Jiang Shiliu stood at the edge of the small world, her gaze sweeping over the land where she had once lingered. Things here were over, and she felt little attachment. As the controller of the Main God Space, she had been gone for quite some time; it was time to return and settle things with those restless Main Gods.

Without lingering, she raised her hand and waved, an invisible force instantly enveloping Qingyan and the other main gods. The next moment, their figures vanished from this small world, as if they had never existed. When Qingyan and the others regained their footing, they were already in the familiar main god space—the vast and boundless starry sky and the temple floating within it remained unchanged.

Jiang Shiliu's gaze swept over the gods who had come to welcome her back. Her tone was calm yet carried an undeniable authority: "You all seemed to have had a good time while I was away. However, from today onward, all rules will remain the same. If anyone disobeys, don't blame me for being ruthless." The gods all bowed their heads, not daring to utter a single word of objection.

At the same time, Jiang Shiliu left a special gift for the Emperor of Mo Kingdom—the twins, a boy and a girl, in Qingyan's womb. These little lives had originally perished with Qingyan when she was killed, but due to the intervention of Heaven, their lives were extended. After consulting Qingyan, Jiang Shiliu transferred the premature fetuses from her body and took them into the spatial rift.

Within the spacetime rift, the flow of time was completely different from that outside. Jiang Shiliu waited patiently until the twins were about three years old before bringing them out of the rift and personally delivering them to the Emperor of the Mo Kingdom.

When the Emperor of Mo Kingdom saw the two children, his eyes were filled with shock and complex emotions. Jiang Shiliu calmly explained the whole story: "This is the last gift that Qingyan and Mo Yuchen left for you. The lives of these two children were extended due to the intervention of the Heavenly Dao, but their future will be decided by you."

The emperor, her hands trembling, took the two children, tears welling in her eyes. Looking down at their innocent faces, she seemed to see the shadows of Qingyan and Moyuchen. Jiang Shiliu said nothing more, turning and leaving, leaving only a faint murmur: "Cherish them well; this is the last gift Qingyan and Moyuchen gave you in this life."

Her figure gradually disappeared into the air, as if she had never been there. The Emperor of Mo Kingdom, meanwhile, held her two children tightly, her heart filled with mixed emotions. She knew that these twins would be the most important thing in her remaining life, and the last memory Qingyan and Mo Yuchen left her.

After returning to the Main God Space, Jiang Shiliu stood at the highest point of the temple, gazing down at the endless starry sky. Her gaze was deep and calm, as if she had everything under control. She knew that the conflicts of the smaller worlds and the order of the Main God Space were merely interludes in her long life. And she would continue to protect the balance of this vast universe in her own way.

Jiang Shiliu had not forgotten Jiang Moqi. After returning to the Main God Space, she quickly and systematically dealt with the backlog of affairs before stepping into the cyberspace realm. Her heart was filled with concern for Jiang Moqi and anticipation for the unknown changes.

As soon as she stepped into the virtual world constructed from data streams, she witnessed Yan Moli gesturing wildly as she described something to her parents. Jiang Yanzhi and Yan Moyan looked both confused and curious, clearly bewildered by Yan Moli's narration.

"What are you talking about? Mo Yan, it's been a long time." Jiang Shiliu walked towards them with a gentle smile and light steps. Her voice was as warm and friendly as a spring breeze.

"Qingli, you've returned from your tribulation?" A hint of surprise flashed in Yan Moyan's eyes. She carefully looked at her friend, who seemed more mature and composed than before, and an indescribable joy welled up in her heart.

“Yes, I’m back. After tens of thousands of years, my plan has finally been completed. Now I can rest in peace.” Jiang Shiliu answered calmly, her tone revealing a tranquility and satisfaction born from years of experience. (Jiang Shiliu’s original name was Qing Li, a name that carries her past memories and identity. To avoid confusion, she will be referred to as Jiang Shiliu from now on.)

"You've worked so hard." Yan Moyan's voice was filled with deep heartache. She could feel everything Jiang Shiliu had gone through, and her hardship and perseverance filled her with respect for her friend.

In this cyberspace woven from countless streams of information, the reunion of two friends is not merely a crossover of time, but a meeting of souls. Their conversation, like flowers blooming in this virtual world, is both a reflection on the past and a vision for the future.

"Moyan, I have something I want to tell you, it's just..." Jiang Shiliu's voice was hesitant, as if the topic she was about to discuss was difficult for her to broach.

