When the willows in the desert sprouted new leaves in spring, the female shopkeeper set off for Jiangnan.

Perhaps the willows of Jiangnan cannot withstand the wind and sand as well as those of the frontier, but the willows of Jiangnan can still show a touch of tenderness in the beautiful spring scenery.

The Sunset Warrior also left with the Fairy of the Forest.

As he left, the Sunset Warrior said, "The martial world is not the way back home; my beloved woman is." So, having found his beloved woman, he returned to his hometown.

For a martial arts practitioner, wandering the martial world is their profession, but once they give up the martial world, their lives will be more difficult than those of ordinary people.

But what do hardships matter when you have a woman you love?

Love makes even water taste sweet!

Zhang Zhengdao rode on a white ox, not walking very fast. Every now and then, a willow branch would flick the ox's rump, and the ox would then keep moving forward with renewed vigor.

Once she figured things out, Niu Xiangxiang quickly accepted reality.

Becoming Zhang Zhengdao's woman and becoming Zhang Zhengdao's mount both lead to the same result.

Let's ride it!

Although it didn't meet her expectations, this was her final destination, so she was content.

Zhang Zhengdao didn't know what she was thinking, but he was quite satisfied to have such a mount. Back in Peach Blossom Mountain, he used Chilong as his mount, later in Journey to the West, he used Heijia as his mount, and now in the world of Fantasy Westward Journey, he uses Niu Xiangxiang as his mount.

This feeling of riding a mythical beast and playing in the human world, isn't that exactly what I longed for when I was on Earth, reading those online novels every day?

What is the most important thing in life?

It's not about staying at an inn, nor about chivalrous deeds, nor about vying for secret manuals or becoming the leader of an alliance. It's about finding one's original aspirations in this martial world.

Zhang Zhengdao's original intention was when he first visited the Peach Blossom Temple.

Having dealt with gods and demons so much, he had long forgotten what the mortal mindset was like, even though he occasionally ventured into the mortal realm.

But as soon as she got home, it was either the lamp wick monster Zixia or the lotus seed monster Shu Baimei.

Even his friends were either fat monks... no, not Buddha, but Sun Wukong-like figures, so Zhang Zhengdao felt like he was losing his humanity.

When I was on Earth, I was just an ordinary person.

He's just an ordinary person who only wants to pass the civil service exam and then settle down. His usual routine involves eating and drinking with a few close friends, playing musical instruments, singing and dancing, and getting foot massages.

When he reaches a certain age, he will get married and have a child with the right person. As long as the child is his own, he will feel that the meaning of his life is complete.

Unfortunately, once you start something like time travel, it seems like you can't stop.

One minute it's Peach Blossom Temple, the next it's Journey to the West, then it's A Chinese Odyssey...

We don't know where the next world will be.

If there were another world, he would rather travel to a world without gods or Buddhas, or even a martial arts world without flying knights and villains.

The world of Peach Blossom Temple was originally a martial arts world, but it collapsed because of my arrival. Mythical beasts and strange birds appeared one after another, and the martial arts were originally at the level of Grandmaster.

When the results came out, it turned out that the person was several hundred years old.

Even the Chilong eventually transformed into a golden dragon.

The Divine Fire Sect of Heyun Mountain and Qixian Lake have both emerged.

The world will no longer be a world of martial arts.

He finally managed to marry a wife, but it turned out she was also a divine being who had ascended to some unknown place. In this vast universe, this is going to drive him crazy.

The key is……

As he transmigrated, Lao Tzu actually developed a terminal illness.

The symptoms of infertility accompanied me on every journey around the world.

Spring came to Hangzhou earlier than usual.

When ten thousand green silk ribbons hung down, it was only the end of February.

The white ox said to Zhang Zhengdao, "Daoist, take a rest."

So Zhang Zhengdao dismounted the ox and tied it to a willow tree by the river.

"I'm going to get some wine, you wait here for me!"

White Cow: ...

Zhang Zhengdao allows the white ox to have ideas; a white ox with ideas is a good white ox, because Zhang Zhengdao does not allow the white ox to act according to its own ideas.

So the white ox lay listlessly eating grass by the willow tree on the riverbank.

Yes, when Niu Xiangxiang becomes a white cow, grass tastes best. But when she becomes Niu Xiangxiang again, meat tastes best. Different forms correspond to different appetites.

They had only taken a few bites when three sleazy-looking men ran over. The skinny one said to the burly man wearing a short-sleeved shirt, "Zhu Da, this is it. I've been following him all this way. It's only a little while before the Taoist priest left. Now that you're all alone, if you lead this white ox away, nobody will know it was you, right?"

Zhu Da nodded, looked the white ox over, and exclaimed, "What a fine ox! Its white coat looks like an auspicious sign. If we give it to the governor first, wouldn't that be a great achievement? Lai Liu, you've done a good job. The five taels of silver owed are paid off."

Lai Liu quickly thanked him, saying, "Zhu Daxiong is so strong!"

