Beast World: The Ferocious God Xiang Liu is So Gentle

Xiang Liu lay on the bed and tried it out: "It's definitely much more comfortable than sleeping on the floor."

This bed is fine for Lu Yao to sleep in alone, but it's a bit cramped for two people to sleep together.

Lu Yao sat on the edge of the bed. Xiang Liu was afraid that she might fall off the bed, so he quickly got up and said, "You can sleep on the bed by yourself tonight. Tomorrow I will widen the bed and then I will come up to sleep on it."

Lu Yao nodded shyly and then lay down.

The next morning, Xiang Liu went out to get busy. When Lu Yao woke up, she found that the bed had become much wider. Upon closer inspection, she realized that Xiang Liu had made another identical bed and quietly placed it next to this one.

After Xiang Liu noticed that Lu Yao had woken up, he asked, "Would you like grilled fish or fish slices for hot pot today?"

Lu Yao: "Let's have some fish slices!"

Lu Yao ate a few bites and then didn't want to eat anymore, eating even less than before.

Xiang Liu frowned slightly: "If you don't like eating fish, I'll go to a more distant sea area this afternoon to catch other prey for you. You can't keep eating so little."

Lu Yao: "I'd like to eat some vegetables. Could you find me some green plants from the sea?"

Lu Yao sat down in the chair and leaned back: "Very comfortable."

Lu Yao placed her hands on the table again: "The height is just right!"

Lu Yao stood up: "Xiang Liu, sit down quickly and try the height. From now on, we'll eat sitting like this."

After trying it, Xiang Liu thought it was good, so he quickly made a chair out of the other piece of wood that Lu Yao had chosen.

After moving the tables and chairs back into the cave, Xiang Liu began grilling the meat.

Xiang Liu placed the grilled fish in a coconut shell, put it on the table, and watched Lu Yao eat it.

Lu Yao: "Aren't you going to eat?"

Xiang Liu: "I've already eaten this morning, you can eat!"

After watching Lu Yao finish her meal, Xiang Liu said, "I'll go out and find some seaweed for you; it might take a while. You stay in the cave and don't wander off."

Lu Yao: "Don't worry, I'll wait for you in the cave. I won't go anywhere else."

About an hour after Xiang Liu left, an uninvited guest arrived at the cave.

The man in front of him was slightly shorter than Xiang Liu, with yellowish skin, but his features were fairly regular.

Lu Yao preemptively asked, "Who are you, and why have you come to our island?"

A Xiang: "I am A Xiang, a giant eagle beastman. I came here to pick sea tree fruit. I came in out of curiosity after seeing this cave. I'm sorry, I meant no harm."
