Xia Mi's voice rang in his mind, tinged with a hint of teasing: "You're always working so hard, never stopping for a moment. Even if it's to deal with the Camarilla, you should take a break."

Chu Zihang stopped what he was doing and said in a low voice, "I have no time to rest. The Secret Society's plan is becoming clearer and clearer, and the academy's defenses are far from sufficient. Their next move could very well directly threaten our survival."

"When you say 'our survival,' does that include me?" Xia Mi's voice softened, carrying a subtle warmth.

Chu Zihang's gaze sharpened slightly, and he replied in a low voice, "Of course, that includes you."

Under Tian's guidance, Lu Mingfei attempted to improve his control over runes. His short sword gleamed faintly, his movements were slightly clumsy, but his eyes held a hint of stubbornness.

"If I drag you down again next time, I'll really have no face to stay by your side any longer," he muttered to himself, his hands moving with increasing focus.

Each of the four individuals acted according to their own goals, while in the distant Abyss of Eternal Night, a deeper shadow was quietly gathering. The Camarilla's plan progressed steadily, and an even greater storm was about to sweep in.

The Abyss of Eternal Night, a legendary ruin shrouded in perpetual darkness, lies deep within the Arctic Circle, guarded by ice and fierce winds. Even the bravest explorers have never ventured there. Yet, a secretive Camarilla squad is currently busy within it. Their figures are hidden behind towering ice walls, their eyes gleaming with excitement and fervor.

A leader clad in black robes stood in the center, holding a runestone that emitted a faint red glow in his hand. He embedded the runestone into the center of an ancient array in the ground, chanting obscure and difficult-to-understand incantations in a low voice.

"The will of the King of the Sky and the Wind has not yet fully awakened, but we have already taken a crucial step." The black-robed leader's voice was low and cold. "Once this formation is fully activated, its power will surpass all our imagination."

Another member of the Camarilla frowned and asked, "But Kassel College has already started tracking our movements. If they find this place..."

The black-robed leader sneered, a chill flashing in his eyes: "Let them come. The Abyss of Eternal Night is a forbidden area for the dragons; they are nothing but hunting dogs sent to their deaths."

Just then, a low rumble came from outside the ice wall, as if some enormous entity was approaching. The Camarilla squad quickly went into battle mode, their runic weapons emitting a blood-red glow in the darkness.

"Someone's coming," one member whispered, his eyes filled with vigilance.

Meanwhile, the investigation team dispatched by Kassel College was approaching the Abyss of Eternal Night. Chu Zihang walked at the head of the team, the Dragon Cutter gripped tightly in his hand. His gaze pierced through the gale and snow mist, fixed on the blurry shadow in the distance.

Lu Mingfei followed behind him, wrapped tightly in his heavy winter coat, stamping his feet to keep warm in the biting wind. He muttered a complaint, "Damn it, it's so cold! How could there be any Secret Service agents in this godforsaken place? Aren't they afraid of freezing to death?"

Tian walked in the middle of the group, adjusting the rune gun in his hand. His voice was calm and concise: "The Camarilla will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. You'd better be prepared."

Caesar stood at the back of the group, casually slinging the rune sword over his shoulder, his tone as relaxed as ever: "Mingfei, this is going to be a big adventure. Maybe after the mission, you'll even have your name on the academy's records."

Lu Mingfei rolled his eyes: "The premise of leaving my name is that I can come back alive."

“If you can’t, it’s not an archive, it’s a monument,” Tian added coldly.

Lu Mingfei opened his mouth, but ultimately did not refute, and could only lower his head and continue forward.

The squad gradually approached the entrance to the Abyss of Eternal Night, a bottomless rift. The surrounding ice and snow reflected a faint light, like countless indifferent eyes watching them.

Chu Zihang stopped and stared at the bottom of the crack: "The Secret Society is right here."

Tian adjusted the rune gun and nodded, saying, "The energy fluctuations are extremely strong; this is their main stronghold."

Caesar's lips curled into a cold smile: "Then what are we waiting for? Let's charge in and show them the strength of the academy."

"Don't rush," Chu Zihang said coldly. "The Secret Service has been setting up here for so long, there must be a trap. Mingfei, you're in charge of guarding the surroundings, and report any abnormalities immediately. Tianhe and Caesar will break in with me."

