understood why the servants were looking at him like that.

For them, retrieving such materials from the warehouse was no big deal. They were used to such requests from the guests living in the building.

However, they also knew who William was—a Soul Master who used to be a porter, not much different from them. Therefore, they didn't find it difficult to decide what to do.

However, upon hearing William's words, the servants dared not comply with his request. Not one of them would dare to bother the headmaster over such a trivial matter.

"Does the young master need any help?" After the servants left, Lina saw the materials piled up on the hall floor and asked. But William simply shook his head.

“You two should get some rest tonight.” William knew that the two girls hadn’t found such a nice place to sleep for at least a month.

Without their help, he himself wouldn't have been able to construct such a formation. So, he refused Lina's request and told the two girls to go upstairs and get some rest for the night.

Then he went out into the garden. He decided to make full use of the space to test his theory.
