A deafening roar echoed in the confined space, making Zhu Feifei's eardrums ring. He brandished the nine-bead bracelet in his hand, and golden light poured out like a storm, splitting the onrushing lunar monsters in two.

"I know, I know," Zhu Feifei said, while cautiously observing her surroundings.

He knew that Little White Ringwraith was right. Although these monsters were numerous, they were not very strong. The real threat was the sealed Moon Demon!

On the other side, Chang Juan and the old man were busy at the altar.

The old man, holding a whisk, chanted incantations, continuously channeling his energy into the altar. The runes on the altar shimmered with dazzling light, and a powerful force was brewing.

However, as time went by, the light on the altar grew dimmer and dimmer, and the old man's face grew paler and paler.

"No, the seal's power is too weak, I can't hold on much longer!" the old man said, his voice filled with weakness and anxiety.

Just then, the altar suddenly began to shake violently, and a huge crack appeared in the center of the altar.

"Oh no! The seal is about to break!" The old man's expression changed drastically, and he exclaimed in alarm.

A deafening roar erupted from the crack, and a powerful dark force instantly swept across the entire space.

"Go quickly!" the old man roared, then suddenly swung his whisk and pushed Chang Juan away.

"Senior!" Chang Juan exclaimed, wanting to go back to save the old man, but it was too late.

"Boom!"

The altar collapsed completely, and a huge black shadow slowly rose from the crack.

The dark figure was dozens of meters tall, exuding overwhelming demonic energy. Its appearance was beyond description; it was merely a distorted, writhing mass of dark matter, as if it were formed from countless resentments and hatred.

"This...this is the Moon Demon?" Chang Juan trembled with fear as she looked at the terrifying sight before her.

"Hehehe... How many years has it been? I have finally seen the light of day again!" The Moon Demon let out a sinister and terrifying laugh, his voice filled with resentment and madness. "Humans, your end has come!"

"No...no..." Wu Gang appeared in front of the altar without anyone noticing. He looked at the slowly rising black shadow with a look of despair on his face.

"Wu Gang, you're still alive?" Two beams of blood-red light shot from the Moon Demon's crimson eyes, locking onto Wu Gang.

"I...I..." Wu Gang's lips trembled, but he couldn't utter a word.

"You were involved in what happened back then! Today, I will make you pay for your crimes in blood!" The Moon Demon said, extending a huge claw towards Wu Gang.

"Senior!" Chang Juan exclaimed, trying to rush forward to rescue her, but was blocked by a powerful force.

"Don't come any closer! You're no match for it!" Wu Gang shouted.

“Wu Gang, you…” Chang Juan looked at Wu Gang’s desperate eyes and her heart was filled with grief.

"Girl, hurry! Take this child and leave this place!" Wu Gang said, suddenly waving his whisk and throwing a bead that shimmered with silvery-white light at Chang Juan.

"This is..." Chang Juan subconsciously caught the bead. It was cold to the touch, yet it contained a powerful energy.

"This is a sacred relic of the Moon Palace, the Moon Essence Pearl! It can protect you and take you away from here!" Wu Gang said. "Remember, you must survive and tell the world what happened here!"

"Senior, what about you?" Chang Juan asked.

"Me?" Wu Gang gave a bitter laugh. "I am the guardian of the Moon Palace. My mission is to protect this place and perish together with the Moon Demon!"

"No, senior, you can't do this!" Chang Juan shouted.

"Girl, hurry! It'll be too late if we don't leave now!" Wu Gang urged.

Looking into Wu Gang's resolute eyes, Chang Juan knew that saying anything more would be useless. She gripped the Moonbeam tightly in her hand, then turned and ran out of the cave.

"Trying to escape? Not so easy!" Seeing Chang Juan trying to flee, the Moon Demon roared and was about to give chase.

"Your opponent is me!" Wu Gang shouted, brandishing his horsetail whisk, and charged towards the Moon Demon.

"Overestimating yourself!" The Moon Demon sneered, extending a giant claw and slapping towards Wu Gang.

With a loud bang, Wu Gang was sent flying by the Moon Demon's claws, crashing heavily to the ground and spitting out blood.

"Senior!" Chang Juan stopped in her tracks upon seeing this, wanting to go back and save Wu Gang.

"Run! Don't worry about me!" Wu Gang shouted. "Remember, you must survive!"

Chang Juan gritted her teeth and ultimately chose to listen to Wu Gang and continue running towards the cave exit.

"Trying to escape? Not so easy!" Seeing Chang Juan run away, the Moon Demon roared and was about to give chase.

"Your opponent is me!" Just then, a voice suddenly rang out.

The Moon Demon stopped and turned around, only to see a familiar figure standing in front of it—it was Zhu Feifei!

"Zhu Feifei? You're still alive?" Moon Demon looked at Zhu Feifei, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes.

"Heh heh, thanks to you, I'm not dead yet." Zhu Feifei sneered, stretching his limbs and feeling his body full of power.

"Hmph, even if you're not dead, it won't change anything," the Moon Demon said disdainfully. "You think you can stop me?"

"How will you know if you don't try?" Zhu Feifei said, suddenly swinging the nine-bead bracelet in her hand, and a golden blade of light slashed towards the Moon Demon.

"A mere trick!" The Moon Demon sneered, extending a giant claw to easily block the golden light blade.

"You've got some skill, but that's not enough!" Zhu Feifei said, swinging the nine-bead bracelet in her hand again, sending even more golden blades slashing towards the Moon Demon.

"Roar!!!"

The Moon Demon was struck by the golden light blade and let out a series of miserable screams, but it did not retreat. Instead, it pounced on Zhu Feifei even more frantically.

"Come on! Let me, Old Pig, see just how powerful you really are!" Zhu Feifei roared, brandishing his nine-bead bracelet, and engaged in a fierce battle with the Moon Demon.
