On Mawei Slope, the yellow earth stretched endlessly, and the biting wind seemed to weep and lament. In the distance, the once prosperous city of Chang'an was now shrouded in dust, with only broken walls and ruins faintly visible, a desolate sight. Zhu Feifei knelt before Yang Guifei's simple tomb, gently placing white peonies picked from the imperial garden before the tombstone. Tears blurred her vision, and her lips trembled as she whispered her longing and promises:

"Your Highness, rest in peace," Zhu Feifei said softly, her voice filled with deep sorrow and self-reproach. "I will avenge you, and I will do everything in my power to protect the future of the Tang Dynasty, ensuring your sacrifice was not in vain."

She collected Yang Guifei's last tears into a teardrop necklace. At this moment, the necklace is strung with four crystal-clear teardrops, shimmering with a faint light. Each teardrop records an unfinished mission and eternal longing.

"Silly pig, your mission is complete. You can leave this world now." Little White's voice came from the jade pendant, carrying a hint of comfort and relief.

Zhu Feifei slowly stood up, gazing at the war-torn sky in the distance, her heart filled with mixed emotions. She knew she should leave, go to a new world, and fulfill a new mission. But the shattered land before her, the displaced people, made it impossible for her to simply walk away.

“I can’t just leave like this,” she said softly, her voice tinged with struggle. “The Imperial Concubine is gone, but I can’t let the Emperor face this ravaged Tang Dynasty alone… But, Xiaobai, can I really change all of this?”

Xiao Bai was silent for a moment, then his voice became solemn: "The decline of the Tang Dynasty was inevitable in history, and you could not stop it. But you have done your best. You saved Yang Guifei's soul and helped many innocent people. Now, it is time to move forward, to go to a new world, and to fulfill a new mission. This is the meaning of your existence."

Zhu Feifei took a deep breath, her gaze gradually hardening. She glanced one last time at Yang Guifei's tomb, then turned to face the pale blue light.

"You're right, Xiaobai, let's go."

Before she finished speaking, a beam of dark blue light suddenly split open in the sky, as if connecting endless time and space. Zhu Feifei's figure gradually disappeared with the light.

······

The biting wind and snow howled through the ancient forest, swirling up snowflakes and painting the world a vast expanse of white. A majestic castle stood amidst the snowstorm, its towering spires reaching into the clouds, seemingly silently recounting the vicissitudes of time and the weight of history.

Deep within the castle, a fireplace roared, dispelling the chill and casting a warm glow into every corner of the room. A woman in a long black dress stood silently by the window, gazing at the swirling snowflakes outside, her eyes filled with sorrow and anger.

Her name is Avril, she is the princess of this kingdom, and also a magician with powerful magical talent.

Three years ago, a sudden rebellion took everything from her. Her parents were brutally murdered, her kingdom was usurped by an evil dark mage, and she herself was forced into exile, living a life of constant wandering.

But she never gave up hope of revenge. She diligently practiced magic, recruited soldiers, and waited for the right opportunity to overthrow the rule of the dark mages and reclaim everything that was rightfully hers.

"I will avenge you, Father, Mother..." Avril murmured, gripping her magic wand tightly, her voice filled with hatred and determination.

Just then, a flippant voice rang out in the room: "Beautiful princess, why are you so sorrowful? Can't even the falling snow soothe the pain in your heart?"

Avril whirled around and saw a man dressed in lavish clothes standing in the doorway, a cynical smile on his face.

"Who are you?" Avril asked warily. "What are you doing here?"

"I am Jukeli, a wandering bard." The man smiled slightly. "I was captivated by Your Highness's beauty and came to offer you a song, hoping to dispel the gloom in your heart."

Avril looked coldly at Juckley. "I don't need your pity, and I don't need your music. Please leave!"

Juklee didn't leave; instead, he stepped forward. "Beautiful princess, why do you reject happiness? Is revenge the sole meaning of your life?"

Avril's eyes grew even colder. "What do you know? You have no idea what I've been through!"

“Perhaps,” Juklee shrugged, “but I believe revenge won’t bring you true happiness. You should try to let go of hatred and seek new hope.”

Avril sneered, "Hope? My hope was destroyed long ago by the dark mage!"

Juckley wanted to say something more, but Avril waved her hand. "I don't want to hear any more of your lectures. Please leave!"

Jukele sighed helplessly, turned and left the room.