"Wait a minute!" Yan Moyan waved his hand, interrupting Jiang Shiliu, his brows furrowed slightly, his tone filled with helplessness and worry, "I don't know what happened to my son, he inexplicably fell into a coma and was brought back by Moli. And ever since he woke up, he hasn't left the house, staying cooped up in his room all day. People who don't know better would think he's heartbroken!"

Jiang Shiliu was momentarily speechless, a vague unease creeping into her heart. She pursed her lips, her eyes flickering, as if trying to figure out how to respond.

"What do you want to say to me?" Yan Moyan asked, his tone tinged with concern, when he saw Jiang Shiliu remain silent.

Jiang Shiliu took a deep breath, trying to make her voice sound calm: "Moyan, take me to see Jiang Moqi first. I'll try to persuade him. Then I'll talk to you about this."

Yan Moyan nodded and pointed to the end of the corridor: "Okay, go ahead, he's in the innermost room."

Jiang Shiliu nodded and turned to walk towards Jiang Moqi's room. Her steps were heavy, her heart filled with unease, as if each step was on thin ice. She was afraid Jiang Moqi was truly angry; after all, what she had done was indeed not good for her partner. However, she also had her own reasons, and there were extenuating circumstances that led her to choose to keep it from him. Thinking of this, she couldn't help but sigh, silently praying: hoping Jiang Moqi would be easier to appease, after all… she hadn't really appeased anyone much herself.

Reaching the door, Jiang Shiliu raised her hand and gently knocked, her voice soft yet tentative: "Mo Qi, it's me, Shiliu. May I come in?"

The room was silent, without any response. Jiang Shiliu's heart quickened, her fingers clenched slightly, but she finally pushed open the door. The room was dimly lit, and Jiang Moqi sat by the window with his back to the door, his figure appearing somewhat lonely. Jiang Shiliu gently closed the door, walked behind him, and whispered, "Moqi, I'm back... I'm sorry for making you worry."

Her voice carried a hint of guilt and tenderness, as if she were gently touching a fragile heart.

Jiang Moqi's voice was cold and distant, as if it were covered with an insurmountable layer of frost: "I dare not accept such praise. As the Lotus God, you naturally have your own matters to attend to and do not need to explain to an insignificant god like me."

Jiang Shiliu's heart sank. She stepped forward, her voice pleading and helpless: "Please don't be like this. I know it's my fault, but I can't let down the gods who sacrificed their lives for this plan to eliminate the rebellious gods. Their sacrifices cannot be in vain..."

Jiang Moqi didn't respond, only staring silently out the window, his back view appearing exceptionally lonely. The air in the room seemed to freeze, so oppressive that it was hard to breathe.

Jiang Shiliu bit her lip and continued, "If you feel that my identity as the Lotus Goddess is too conspicuous, you can simply say that you no longer like me, and I can choose to grant your wish. I don't want you to be gossiped about in the Goddess Space..."

Before she could finish speaking, Jiang Moqi suddenly turned around, his eyes flashing with complex emotions, his voice low and filled with suppressed anger: "I've never thought that the rumors and gossip spread by others could hurt me. But do you know how heartbroken I was when you died in front of me again! What if the God-Slaying Dagger I forged could really slaughter all the gods? Would you still make the same choice? Would you still abandon me, leaving me alone to search for you for thousands and thousands of years?"

His voice was filled with deep pain and resentment, as if emotions suppressed for too long had finally found an outlet. Jiang Shiliu stared at him blankly, tears welling up in her eyes. She had never imagined that her choice would cause him so much pain.

“Mo Qi…” she called softly, her voice trembling slightly, “I never intended to abandon you. I just… just didn’t want you to be involved in this danger. Those gods, their power is too great, I don’t want you to get hurt because of me.”

Jiang Moqi's gaze remained cold and stern, but a hint of tenderness flickered in his eyes. He remained silent for a moment before finally speaking: "Do you think that without you, I wouldn't be hurt? Your repeated departures are the greatest harm you can do to me."

Tears welled up in Jiang Shiliu's eyes. She stepped forward, gently took Jiang Moqi's hand, and said in a choked voice, "I'm sorry... I really know I was wrong. From now on, I won't hide anything from you anymore, and I won't let you bear all this alone. No matter what happens, I'll face it with you, okay?"

Jiang Moqi looked at her, the coldness in his eyes gradually melting away. He grasped her hand in return, his voice low yet gentle: "You said it yourself, you're not allowed to lie to me anymore."

Jiang Shiliu nodded vigorously, a relieved smile on her face: "Yes, I promise you, it will never happen again."

Their hands clasped tightly, as if in that moment, all barriers and misunderstandings had been dissolved. The sunlight streaming in from the window illuminated their figures and their hearts.
