With Li Guowei's help, Xu Jingjing stood outside his door.

"You didn't block them?" Li Zhicheng asked, looking at his phone. That was her only flaw; she should have removed them from her life long ago. Why let them bother her?

"I'm blocking them now."

Shen Menghan hung up the phone and blocked the number in front of Li Zhicheng.

That way, they can't break in.

Xu Jingjing's legs were tired from standing outside, so she thought of using this self-inflicted injury to force Shen Menghan to forgive her.

Unexpectedly, she hung up the phone. She and Li Guowei looked at each other in dismay. Although they knew that Shen Menghan would not forgive them easily, it was truly unprecedented for her to be able to ignore them while she was sitting inside eating breakfast and they had been waiting outside for a long time.

“She has to go to work, she’ll always come out.” Xu Jingjing had figured it out; it was Monday, and Shen Menghan, a hardworking and ambitious person, wouldn’t be late.

Shen Menghan finished a glass of milk and prepared to leave.
