Rebirth: Supreme Soul Master

Chapter 299 Shameless Leader

When he said those words, everyone, even the white members, gave him a look, indicating that no one believed his actions.

“Brother, although you are a Bronze Soul Master, your style of doing things and your combat power are no weaker than mine!” said a Silver member, and everyone nodded in agreement.

"Tch! You're shameless!" Ibra's touch caused William's eye to twitch involuntarily.

"Stop joking! Now is not the time to talk about these things!"

“You tell me yourself,” Ibra replied, rolling his eyes, while the expressions on the others' faces remained unchanged.

"Fine, I'll pretend you didn't say anything." William waved his hand helplessly. Ibra muttered under his breath, "Shameless boss!" William glared at him, telling the guy to shut up.

"This monster might be on par with Dark Gold-level beasts, but its dungeons are at most Silver-level, mostly Bronze-level." William decided to ignore this strange remark and added, "So let's leave. There are Bronze-level monsters coming to deal with it."

“Should we leave a Silver-level character to handle this?” Peter frowned. “It’s best to assume we’re facing the most difficult and higher-level dungeons, right?”

“Unless that beast has previously fought and killed a Silver-level Soul Master or monster, these people won’t appear.” William paused, then added, “No matter what the choice, I will choose to give this horrible bastard a chance to create a Silver clone.”

William didn't tell them everything, but those silver-level dungeons had another terrifying ability: they could expand the monster's range by one kilometer.

The initial five kilometers were calculated based on the monster itself and its four other silver clones. Of course, it could be more, but that would be worse for all of them.

Therefore, if he had a choice, he wouldn't risk losing his Silver membership in exchange for gaining more kilometers in this terrifying monster-infested area.

From his words, everyone understood that whoever persisted to the end would ultimately be killed.

“You’re the boss,” Sarah shrugged, not even mentioning the sensitive point, because William decided to ignore it, “We’ll do it your way, but…”

“Don’t worry, killing that monster’s clone isn’t that difficult,” William knew what she was going to say, and he knew what everyone present was thinking. “Here, these are twenty arrows; they’re powerful enough to take down anyone. Once it’s hit by one of them, it will replicate.”

“These…aren’t these the arrows you used to blow up the whole forest behind it?!” Ibra recognized the arrows at a glance, and from his words, it seemed that these arrows had left a deep impression on him.

"Are they really that good?" Sara and the others' eyes lit up when they heard Ibrahimovic's words.

"Don't even think about it, I've already got a limited quantity." William saw the greedy looks on the faces and eyes of those around him. But he couldn't help but nip such desires in the bud, while rolling his eyes in return.

“Stingy leader, cough cough cough,” Ibra coughed to cover up his whispered comment as William glared at him again.

"When are we going out?" Berry suddenly asked. For a moment, William disliked the expression on her face.

He expected her to be very worried about him. But she wasn't! This made his heart skip a beat.

“If I stay, don’t even think about coming with me,” William warned, then added, “If you do, neither you nor I will get out of there alive.”

“I know, I know, I’m not that stupid.” As she responded so calmly and nodded so obediently, William’s heart sank further into the abyss of worry.

He said nothing, but turned to Ibrahimovic, Ron, and Sara. The three nodded silently, understanding his meaning.

If she wanted to stay or leave the group to chase after him, all three of them would stop her at all costs.

William was unaware of this, but it wasn't just Berry who decided to go back and help him; everyone intended to do so. That's why Berry's face was so calm.

She didn't intend to go with him alone; instead, she planned to take everyone back to rescue him.

Just imagining such a scene filled her face with excitement, which worried William from the start.

"Take this with you before you go." William took out a lot of medicine and materials, put them on the ground, and then turned and left without saying a word.

"Hey! Where are you going?!" Just as everyone realized the direction this guy had chosen, Lang frowned and asked in confusion.

“What else can we do? I’ll go stir up some things over there, then we can escape easily,” William said without turning his head. And the next moment, a figure appeared beside him.

"Don't even think about playing if you don't invite me!"

“I knew you’d stay,” William rolled his eyes, while Ibra didn’t know whether to slap him or laugh.

"Stay where you are, slowly move towards the edge of the formation, and wait for me. Make sure to build up the formation materials on your body to activate the formation. I will use B... information paper to find you."

William left after saying that.

“This guy… he never leaves anything behind for luck!” Smith sighed, and the others nodded in agreement.

“That’s why he’s our boss,” Berry had already placed William above everyone else on the team. So, her statement didn’t seem so strange to others.

"What are you planning? Are you going to cause trouble again?" Ibra excitedly brandished his broadsword, but William found it very suspicious.

"Don't tell me you have a grudge against those gold-level guys."
