"About the meat..." William slowly added when they felt the final haul wouldn't be much, "You can eat it. Marinate the meat and distribute it. Put it in the ring; that'll sustain us." We've been eating meat for a long time.

William knew that eating monster meat was not only a delicious and energy-rich food, but it could also sustain a person's physique and elevate their mental strength to its limit.

Compared to the outside world, knowledge about eating monster flesh is still quite limited. The team split into two groups. One group went to chase after Sarah, using the materials and the scroll left by William to set up the formation. The other, the main group, simply stood around the cave entrance, waiting for the dust to settle.

They sneeze and cough from time to time, but don't seem bothered by it.

Berry finally blushed and left William's embrace. She was lucky, though; everyone was so engrossed in imagining the plunder and spoils they could get from this monster that they didn't even spare her a glance.

She walked away without saying anything, slightly away from William, but not too far away, until she could no longer see him.

"Come back quickly!" William took advantage of the moment of calm to remove all five bullets from the five scouts and gave them this order.

[Why? Do you need our help?] Smith was the one who bravely and arrogantly argued and questioned William.

“It is you who are in danger, not us!” William said to everyone, not just Smith. “Don’t delay,” he paused, then added, “get here as soon as possible.”

[We're here!]

[On the way!]

"It's been cleared!"

"The dust has settled!"

Just as William received the response from the scout team, he heard shouts from the surrounding team members.

He put away his bullets and turned around to see one of the guys on the team using wind power to push away the thick layer of dust.

It seems the people here are restless and don't want things to settle down.

"Wow! How did the boss manage to do all that with his attack?!"

Just before William approached and examined the hole like the others, one of the white members gasped incredulously, turning to William with a look of fear, awe, and admiration.

He wasn't the only one to turn to William and look at him that way; everyone else did too. Those below the Bronze level showed more fear than awe on their faces. His five vice-captains, and all the Silver-ranking figures present, looked at William with puzzled expressions, their minds filled with questions.

William sensed how eerie the atmosphere was, so he continued walking forward until he could clearly see the opening of the cave.

"My God! What the hell is that?!"

When he got close enough, he saw what others had discovered.

The original ten-meter-deep, nearly fifty-meter-radius hole has disappeared, replaced by a hole that is even deeper and larger than before.

This hole is at least fifty meters deep and about one hundred and fifty meters in diameter. And that's not all!

At the bottom, he could see many parts of the monster scattered on the ground, as if the monster had been cleaved in two by a sharp giant sword, cutting its massive body into pieces!

It's as if a skilled chef chopped up the monster and arranged it, eventually resulting in many fragments no more than half a meter long.

This caused the monster's remains to scatter, covering most of the bottom.

In two different locations, seemingly deeper than the rest of the bottom, a bright brown liquid pooled together, forming two small ponds.

This was a completely different cave from the one the team had experienced before William unleashed the two mysterious explosions. It was understandable that everyone was shocked to see William looking at them like that.

After all, it was all his fault. They all fought hard to hold off the monster, and William only needed to cast two explosive spells to kill it, deepening the cave entrance and forming two strange-looking pools of brown blood.

What was most terrifying to the stronger members was that William had accomplished all of this without expending too much soul power!

Few people are as accustomed to considering the rate of spiritual energy consumption as William. But the strong have far more experience than others. They know that if such a powerful and deadly move were unleashed, he would undoubtedly be exhausted, unable to even lift a finger!

William, who did all this, was shocked by everyone else!
