Rita looked at the comical knight emerging from the darkness, and especially after seeing his mask, she felt a chill run down her spine, like she was being watched by a lewd old man.

"Aren't you touched that I came to save you?" Mei said, then leaped to Rita's side.

"Heh, you're just being presumptuous," Rita replied coldly.

"Alright, you should still have the strength to break through, right? Do you need me to take special care of you?" Mei couldn't help but tease Rita when she saw her injured and defeated appearance.

"None of your business. Mind your own business, you comical hero." Rita stood up again, assuming a fighting stance.

Raven's voice came over the radio, filled with murderous intent: "It's no surprise... Ever since Rita suddenly started to suspect us, I had a feeling that someone was pulling strings behind the scenes."

"Heh, Sky Wicked Man, you originally had a chance to stay out of this, but unfortunately you no longer have the chance to live."

"Destroy them!"

The Death Weavers surrounded the two, determined to annihilate them on the spot.

When Mei saw Rita's damaged weapon, she took out a dual-wielded pulse greatsword from her own storage space and threw it to her.

Rita took the greatsword and felt a sudden heaviness in her hand. She looked at Mei with a puzzled expression, clearly not understanding.

Mei explained, "You don't have any weapons, so just use this. It's much better than your broken scythe."

After saying that, Mei's purple lightning blade, crackling with lightning, slashed at the monster in front of her.

"Be careful, that's a specialized Valkyrie hunting weapon codenamed 'Death Weaver,'" Rita kindly reminded her, knowing that the other party was ultimately there to save her.

Rita remained silent and did not answer Mei. Instead, she took the greatsword in her hand and slashed fiercely at another Death Weaver.

Under Rita's immense power, deep cracks appeared in the ground beneath Death Weaver's feet, his bones creaked and finally broke, and he was ultimately killed by Rita's sword.

Mei, wielding the Purple Lightning Blade, unleashed her full power. A flash of lightning erupted, and a lightning slash exploded in the distance, temporarily halting the advance of the Death Weavers.

"Rita! This way, get in the elevator quickly!"

In the gloomy darkness, the shadowy figures of corpses loomed out like a net spreading across the sky.

"You two jump in while I can still hold on," Kiana said anxiously.

When Mei saw this, her blood pressure spiked, and she really wanted to give Kiana a good beating.

"Heh, it was all for nothing in the end. If you had this teleportation skill, why didn't you use it sooner? If you had used it sooner, would we have needed to go through all this trouble to break through? So what was the point of all that fighting so desperately before?" Mei thought to herself as she looked at the golden teleportation portal next to Kiana.

At this moment, Rita suddenly spoke up, "Excuse me, Miss Kiana, please allow me to finish this last matter for today."

As Rita muttered something under her breath, a massive spaceship crashed into the location.

Kiana was stunned by the oncoming spaceship, while Mei, behind her comical mask, was genuinely on the verge of tears.

Mei immediately unleashed a burst of lightning, kicking Rita into the portal at top speed, then grabbed Kiana's collar and leaped into the portal herself.

"Boom!" A violent explosion erupted, and a burst of flames shot into the sky, shining brightly in the darkness. The intense flames engulfed everything around them, turning it into scorched earth. Only ruins remained in the area, with no trace of life left.

"Tsk? Rita, why are you sleeping on the floor? This is a bad habit of yours, you need to change it!" Mei looked at Rita on the floor and earnestly advised her.
