A dense swarm of mosquitoes?

It was because of this that Lin Yue got her first direct look at what mosquitoes actually looked like.

These mosquitoes have slender bodies covered with tiny scales of varying colors, appearing dark brown and grayish-black in the light. They have a pair of prominent compound eyes on their heads, which occupy almost the entire surface of their heads and shimmer with an eerie green light.

Its slender mouthparts appeared very flexible, with the end of its proboscis branching into six slender tentacles that were constantly trembling slightly. Each leg was covered with fine bristles, and its wings, as thin as cicada wings, vibrated rapidly and rhythmically, emitting a soft buzzing sound.

They seemed to be particularly sensitive to human scent. Lin Yue had only stayed for a short while when the mosquitoes noticed her immediately. Countless mosquitoes rushed over from all directions and landed in front of Lin Yue, looking eager to try.
