Throughout the year, the county party committee and government have comprehensively created a fast, efficient, standardized, and transparent business environment and government service system. The progress of optimizing the business environment is reported as follows:

First, we took proactive measures. Next steps: First, promote the standardization of government services. Clarify that the government and its relevant departments should implement requirements to reduce procedures, materials, and time limits, compile and publicly release standardized work processes and service guides for government service items, and promote the acceptance and processing of the same items without discrimination and according to the same standards. Second, promote immediate, convenient, and one-stop service. Clarify that the government and its relevant departments should promote service models of on-the-spot completion, one-stop completion, and time-limited completion, achieving centralized and convenient processing. Third, strengthen administrative efficiency supervision and ensure the acceptance of administrative complaints in accordance with regulations. Fourth, strengthen cooperation among departments and raise awareness. It should be fundamentally recognized that only when enterprises grow bigger and stronger can tax revenue increase, fiscal revenue be guaranteed, the county economy develop, and the living standards of all people in the county truly improve. All functional departments need to further unify their thinking and update their concepts, actively build service-oriented government agencies, and truly optimize the business environment.
