"A lot has been happening around you lately, hasn't it?"

Conan sat on the sofa, talking on his phone with Heiji Hattori, recounting recent events. Sakurai Pharmaceuticals had been reported for using illegal drugs in research, involving Takeuchi Kensuke, a person closely associated with Eri Kisaki.

The person involved died shortly after the investigation began, and they then met Tsukishiro Kaede, the lawyer representing Sakurai Pharmaceuticals. Tsukishiro, having uncovered numerous criminal activities by Sakurai Pharmaceuticals, refused to defend them and instead privately sought cooperation with Eri Kisaki.

Ultimately, Sakurai Pharmaceuticals was shut down by the relevant authorities, and the Sakurai Group was also investigated by the police in many places. The Sakurai Group, which was just a little over a month ago due to the struggle for internal power, was almost on the verge of collapse.

"I've heard my dad talk about the Sakurai Group, but what's the deal with this female detective you mentioned?" Hattori Heiji asked on the phone.

Conan thought for a moment and replied, "Her name is Sera Masumi. She said she had been living in the United States with her parents for the past three years and only recently returned to Japan alone."

"And then you solved the case right in front of that girl using Kudo's voice?"

"There was no other way at the time." Conan recalled how Sera Masumi had intentionally or unintentionally interrupted him whenever he tried to use a tranquilizer dart.

Hattori Heiji asked with a serious expression, "I'm saying, she wouldn't happen to be someone from that organization, would she?"

Conan shook his head: "I don't think so. Actually, I feel like I've seen her somewhere before. Speaking of which, Sera seems to care about Amamiya-sensei quite a bit."

"Ms. Amamiya, oh, you mean the new English teacher you mentioned?" Heiji Hattori searched his memory for the name. "I remember you were quite suspicious of this woman before? Who exactly is she?"

"As for Ms. Amamiya..." Conan was a little unsure whether he should tell Hattori Heiji about Amamiya Namiko's identity. After thinking for a while, he vaguely said, "She is also an official member of the organization investigating the organization, which is why I find Sera's attitude towards Ms. Amamiya quite strange."

Heiji Hattori thought Conan was being vague, so he said, "Fine, I happen to have something to do that I need to go to your place for, so let me meet these people instead!"

It was a weekend, and the streets were bustling with people. Sera Masumi, dressed in a neutral style, was walking down the street. She wasn't out shopping, of course; her target was a woman with platinum blonde hair ahead of her.

Recently, she has been following and observing this woman named Amamiya Namiko, who looks very much like her mother.

"Huh? Oh no, where did she go?" Sera Masumi saw the other person turn a corner and disappear in the blink of an eye, and she immediately became a little anxious. Suddenly, a hand patted Sera Masumi's shoulder from her side. "Sera-san, were you looking for me?"

Sera Masumi froze, then turned around and saw a face that bore a striking resemblance to her mother, smiling at her.

"Amamiya-sensei," Sera Masumi could only greet him awkwardly. "I just said I thought I saw you and wanted to say hello."

Jiang Jin listened with a half-smile and said, "Is that so? I thought Shi Liang was following me."

Sera Masumi didn't dare to respond and changed the subject, asking, "What are you doing here, Amamiya-sensei?"

"It's the weekend, so I just came out for a stroll." Jiang Jin said, looking around. "By the way, the Poirot Cat Cafe is nearby. Why don't we go sit there for a bit? The kittens there are really cute."

“Okay.” Even if Sera Masumi didn’t want to go, she had to agree at this point, but she felt that this was a good opportunity to test the other party.

The cats at Poirot Cat Cafe were as lazy as ever. Conan and Ran were playing with the cats there. Rei Furuya wasn't there today, but the manager, Hina Takanashi, was there to look after the cafe.

"Hey, are you saying the council president is coming over today?" Ran and Conan were sitting on the side, their voices not loud. Conan nodded. "He said he has something to discuss, and he mentioned something about curry."

"Are you talking about the curry at that popular family restaurant?" Takanashi Hina asked, bringing the cake to their table. "I heard there's a long line for their curry every day."

Xiao Lan blinked, wondering if she should try it sometime, and maybe she could learn something from it!

The wind chimes at the entrance are swaying, indicating that customers have entered the store.

Takanashi immediately looked towards the entrance and said, "Welcome to Poirot Cat Cafe... Oh, it's Poirot, you've come!"

Jiang Jin blinked at Takanashi Hina, then saw Conan and Ran, thinking to himself, "What a coincidence!"

