Tangli Fried Snow

Chapter 60 I guess you drink

Three days later.

A charcoal brazier burned inside the simple tent.

Jin Cheng and Jiang Qimo were staring intently into each other's eyes.

Despite the cold weather, the two of them were shirtless, revealing their muscular physiques. If Shirley were here, she would definitely be dazzled by their chest and abs, and run up to lick their abs with starry eyes.

In the flickering torchlight, they seemed to still be steaming with heat.

The tent was filled with the scent of male hormones.

Jin Cheng lunged at him, but Jiang Qimo grabbed his waist without hesitation and tried to throw him headfirst. Jin Cheng wasn't about to let him succeed. He shouted and executed a powerful downward throw, spinning around several times. Neither could gain the upper hand, so Jin Cheng raised his hand and attacked his temples without any mercy.

Hu Sihai and Jiang Qimo's guards watched nervously, not daring to utter a sound, their eyes fixed on the two in the middle.

Hearing the wind rushing past his ear, Jiang Qimo immediately attacked his waist and ribs with his left elbow. Jin Cheng groaned, his strength waning. He shouted and placed both hands on Jiang Qimo's shoulders. With a burst of strength, he lifted his feet into the air and performed a front flip, escaping his opponent's grip.

As soon as Jin Chengfu landed, he rolled on the spot, not giving his opponent a chance to catch his breath. He then used his left foot to kick diagonally, starting to attack Jiang Qimo's lower body. The two legs were intertwined, changing angles several times, but neither of them moved an inch. Once their lower bodies were firmly planted, they began to wrestle again. Before long, their arms were entangled, and they began to wrestle with their upper bodies, like two deer in heat, head to head, breathing heavily through their noses. The battle had reached a fever pitch.

Cheers and shouts of encouragement rang out from all around, and the scene became lively.

Hu Sihai had the loudest voice. His arm was injured and in a sling, making him look quite comical. He watched the two men exert themselves nervously while cheering for Jin Cheng: "Young Master, give it your all! Young Master is mighty! Young Master will win!"

Jiang Qimo's personal guards also cheered for their master without showing any weakness, "Lord Jiang is incredibly powerful! Lord Jiang will surely win!" The tent was filled with excitement.

The two men in the middle were constantly shifting and refusing to yield to each other.

They fought fiercely for half an hour, comparing their legs, arms, fists, and sumo wrestling. In the last round, Jiang Qimo was slightly better than Jin Cheng. Unwilling to admit defeat, Jin Cheng shouted and insisted on another match.

Jiang Qimo laughed loudly and said, "Your arm is injured, so it would be unfair for me to win. Let's just call it a draw."

Jin Cheng knew that Jiang Qimo had been deferring to him and that he was no match for him, so he took the opportunity to say, "Then let's compete in something else. Hu Sihai, bring the wine."

Hu Sihai said with difficulty, "Second Young Master, drinking is not allowed in the army. Besides, you are injured, so you should not drink."

Jin Cheng's eyes darted around, and he said without hesitation, "Bring some sweet osmanthus wine to set the mood, and Lord Jiang and I will play some more."

Hu Sihai had no choice but to agree and go to get the wine.

Jiang Qimo said, "However, I do have a new game, a dancing game with daggers and fingers." He then gestured with both hands.

Jin Cheng replied unhappily, "You must have practiced secretly. I'm not playing with you."

As they talked, their guards wiped the sweat off their bodies with hot water, and after they dressed, they sat down on a piece of animal skin. Hu Sihai took a small jar of sweet osmanthus wine and poured a small cup for each of them.

Jin Cheng, holding his wine cup, said, "We just had a contest of fists and feet, now it's time to have a contest of brains. I wonder if you, sir, would dare to play some new games with me?"

Jiang Qimo said with great enthusiasm, "Qimo is willing to accompany you to the end."

He was a scholar who passed the imperial examinations twice, possessing both literary and military talents, and was skilled in poetry, prose, and essays. Who was afraid of him? Just as he was eager to show off his skills...

Jin Cheng toyed with his wine glass and said with a smile, "Let's play a game called 'Guess What You Are.' As the name suggests, it's 'I guess you.' If you guess right, you drink; if you guess wrong, I drink."

Jiang Qimo smiled and said, "We've known each other since we were little, what's there to guess?"

Jin Cheng glanced at him smugly, raised an eyebrow, and said mischievously, "Of course, it's about guessing things that no one else knows."

Upon hearing this, the people around them became eager and gathered around the two with shining eyes.

Jiang Qimo pondered for a moment: "I've never played this game before. This game sounds interesting. I'd really like to try it with you. Second Young Master, you go first."

A glint flashed in Jin Cheng's eyes, and he pointed at him, saying, "You, your father beat you."

