Figure Skating: Waltz on Ice

When Mei Jing and Hao Shuxue saw Du Liangchen's sincere blessings, they suddenly felt that they had been petty just now. Seeing that Du Liangchen was not discouraged by the loss in the competition, but instead went to the dance studio to practice dancing the day after the competition, they felt his tenacious spirit and were genuinely happy for him.

The three agreed to meet again tomorrow and then parted ways to go home.

On a cold winter morning, the sun shines brightly, dispelling the chill and bringing warmth.

After washing up, Du Liangchen prepared to go for his morning exercise with his grandfather. After an hour and a half of exercise, the grandfather and grandson went to a breakfast stall to buy breakfast.

On the way back, Du Liangchen said, "Grandpa, I'm going to the station today."

"Where are you going to do what?" Grandpa asked in surprise.

Du Liangchen sniffled from the cold and slowly said, "Shuxue and Meijing won first and second place in the competition, right? They received the notice for national training and are leaving today. They came to see me yesterday, and I wanted to go see them off."

"Then Grandpa will take you. I'm worried about you traveling alone because you're too young," Grandpa said after thinking for a moment.

What time is the train?

"It's around 3 pm, so there's plenty of time. I can go after I finish my tutoring class."

"That's fine."

When they got home, Grandma Du and her two older brothers were awake, and the family sat together to have breakfast.

"Grandpa and Grandma, we're leaving now," Brother Du said before leaving the house.

Grandma Du said worriedly, "Remember to be careful on the road."

"Okay," the three brothers replied in unison.

Du's older brothers first took Du Liangchen to the dance studio, and then to the tutoring class.

Du Liangchen has two dance classes in the morning, and then goes to a tutoring class.

Around 2 PM, Grandpa Du took Du Liangchen to the train station.

The station was bustling with people. Following the train schedule, we found Mei Jing, Hao Shuxue, and their parents.

"Ah~ Sirui, you're here." Hao Shuxue's eyesight was exceptionally good, and he spotted Du Liangchen immediately.

“Shuxue, Meijing.” Du Liangchen smiled as he looked at them.

Grandpa Du was also greeting their parents; they had met at the competition venue.

"These are for you." Du Liangchen held two bags in his hands and handed one to each of you.

"Sirui, why did you bring us gifts?!" Hao Shuxue said with surprise as he took the bag.

“This is a gift from me as your fan. I must be your first fan, right?” Du Liangchen asked.

Mei Jing said happily, "Of course, you are my first fan."

Du Liangchen smiled and said sincerely, "I hope that my gift can accompany you through happy or painful days in the future. Remember, no matter what happens, there will always be a fan who will unconditionally support you."

Mei Jing: "Thank you, Xiao Chen."

Hao Shuxue: "Sirui, you're so kind."

Du Liangchen gave Hao Shuxue a tiger-themed tissue box and Mei Jing a Doraemon-themed tissue box.

Happy times are always fleeting, and people spend their long years getting to know each other and parting ways.

After seeing Mei Jing and Hao Shuxue off, Du Liangchen began a long period of training and learning alone. His holiday was packed with activities, leaving him no time to feel lonely. He would come home and fall asleep as soon as he got home.
