With a cracking sound, a fissure appeared in the golden circular shield made of Void Spears behind Kiana.

Taking advantage of this moment, Kiana immediately turned around, and the imaginary cube in her hand kept changing, stretching and compressing, and finally shot out like a longbow.

Mei transformed into lightning once more, streaking across the sky. Purple imaginary energy passed through the afterimage Mei left behind and exploded into the sky, piercing through the dark clouds and letting sunlight stream down.

Kiana waved her hands, and countless imaginary cubes condensed and surrounded Mei.

However, the next second, red lightning struck again and flashed by. Kiana quickly looked around, but Mei was nowhere to be seen. Her expression grew increasingly anxious.

"Wow, that's fast! Where's Mei? Where is she?!!"

High in the sky, red lightning surged, and Mei and the red arm armor behind her simultaneously drew their swords, the blades crackling with lightning.

"Kiana... let's say goodbye to this move..."

Along with the back of the Heavenly Key, a massive red lightning bolt ripped through the void, like a crescent moon hurtling towards Kiana.

Kiana sensed a tremendous danger signal above her head, abruptly looked up, and a red blade of light flashed before her eyes. Accompanied by excruciating pain, Kiana's consciousness plunged into darkness...

Thunder roared across the sky, countless bolts of lightning spreading outwards until finally silence returned...

Kiana lost consciousness and fell from the sky until Mei appeared, caught her, and slowly lowered her back to the ground.

Mei looked at the girl in her arms and smiled slightly.

"Kiana, I knew it~ You're cutest when you're lying quietly in my arms like this~"

After saying that, Mei cupped Kiana's face in her hands again and kissed her passionately, relentlessly searching for the deliciousness within.

As Kiana thought of this, all the beautiful memories she had shared with Mei flooded her mind, and tears suddenly welled up uncontrollably.

"Waaaaah! Waaaaah, Mei, you liar!"

"You promised me that we would walk together from now on... so why did you leave me?"

"Waaaa...Mei...Mei..."

Kiana sobbed, venting her resentment. She hadn't cried when she wandered the world. She hadn't cried when she realized she was just a clone. She hadn't cried when she was tortured by the jackals.
