"The magic array has collapsed!" Lu Mingfei shouted excitedly, but he quickly realized that things were not so simple.

"Be careful, the energy fluctuations haven't completely stopped!" Tian warned, a cold light flashing in his golden eyes. He could feel the power within the magic circle still gathering; although the runes had collapsed, some ancient and powerful force was still stirring beneath the altar.

“Something’s not right… The enemy’s summons haven’t completely stopped!” Chu Zihang said coldly, his gaze sharp as a blade, fixed on the center of the altar.

Cracks began to appear on the ground, as if some enormous force was surging from underground, and the entire earth began to tremble.

"What...is this?" Lu Mingfei stared wide-eyed at the widening crack beneath the altar, his voice filled with shock and fear.

“They are not summoning ordinary dragon power,” Tian said in a low voice, his expression extremely solemn. “This is some kind of existence that is more powerful than the Thunder King or the Black King.”

"We have to retreat immediately!" Caesar shouted, his expression turning serious. "This kind of energy fluctuation is definitely not something we can handle."

"No, we can't just leave like this," Chu Zihang said calmly, gripping the knife tightly in his hand. "If we don't stop it, the whole world will be destroyed."

Suddenly, a deep and terrifying roar came from below the altar.

“This is the power that the Hermes family has been trying to revive,” Tian said coldly, his gaze fixed on the dark figure. “They have summoned the ancient king of the dragon race—the Shadow Dragon King.”

"My God..." Lu Mingfei's voice trembled, "Are we really going to fight this thing?"

Caesar chuckled coldly, though he remained calm despite his own unease. "We have no choice." He raised his twin pistols, aiming at the massive dragon shadow. "This time, victory or defeat will decide everything."

"Prepare for battle." Chu Zihang's voice was cold and powerful as he gripped his knife tightly, his gaze unwavering.

Despite the enemy's immense power, he remained fearless. As a warrior of Kassel College, he had long since disregarded life and death.

Tian stood at the very front of the group, the light in his golden eyes growing ever sharper. His heartbeat was steady and calm, and his mind was racing.

“We must break through its defenses and find its weaknesses.” His voice was deep and calm. “This is no ordinary dragon; we cannot attack rashly.”

The Dragon King in the darkness let out a deep roar, and the energy fluctuations in the air instantly erupted, plunging the entire battlefield into a chaotic storm.

The Dragon King's figure began to move slowly, its enormous claws swooping down on the team with destructive power, tearing the air apart, as if even the earth trembled before its might.

Chu Zihang struck first, his blade flashing like lightning as he slashed at the Dragon King's claws.

His movements were as swift as the wind, each attack carrying a sharp killing intent. But the Dragon King's defense was as solid as steel, and Chu Zihang's blade only left a shallow mark on the scales.

"Its defense is too strong!" Caesar cursed under his breath, firing his dual pistols repeatedly, but the bullets had no effect on the Dragon King's scales, as if they were being deflected.

“Its power surpasses that of any dragon we’ve ever faced.” Tian calmly analyzed, his golden eyes quickly capturing every movement of the Dragon King. “We must find its weakness, otherwise we cannot harm it.”

"Where is the weakness?" Lu Mingfei asked nervously. Although his Word of Power could suppress ordinary dragons, it seemed to have no effect in front of this huge Shadow Dragon King.

Tian remained silent for a moment, then narrowed his eyes slightly, the light in his golden pupils growing even sharper.

"In its chest!" Tian's voice was deep and decisive, his golden eyes flashing with a sharp light, as if he had caught the enemy's weakness.

"Its defenses are slightly weaker at the chest, right where its heart is. We must launch a coordinated attack to break through its defenses and then kill it in one blow!"

Although Caesar and Lu Mingfei's attacks successfully drew its attention, its power remained terrifying, easily turning a scene of devastation into ruins.

"The opportunity has arrived!" Tian's voice carried a cold, decisive edge. He seized the moment, leaping into the air, his two pistols crossing in mid-air, bullets shooting like meteors straight towards the Dragon King's chest. At the same time, Chu Zihang leaped up, his blade gleaming coldly, aiming directly for the Dragon King's heart.
