Doomsday B&B

Chapter 2: Failed Tribulation, Transmigrated to Modern Times

The owner's courtyard, which comes into view, is 60 square meters. It is also enclosed by a wooden fence, but unlike the ordinary wooden fence given by the system, the wooden fence of the owner's courtyard is particularly exquisite. Each fence is covered with delicate patterns, and the entire fence is wrapped with blooming roses.

Opening the gate to the courtyard, you are greeted by a small courtyard of about 20 square meters. Directly opposite the gate is a pebble path that leads to the door of the small house.

To the right of the pebbled path is a small garden with a mature sycamore tree in the center, beneath which sits a set of stone table and chairs. To the left is a lawn covered with grapevines, and bunches of ripe grapes fill the air with their sweet fragrance. A large swing sits beneath the grapevines, creating a very pleasant scene.

The cabin is made of wood, with a distinctly vacation vibe, and a bedroom takes up half of the entire cabin.

Open the door to the cabin, and on the right is an open-plan kitchenette that connects to a small living room that combines dining and living areas.

Opening the bedroom door, you see a 2-meter-long bed. To the side of the door is a separate wet and dry bathroom. The bathroom doesn't look big, but it has all the necessary amenities, including a large bathtub.

Next to the bathroom is a small walk-in closet. It doesn't look big, but it's enough for one person. The most thoughtful thing is that the walk-in closet is already filled with all kinds of clothes, shoes, hats and accessories according to Qi Yun's body shape.

Seeing this, Qi Yun nodded, not in a hurry to look at anything else. She went into the bathroom first and took a nice, fragrant bath, as her body was really too dirty.

After taking a shower, I went to the dressing room, picked out a Hanfu dress, put it on, and left my master's courtyard to go to the small courtyard next door.

These three small courtyards are exactly the same, each with a house and yard totaling 30 square meters. They are all enclosed by ordinary wooden fences, and the courtyards are bare dirt.

Guests need to swipe their cards to enter the courtyard. The courtyard is 10 square meters, and the small house is 20 square meters. The small house is a large open space with only a double bed, a four-door wardrobe, a bathroom, and a simple kitchenette.

Leaving here, we arrived at the entrance of the convenience store. The store's signboard was still blank. Upon entering the store, to the left of the entrance was a counter made of marble, which was 5 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. Inside the counter was a 3-meter-wide space, a private little space belonging to the store owner.

Near the entrance is the cashier area, with a barcode scanner and a cashier machine built into the counter that looks like an ATM.

The redemption machine has a screen on top and two platforms below, one larger and one smaller, used for exchanging items for points. When redeeming points, you can place the item on the lower platform, and the machine will automatically assess the item's value.

The first time, a small quantum computer will be generated, about the size of a watch. Each person is bound to one, and it cannot be traded or destroyed. The points system and personal information will be generated directly in the quantum computer. When making a purchase at the guesthouse, you can simply swipe the quantum computer.

Further inside, there are two more built-in unlimited water dispensers, one facing inwards and the other outwards. The water in the dispensers is unlimited. The outward-facing dispenser only offers hot and cold water options, while the inward-facing dispenser offers five different temperatures for the user.

Beyond the water dispenser are three microwave ovens, two facing outwards and one facing inwards. The ones facing outwards are for guests, while the one facing inwards is a more fully functional multi-functional oven for the host. A door is installed at the far end of the countertop, which only the host can open and close.

There is another door on the wall above the counter, which leads to a small bathroom, also for the owner's use only.

On the right side of the convenience store, near the window, is a row of wooden bar-style tables and chairs, convenient for customers to eat and drink.

Behind the tables and chairs are several rows of shelves, but they are empty right now. Next to the first row of shelves is a storage rack with shopping baskets of different sizes on each shelf and shopping carts at the bottom. It's easy to see as soon as you enter the store, making it convenient for customers to shop and grab things.
