Tomorrow is the departure day. Han Zhi had just finished dinner when he instructed his servants to check and move everything out so that it could be loaded onto the truck today and they could set off directly tomorrow.

During this time, Han Zhi pulled Su Zhen to the bed and whispered some secrets to her.

"Once we get to Kyoto, Eighth Sister will become the most important person in the family," Han Zhi whispered, holding Su Zhen in his arms.

"Why?" Su Zhen asked deliberately, "Is it because you're afraid I'll complain to you and my mother? That's why you said such a thing, sir."

"What accusation?" Han Zhi keenly caught the key word and deliberately asked, "Accusation of what?"

Su Zhen said jokingly, "Wasn't it just to ask you why, my lord? Do you really think I'm the kind of person who would complain?"

"Do you think I'm the kind of person who would be afraid of Eighth Sister complaining? Eighth Sister is the matriarch of the family, in charge of everyone, so naturally she's the most important person in the family," Han Zhi said.

Su Zhen smiled and said, "But my husband is disobedient, so how can I be considered the most important person?"

"If I say it's okay, then it's okay."

Han Zhi smiled, then pulled Su Zhen into his arms and kissed her.

"My lord, my wife, everything has been checked." Yueping saw the two people sitting on the bed and immediately understood what had happened. She quickly retreated to the door.

"How is it? Is there anything missing?" Han Zhi gently bit Su Zhen's lips, but Su Zhen slapped him away.

“My lord, no. But just in case, you should check it yourself,” Yueping said.

Han Zhi grabbed Su Zhen's hand as she was about to slap him, then tried to tickle her. But Su Zhen grabbed his hand as well, which made Han Zhi chuckle.

"Sir, stop fooling around. Now is the time to take inventory of the things."

Han Zhi then released Su Zhen and said, "Eighth Sister, you should go too. If you find anything you're missing, you can get it quickly."

"Ah."

Once outside, there were boxes of all sizes, filled with clothes and other items. The journey would take about a month, so a change of clothes was essential.

Then came the bamboo water bottle for our journey, and the dry rations for the road. While Su Zhen was checking everything, Han Zhi asked, "By the way, Yueping, have you checked how we should get to the capital?"

“My lord, the fastest route is by water, first to Chengdu, then down the Three Gorges, disembarking at Jiangling, and finally by land to the capital.”

Han Zhi pondered for a moment, then came to Su Zhen's side and asked, "Eighth Sister, do you suffer from seasickness or motion sickness?"

"Motion sickness? What kind of illness is that?" Su Zhen had never heard of these terms before and was somewhat puzzled.

"Hmm..." Han Zhi thought for a moment and then described it as, "It's probably something like feeling dizzy and vomiting when riding in a carriage or boat."

Upon hearing this, Su Zhen asked, "Is your husband referring to vertigo?"

Han Zhi nodded, while Su Zhen shook her head: "I don't know, after all, I have never traveled by carriage or boat for a long time."

Then Han Zhi tapped his chin and instructed Yue Ping, "Yue Ping, go outside later and buy some medicine to relieve dizziness."

As he spoke, he looked up at the sky.

It was already getting dark, but thankfully, there was no curfew in the Song Dynasty. Even going out in the middle of the night was fine, so Han Zhi felt at ease letting Yueping go out to buy things.

"Yes, my lord."

After Su Zhen checked the items again, he said to Han Zhi, "My lord, all these things are here, nothing is missing."

"Then let's load it onto the truck. We can set off tomorrow at the right time."

"Yes."

After arranging everything, Han Zhi and Su Zhen returned inside. Although their luggage was ready, there were still some things they needed to carry with them.

Su Zhen sat down at her dressing table and began to pack her things.

"Official?"

"Ok?"

Han Zhi stood in front of the wardrobe, seemingly unsure of what to do.

"Have you packed everything, my lord?" Su Zhen carefully put the house deed into his jewelry box and then packed it into his bundle.

"What do I need to pack?"

Han Zhi picked up his bundle and held it in his hand, examining it from head to toe. At the same time, he was thinking about what he should bring with him when he went out.

“My lord, even when you are on the road, you must not forget your studies.” Su Zhen turned around and looked at Han Zhi, who was still in a daze, and said, “If my lord tries to slack off, I will discipline him.”

"Ok."

After listening, Han Zhi went to his desk and started packing, and the room became quiet for a while.

Su Zhen had a clear goal, so she quickly finished packing what she was responsible for. Then, she subconsciously looked up and saw Han Zhi. Han Zhi had already started tying knots, so he must have finished packing.

Subconsciously, Su Zhen felt there might be some problems, so she stood up and walked to Han Zhi's side.

"Official?"

Han Zhi looked up and heard Su Zhen say, "My lord, is everything inside packed?"

He nodded, and Su Zhen looked down at the bundle—it was square and looked a little strange. She squatted down and reached out to untie the bundle.

She was amused when she saw what was inside the bundle: it really only contained books.

“My lord,” Su Zhen raised his hand and gently rubbed his temples, “I said I was just filling my books with books, but is that all you’re doing, my lord?”

Han Zhi was a little embarrassed. He scratched his head and gave Su Zhen a silly smile.

Su Zhen reached out and gently tapped Han Zhi, saying, "Never mind, my lord, just leave it aside. I'll help you pack it up."

Han Zhi had no choice but to obediently step aside, watching as Su Zhen sat down in his seat and started packing his things. He then sat down beside her, resting his hand on the table and looking at Su Zhen with his chin in his hand.

When Su Zhen finished packing her bundle and looked up, she met Han Zhi's gaze.

"What a shameless rascal!" Su Zhen spat and then stood up with a smile.

"How come I'm your enemy again?" Han Zhi chuckled, stood up, and followed behind Su Zhen.

“How can it not be?” Su Zhen rolled her eyes at him and said, “It’s always like this. He doesn’t care about things at home, and now he doesn’t even know how to pack his own bags.”

Han Zhi, however, pulled Su Zhen aside in a fawning manner and said with a smile, "Isn't it because Eighth Sister is here? Without Eighth Sister, I might be at a loss."

"What if I'm not here?" Su Zhen then pulled Han Zhi back to the bedside. "If I'm not here, my husband still has Yue Ping by his side. It doesn't seem like he has no choice but me."

At this moment, Han Zhi put on a "pitiful" look, which once again successfully made Su Zhen laugh.

Su Zhen spat again and said, "It's always the same. I wonder how many women he's fooled."