Lu Mingfei nodded. Although he was nervous, he still drew his short knife and carefully observed his surroundings.

Chu Zihang jumped into the crevice first, followed closely by Tian and Caesar. The space inside the crevice was unexpectedly vast, with ice walls and stone walls intersecting to form a natural labyrinth. And deep within the labyrinth, a faint red light flickered in and out.

“That’s their formation.” Tian quickly judged, a sharp glint in his eyes. “It must be destroyed.”

"Is there still time?" Caesar raised an eyebrow, and the runic sword began to emit a faint light.

Chu Zihang did not answer; he simply quickened his pace, heading straight for the direction of the red light. Just then, a deep dragon's roar came from the depths of the maze, causing the surrounding ice walls to tremble.

"It's the aura of a dragon!" Tian warned in a low voice, instantly raising his rune spear and aiming it at the direction of the red light.

The next second, the figure of the black-robed leader slowly emerged from the red light, a cold smile on his face, the rune stone in his hand emitting a dazzling light.

“People of Kassel College, you’ve finally arrived.” His voice was low and full of sarcasm. “But you’re too late. The Dragon King’s will has been awakened, and this place will become your grave.”

The air in the crack suddenly tightened, and a powerful pressure erupted from the red light, as if a colossal being was descending from nothingness. Chu Zihang gripped the Dragon Cutter tightly, his eyes filled with a chilling killing intent: "The will of the Dragon King? Then, let it end here."

The red light within the crack grew increasingly blinding, and a suffocating sense of oppression filled the air. The black-robed leader stood in the center of the formation, a rune stone floating in his hand, radiating scarlet energy. His gaze swept over Chu Zihang and the others, a mocking smile playing on his lips: "The academy's hounds, they really don't know their own mortality."

Without hesitation, Chu Zihang raised the Dragon Cutter, its blade shimmering with a bluish-green light, and said in a cold voice, "The end of the Camarilla has come."

"Doomsday?" The black-robed leader chuckled softly, gently embedding the rune stone into the center of the array. He chanted an ancient incantation in a low voice, and the runes on the array suddenly lit up, with a deep roar echoing from the cold cracks.

Caesar stood beside Chu Zihang, the rune sword gleaming in his hand. He chuckled, "Looks like they're planning to show us what 'Doomsday' is all about."

"Stay alert." Tian's voice was calm and deep as he aimed his rune gun at the formation. "The energy fluctuations are rising rapidly. This formation is not just for summoning the Dragon King's will; it may have other uses as well."

Lu Mingfei stood a little distance away, gripping the short knife tightly, cold sweat beading on his forehead: "'Other uses'? Can you not be so mysterious? It's scaring people half to death."

The black-robed leader's laughter echoed through the crack. He pointed at Chu Zihang and the others, his tone full of mockery: "This is a great ceremony, and your blood will be the final catalyst to awaken the Dragon King's will!"

Before the words were even finished, the ground in the center of the formation suddenly cracked open, and a bottomless black mist surged out, transforming into a phantom dragon shadow. Although the dragon was not yet fully materialized, its body was large enough to occupy the entire crack, and its scarlet eyes, like hellfire, stared intently at Chu Zihang and the others.

“The Dragon King’s will…” Tian murmured, his tone heavy, “Although it has not fully recovered, this power is already close to materializing.”

The dragon let out a deep roar, causing the ice walls within the cracks to shatter. Its claws lashed down suddenly, aimed directly at Chu Zihang, accompanied by towering black mist and boundless pressure.

A cold glint flashed in Chu Zihang's eyes. He stomped his foot, transforming into a streak of emerald green as he met the dragon's attack head-on. The Dragon Slash drew a sharp arc, colliding directly with the dragon's claw shadow, unleashing a deafening roar.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Caesar charged out from the flank, his rune sword flashing with a blinding blue light as he thrust it straight at the dragon's belly. Although the dragon's body was composed of black mist, Caesar's attack successfully tore open a gash, and the black mist poured out like flowing water.

"It's not completely invincible!" Caesar shouted, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Find its weakness and concentrate your attacks!"

Tian quickly analyzed the dragon's movements and whispered, "Its core is in the formation. The more complete the formation, the stronger its power. We must destroy the formation, otherwise it will become increasingly difficult to deal with."