Zhu laughed loudly, looked around but didn't see anyone, so he untied the rope, led the white ox away.

I pulled it, but it wouldn't budge.

The white ox grazed leisurely without moving its head, as if Zhu's efforts had been in vain.

"Lai Liu, find me a stick. I'll whip it a few times. When it feels pain, it'll know to come with me."

Lai Liu really did go to find a stick.

As soon as he got the stick, Bai Niu got up and followed Zhu Da all the way.

As Bai Niu walked, he listened to Zhu Da's occasional laughter and thought, "Daoist, if you come back and find that I'm gone, will you be sad and upset?"

This is a great way to test your standing in the Taoist priest's heart!

The white cow thinks it is very smart.

Hangzhou city, streets and wineries.

Zhang Zhengdao went in and handed his gourd to the shopkeeper.

"Give me twenty catties of your best Shaoxing wine."

With a "snap," the purple-gold gourd was placed on the counter.

The shopkeeper said, "Taoist, can your gourd hold twenty catties? At most, it can hold two or three catties of wine. I'll fill it with three catties for you, I reckon that'll be about right."

“I’ll pay you if you pack it in twenty jin!” Zhang Zhengdao said. “This is a magic gourd.”

The shopkeeper laughed: "You're bragging. Give it to me, I'll get you some wine!"

After downing three catties of wine, the shopkeeper looked at the mouth of the gourd and saw that it was dark and gloomy. He shook it and felt that it was quite heavy. It seemed to really be a magic gourd.

So he drank another three jin of wine.

He drank it down, but it was still bottomless. Unconvinced, he drank another three jin (about 1.5 kg), but still no bottom. His strange noises attracted the attention of the other drinkers around him.

"Taoist, this gourd of yours really is a magic gourd! Can it really hold twenty catties?"

An old man came over, stroking his beard, and said, "I'm not exactly a country bumpkin. I've seen a magic gourd like this before, by a lame old beggar. He also said he wanted to buy wine, and he bought thirty catties, but it wasn't even full."

One of the men said, "You're not being honest. How can a beggar afford thirty catties of wine?"

The old man said, "Why not? Someone is paying for it. The manager of Huichunlou personally came to accompany the old beggar to buy wine. Are you afraid you can't afford it? Don't you know what kind of place Huichunlou is?"

"why?"

A young man asked in confusion.

The old man chuckled and said, “You’ve hit the nail on the head. Huichun Tower gathers all the beautiful girls in the world… They’re usually from the Jiaofangsi (a type of entertainment venue), and they’re all very pretty… There was a customer who got into a fight, but the old beggar beat him to a pulp with a stick. The madam told the manager to ask the beggar, ‘Here’s five taels of silver.’”

The young man clicked his tongue and said, "The old beggar made a profit."

The old man laughed: "You're still too young. The old beggar said, 'I don't want your gold or silver, just take me to the wine shop and fill this gourd with wine.' The manager thought, 'What a good deal! A gourd full of wine will only cost one tael of silver.' So he happily accompanied the beggar, but in the end... the manager's face turned white."

The young man said, "Did the person in charge renege on their promise?"

The old man scoffed, "Does he dare? He knew this gourd was no ordinary gourd when he was filling it with wine; it's a treasure gourd. The person holding the gourd must be no ordinary person either. Doesn't he have any knowledge?"

As soon as he said this, everyone looked at Zhang Zhengdao after he had just filled twenty jin of wine.

Zhang Zhengdao laughed and said, "The gourd is a magic gourd, but I'm not an old beggar. Don't compare me to him!"

Everyone nodded in unison: "Of course not."

Zhang Zhengdao paid the money and left; this gourd of wine would last him a while.

In this Tang Dynasty world of Journey to the West, there are still various delicacies, but they are not as abundant as on Earth, and the wine is not very good either, barely drinkable.

On the way back, when we got to the riverbank, we found that the white ox was gone.

After looking around, he understood.

He wasn't in a hurry, so he plopped down and took a sip of wine.

"Taoist, aren't you in a hurry? Your ox is gone."

As they were talking, an old beggar, dressed in shabby clothes with a gourd of wine hanging from his waist, walked over to Zhang Zhengdao and plopped down next to him.

"How do you know my cow is missing? Did you steal it?"

Zhang Zhengdao turned around and was about to grab the old beggar's clothes.

The old beggar shook his head and said, "It wasn't me, but I still know who stole your cow. I could tell at a glance that the cow was no ordinary cow."

Zhang Zhengdao laughed heartily: "I could tell at a glance that you're no ordinary person either. A gourd that can hold thirty catties of wine is quite something."

The old beggar laughed heartily: "You heard it from the rumors outside, didn't you?"

Zhang Zhengdao looked at him and then said, "Where's your walking stick?"

The old beggar was taken aback: "You recognized me?"

Zhang Zhengdao said, "You, a beggar, are carrying a magic gourd and talking nonsense. You're just a charlatan. Who doesn't know you, Tieguai Li?"
