The blood-red characters drawn by Cui Yu with his judge's pen represent the laws of this world, the decrees of heaven and earth, and the vast might of the heavens. All things in the world, even the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, are affected by them.

If that monkey hadn't forged an indestructible body in Laozi's furnace, completely isolating the blood-written words, he probably wouldn't have been able to sweep through the underworld with his golden cudgel.

It seemed the King of Hell was in a rather bad mood lately. They'd better be careful, lest they be caught making a mistake and thrown into the oil to be fried until they were seven-tenths cooked.

Guan Bo fled at breakneck speed, and soon he was almost out of the Underworld's territory. But before he could leave the Underworld and return to the mortal realm, he suddenly sensed that the blood-red mark on the Ruyi Divine Weapon seemed to have disappeared.

Guan Bo didn't think much of it. He quickly summoned the Ruyi Divine Weapon, which transformed into a shooting star and returned to his hand. After repeated inspection, he found no trace of magic on this natal magic weapon, indicating that it had not been tampered with.

"Did Cui go easy on me?" Guan Bo wondered.

Before, they acted all businesslike, as if they were going to capture and punish me. But now that they can't catch up, they've even returned the Ruyi Divine Weapon.

But this was clearly a good thing, and Guan Bo was too lazy to think about it too deeply. Maybe Cui Yu saw how lawless he was and didn't want to cause any more trouble for the underworld, so he sent him away like a plague god.

However, countless years have passed, and very few have been able to be saved by the Buddha's light. This Avici Hell remains teeming with vengeful ghosts and spirits, roaring day and night. If these ghosts were released, the human world would likely be plunged into chaos and become a realm of demons in a short period of time.

"I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty," this is the great vow made by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. His daily work is to eternally guard Avici Hell.

At this moment, Yama, the King of Hell, and Judge Cui came to visit, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had to temporarily stop chanting sutras to hear what these two had to say.

Cui Yu didn't embellish the story; he simply recounted to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva the events leading up to and following Guan Bo's entry into the underworld. He specifically mentioned that Guan Bo seemed completely unaffected by the laws of heaven and earth.

After listening to the report, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva smiled and said, "There is no need to worry. Buddha already knew about the panda spirit's situation and had already made arrangements."

With the Bodhisattva's assurance, Yama and Cui Yu were finally relieved. But then, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said, "But the soul of Zhang Bing is a serious matter. You must thoroughly investigate who dared to bring the Heavenly Demon down to the mortal realm without authorization."

Upon hearing the words "Heavenly Demon," both Yama and Cui Yu felt a chill run down their spines, and their faces showed unease and worry.

"Also, Guan Bo, this panda spirit, will be key to dealing with the Heavenly Demon. If possible, you might as well give him more care," Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva instructed again.

This time, both Yama and Cui Yu were truly shocked. They never expected that Guan Bo would be involved in such a major event. Cui Yu smiled wryly; with this connection, it wouldn't be easy for him to discipline his disciple using the laws of the underworld.

Meanwhile, Guan Bo had already left the underworld and returned to the mortal realm.
