After transmigrating, I became a mother of three?!
Chapter 2?! Three children?!
Before this, the thing Tang Min wanted to do most was to open the curtains in the room, because she didn't like the atmosphere of the room.
The moment the curtains were drawn back, sunlight streamed into the room through the window, instantly brightening the space.
Tang Min, like someone who had been starving for a long time, greedily and enjoyably breathed in the warmth brought by the sun.
I don't know whether to say the room's owner lacks taste or is just too simplistic.
The whole room was gloomy, with gray curtains and gray bedding. At first glance, all you could see was black, white, and gray.
This isn't Tang Min's type. She prefers to put lots of dolls in her room and add some warm lighting to make the whole room look cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for sleeping.
Sleeping is the most important thing in her life. As long as she sleeps comfortably, nothing else matters.
My closet is also full of clothes for the current season. I don't know if I still have time to wear them or if I don't want to wear them. Many of the tags are still on.
Tang Min glanced at it and then closed it. They were all wearing skirts; she was a huge fan of shirts and pants.
Also, no one in the family wears high heels every day. Tang Min hates high heels, and because of wearing them, she always twists her ankle.
Since there was absolutely nothing about this room that Tang Min liked, she simply stopped looking at it and muttered to herself that once she figured out what was going on, she would replace everything in the room.
Despite not being very familiar with the space, Tang Min still managed to find the location of the restroom using her intelligence.
She splashed cold water on Tang Min's face repeatedly, trying to relieve her inner tension and helplessness.
Five minutes passed. She picked up a tissue, wiped her face, faced the mirror, clenched her fist, and cheered herself up. This was her little habit; she always liked to use this method when she encountered difficult problems.
After leaving the bathroom, I walked to the vanity and casually patted the skincare products on my face. Fortunately, the original owner of this body, like me, took good care of her skin and didn't need to use too many complicated skincare routines.
After everything was finished, Tang Min opened the door a crack, peeking out her head to see what it looked like outside.
Unexpectedly, her protruding head was pushed back by a body. Tang Min slowly raised her head and looked at the owner of the body.
A middle-aged woman, around forty or fifty years old, had a round and full face with a hint of tension, but she looked quite kind.
Tang Min blinked and realized that this was the lady who had called her "Young Madam" earlier. She was a little embarrassed because she hadn't expected her to be waiting for her at the door.
"You... you've been waiting here all this time."
The woman smiled and nodded. "Yes, young mistress."
"Um, oh, well then, let's go."
Having said that, she raised her head high, her eyes resolute, as if she were about to go to the battlefield, with a resolute determination to sacrifice herself at any moment.
However, she didn't last long before she awkwardly turned to the woman behind her and asked, "Which way?"
Fearing the other woman might notice something, Tang Min quickly explained that she had just woken up that morning and was still a little groggy. Only then did the woman walk quickly forward to lead the way, turning back as she went to make sure Tang Min was following behind.
The outside is completely different from the inside. If Tang Min's room was dark, the outside is definitely warm and comforting.
The warm yellow lighting, the calligraphy and paintings hanging in the corridor, and the various decorations all tell you that the owner of this house must be a person with great taste. However, the way the bedroom is decorated is a bit puzzling.
Tang Min's bedroom was on the second floor. After walking through the corridor and down one more step, you would reach the dining room.
The restaurant is very simple, with only a set of solid wood round carved dining tables.
The woman who led Tang Min downstairs was setting out breakfast food on the table with another middle-aged woman in the restaurant. The breakfast food was surprisingly simple.
Milk, eggs, two dishes, steamed buns, custard buns, and even osmanthus cake, which Tang Min loves the most!
Tang Min loves sweet and chewy foods, and she couldn't resist the osmanthus cake. This breakfast was perfect for her taste.
Regardless of the consequences, eating is the most important thing, so Tang Min felt at ease preparing to start a wonderful meal for the day.
"Young Miss, Young Master, Second Young Master, dinner is ready."
The sound coming from beside her almost made Tang Min choke on the osmanthus cake she had just put in her mouth. The person next to her saw this and quickly handed her some milk. Tang Min waved her hand to say thank you. After finally managing to swallow the osmanthus cake, she looked in the direction from which the sound came.
Three figures were seen walking not far from the restaurant, arranged in a pattern like WIFI, high and low, with distinct layers.
As she got closer, she realized that there were three children: two boys and one girl.
With big eyes and a look of great confusion, who are these three children? They don't look very old, maybe seven or eight years old. Could they be the younger siblings of the house's owner?
No one could answer Tang Min's question, and she didn't know how to ask, so she could only awkwardly nod to the three little ones, smile, and try her best to send out her friendly signals.
Good morning, Mother.
Good morning, Mother.
Good morning, Mother.
What? Mother? That's an outdated term from that era!
The chorus of greetings startled Tang Min once again. She looked at the woman who had led her down with a questioning gaze. The woman smiled and nodded at her, as if to say, "Yes, they're calling for you. Say hello quickly!"
Tang Min shook her head. Good heavens, was this really going to be this exciting? She woke up early in the morning to find herself in a strange place, and suddenly there were three extra children!
Not one, but three?!
The owner of this body looks to be around the same age as me, and doesn't seem like someone who would have given birth to such a big child. Could it be that wealthy people have taken such good care of themselves that their age is completely undetectable?!
"Young Madam? Young Madam?"
The woman beside him kept reminding him.
Tang Min snapped out of her daze and looked at the three children. The three little ones were standing straight, as if waiting for her instructions. She quickly pointed to the stools in front of them and said, "Good morning, sit down, sit down, eat, eat, hehehe."
Perhaps Tang Min was being too enthusiastic, because the three little ones looked at each other and hesitated.
After a while, the older girl seemed to have made up her mind. She tugged at the hem of the other two boys' clothes and led them to sit down in a spot not too far from Tang Min.
Seeing this, the cook quickly stepped forward and prepared the food for the three little ones.
While filling her stomach, Tang Min observed the three "strangers".
Regardless of whether they were the original owner's children or not, the way these children acted just now was completely unlike how normal children treat their mothers. Tell me, what child would be so respectful yet distant towards their mother?
However, these children are really good-looking.
The older boy had a round face, a classic childhood sweetheart look, fair-skinned and clean-cut; it wasn't hard to tell he'd grow up to be a handsome young man. He ate very politely, so he must be the young master they were talking about.
The only girl, with short hair, possessed a unique air about her age. She ate with purpose, quickly choosing her food and having the servants bring it to her. Her decisive action of pulling the two boys to sit down earlier showed that she was a very independent child.
The youngest child was a completely different story. He was so adorable, and when he argued with the maid, he would pout and stare with those innocent, grape-like eyes. His chubby cheeks made Tang Min want to pinch them. However, he ate so slowly that the maid had to chase after him to feed him bit by bit. Tang Min seriously suspected that if someone tried to take his food, he would definitely be the type to obediently let them take it.
But the more Tang Min looked, the more something seemed off. The three children didn't look alike at all. Well, except for one thing: they all had incredibly long eyelashes. The three little ones' eyelashes were simply unbelievable—long and curled.
But they call me mother, and based on my understanding of my own face, they don't look like me at all. Could it be that they all inherited it from their father?