"Good afternoon, Hina. Hmm... I didn't expect Conan and Xiaoshino to be here too." Jiang Jin said as he walked towards the two of them, and Sera Masumi could only follow to greet Conan.

"Ms. Amamiya, Sera-neechan, what are you doing together?" Conan asked, looking up.

“I just happened to run into her on the street, so I invited Sera-san to come over.” Jiang Jin said, looking at Sera Masumi, who nodded. “Yes, I just happened to run into Amamiya-sensei.”

Conan was a little skeptical of this "coincidence," but then he thought that Heiji Hattori really had come along, and that he had actually run into both of them today.

"Ah, Conan, are you here for afternoon tea?" Sera Masumi didn't want Jiang Jin to lead the conversation around, so she turned to Conan instead.

"Um... Heiji is coming over today... to see Uncle Mori, so we're waiting for him here." Conan couldn't convince Heiji that he was coming to see him, so he could only shift the blame to Kogoro Mori.

"Heiji-nii?" Sera Masumi looked puzzled, and Ran said, "He's Hattori Heiji, the son of the Osaka Prefectural Police Chief."

Takanashi Hina walked over with lemonade and dessert and said, "I know this one. I heard she's also a high school detective."

"It's Kudo from Kanto and Hattori from Kansai, right?" Jiang Jin said, looking at Conan. "Actually, I've always been quite curious about who is better between these two."

Ran suppressed a laugh and glanced at Conan, saying, "Maybe just as good?"

Conan's expression changed, and he couldn't help but say, "If we really have to compare, then it's definitely the east..."

"It's from the west! Of course, I, Hattori Heiji, the high school detective from the west, am stronger than Kudo from the east..." A figure rushed in front of the group, and a boy wearing a hat with skin darker than Furuya Rei glared at Conan, "You guys are getting more and more ridiculous!"

Conan twitched his lips, wondering where this guy suddenly came from.

After Hattori Heiji finished speaking, he straightened up and asked Conan, "So, where is that female detective? She's been mysteriously disappearing lately, asking about that Kudo guy."

As he spoke, he looked at the three unfamiliar girls. Takanashi Hina, who was holding a tray, was immediately ruled out by Hattori Heiji. Then there was Sera Masumi, with her androgynous short hair—shouldn't she be a boy?

Finally, Heiji Hattori looked at Jiang Jin. She was wearing a high-necked black inner shirt and a gray trench coat draped over a chair. Heiji Hattori wondered if it was her.

"Female detective? You mean Sera-neechan?" Ran pointed at Sera Masumi and reminded her.

Hattori Heiji was taken aback, looked at Sera Masumi with a surprised expression: "Huh? You're a girl?"

Sera Masumi smiled slightly: "However, I didn't go around asking others about it."

“Uh…you look like this,” Hattori Heiji couldn’t help but look at Jiang Jin beside him. The two of them sitting together were quite different. “It’s really quite unexpected.”

Sera Masumi seemed quite used to it. She looked at Jiang Jin and said, "Although I envy Amamiya-sensei, I'm sure I'll experience explosive growth in the future, just like my mother."

Jiang Jin's lips twitched. This kind of envy was really weird! Those wretched detective brats!

Hattori Heiji didn't want to continue the topic, and when he heard Sera Masumi mention Jiang Jin, he immediately said, "So, this is Amamiya-sensei?"

"Oh? Hattori-kun knows me?" Jiang Jin smiled slightly, staring at Hattori Heiji. Conan thought to himself, "Hattori is too obvious!"

Hattori Heiji quickly said, "Uh... Kudo and I mentioned you."

Jiang Jin raised an eyebrow and asked with a puzzled tone, "But I've been at Teitan High School for so long and I haven't seen Kudo-kun at all. How did he know about me?"

Sera Masumi remained silent, quietly sipping her milk tea and watching Hattori Heiji with a somewhat detached, spectator-like attitude.

"It was Conan who told Kudo, and Kudo told me that in a casual conversation." Hattori Heiji passed the buck to his good friend.

"Really? Conan?" Jiang Jin immediately looked sharply at Conan, who froze and awkwardly laughed, "Actually... it was Shinichi and I talking about Mr. Amuro, and then we mentioned Ms. Amamiya."

Upon hearing Amuro Tooru's name, Jiang Jin's expression softened somewhat, and she said with a smile, "Oh, I see."

Conan breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Jiang Jin didn't intend to press the matter further. Luckily, he was quick-witted enough to bring up Mr. Amuro. "Mr. Amuro is wonderful in every way, but isn't he a bit too love-struck?"

"Hey, Heiji-nii, didn't you say you were coming with Ha-neechan? Where's she?"