Jiang Qimo was speechless after being choked by his words. How could the son of a military general not get a beating from his father?

He sighed and reluctantly drank a glass of wine; it was too sweet and didn't taste good.

“Not only my dad, but my mom hit me too. I was such a naughty kid…” Jiang Qimo perked up and said, “Then it’s my turn to ask.”

A hint of mockery flashed in his eyes as he said to Young Master Jin, "You've never killed a woman."

. . .

Everyone looked at Jin Cheng.

Jin Cheng finished his drink with a defiant look on his face and asked him, "Have you ever killed a woman?"

Jiang Qimo said seriously, "I've killed a female assassin. She was a really formidable person."

Jin Cheng took a deep breath, and the two looked at each other very seriously, not even missing a single nose hair.

Jin Cheng stared into his eyes again and said, "You've never slept with a woman."

Upon hearing this, the atmosphere inside the tent instantly became ambiguous. Several pairs of eyes stared at Lord Jiang, whose tent was filled with the two words: gossip.

Jiang Qimo closed his eyes, exhaled, and cursed Jin Cheng in his heart before reluctantly drinking a cup. A burst of suppressed laughter immediately filled the air.

Jin Cheng grinned slyly, his phoenix eyes full of smugness.

"You've never slept with a man."

Jin Cheng's face turned green, and he immediately drank a cup of wine. The guards around him were about to burst out of their seats.

He immediately said, "You, you like a girl!"

Everyone looked at Jiang Qimo, who hadn't drunk any alcohol this time.

Seeing his nonchalant expression, Jin Cheng reluctantly drank a glass. This brat is already twenty-four and hasn't even liked a single girl. Consider this glass a gift to him; may he remain a virgin for life.

Jiang Qimo stared blankly at Jin Cheng for a long time. He looked into Jin Cheng's charming eyes, then rolled his eyes and said, "You've been hurt in love. You've been played by a woman."

Jin Cheng was furious. Ugh, this bastard always brings up the most sensitive topics. He leaned back, his eyes darting around. For a moment, he didn't even know if he had been hurt emotionally, or if that little vixen had actually tricked him.

Did I really care about her that much? Or did she run away on her own?

Seeing his conflicted expression, Jiang Qimo asked him, "Have you ever been attracted to a woman?"

"Um.."

Between men and women, which type are you?

"Hmm, sacrifice...?"

Have you ever suffered emotional torment?

"Shut up."

"Then drink it."

Jin Cheng resignedly drank a cup of wine. A chorus of suppressed laughter erupted around him once more.

Jin Cheng rallied himself, sat up straight, and his eyes shone with seriousness: "You've been north of the Great Wall."

Jiang Qimo chuckled. What a cunning lad. He drank his wine and gave the other man a speechless look.

"What are you doing there?"

“Confidential, no comment,” he said, spreading his hands.

. . .

Jiang Qimo said, "Ha, it's my turn again... You, you got beaten up by your sister!"

Jin Cheng chuckled, raised his hand, and waved his index finger in front of him, saying, "You don't understand Jin Yuyan at all. She's all about putting on a show; she never does anything herself. Drink!"

Everyone fell silent for a moment.

Jiang Qimo drank a cup.

Jin Cheng laughed heartily, then stopped, his eyes darting around before he said, "You fall in love with a woman, but she doesn't love you. You've remained chaste for her, going to the battlefield to earn merits, all so you can marry her..."

Jiang Qimo looked at him speechlessly. Didn't he just say, "Are you out of your mind?"

"Sorry, this seems to be talking about myself..."

Jin Cheng punished himself by drinking two cups.

The two finished the can of wine in no time, and Jin Cheng shouted, "Sihai, go get another can."

Hu Sihai shook his head like a rattle drum, "No, I can't drink anymore."

The two of them were far from satisfied. This half-hearted state was just beginning to get interesting, and they hadn't even gotten to the real stuff yet. It was like being teased by that little vixen, only to have her make a hasty escape, leaving them feeling miserable.

"How about the loser drinks water and whoever peees first loses?" Jin Cheng said.

Jiang Qimo was so angry he laughed, and the people around him started to jeer. He had no choice but to agree.

"Whoever goes to pee first has to treat everyone to drinks next time they go back to the capital," Jin Cheng added.

"Okay, it's a deal."

Hu Sihai brought over another large jar of water, and each of them had a big bowl. After drinking the seventh bowl, Jiang finally couldn't take it anymore and, true to his word, went out to relieve himself.

Only after promising to invite Young Master Jin back to Beijing for a meal at Fanlou Restaurant did he finally satisfy this persistent pest.

The news spread throughout the military camp the next day: Young Master Jin had been played by a woman, and Young Master Jiang had remained celibate for his sake.
