The Netherworld Trench? Just the name is chilling enough. Zhu Feifei stared at the dark, bottomless trench before her and couldn't help but shudder. This trench was like the gaping maw of a gigantic monster, seemingly ready to devour any creature that dared to approach.

"Coral Girl, are you sure your people are imprisoned here?" He swallowed and asked Coral beside him for confirmation.

Coral's face was also a little pale, but her eyes were firm: "I'm sure. My master once sensed that the aura of my people came from here."

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go down and save them!" Zhu Feifei said, preparing to jump into the trench.

"Wait!" Coral quickly grabbed him. "The Nether Trench is extremely dangerous. You must be prepared."

"Prepare? What preparation?" Zhu Feifei asked, puzzled. "It's just a trench, how could it possibly be difficult for me?"

Coral shook her head helplessly; this person really was fearless.

“The Nether Trench is not only icy cold, but it is also home to all sorts of sea monsters,” she explained solemnly. “More importantly, the entrance to the Nether Trench has been protected by a powerful barrier set up by the Deep Sea Demon King.”

"A barrier? Is it that powerful?" Zhu Feifei frowned.

"Incredible!" Coral exclaimed. "Even my master couldn't break through this barrier easily."

"Then what should we do?" Zhu Feifei was really panicking now.

Coral took out a bead that shimmered with blue light from her bosom and handed it to Zhu Feifei: "This is a water-repelling bead. It will allow you to breathe freely underwater and resist some of the cold air from the Nether Trench. Take it."

Zhu Feifei took the water-repelling pearl and looked at Coral gratefully: "Coral, thank you!"

"You must be careful," Coral said worriedly.

"Don't worry, Miss Coral!" Zhu Feifei patted her chest. "I will definitely rescue your people and bring you back safely!"

After saying that, he leaped into the Netherworld Trench.

The water-repelling bead was indeed amazing. After entering the trench, Zhu Feifei did not feel any discomfort. On the contrary, she felt as if she were on land, able to breathe and move freely.

He looked around and found that the Nether Trench was darker and deeper than he had imagined, like a bottomless abyss.

The seawater was icy cold and visibility was extremely low, with only a few meters of the surrounding area visible.

"Xiaobai, this Netherworld Trench is terrifying!" Zhu Feifei couldn't help but say. "I feel like I've fallen into hell."

"Coward!" Little White Ringwraith's voice echoed in his mind. "This is nothing! And you're already scared?"

"I'm not afraid at all!" Zhu Feifei retorted stubbornly. "I'm just a little unaccustomed to it."

He continued to dive down, and suddenly he felt something entangle his feet.

He looked down and saw a huge tentacle tightly wrapped around his ankle, covered with suckers with incredible suction.

"Oh my god! What is this thing?" Zhu Feifei screamed in fright, and hurriedly waved her nine-toothed rake, trying to cut off the tentacles.

However, the tentacle was exceptionally tough, and no matter how hard he tried, he could not cut it off.

"Little White, help me!" Zhu Feifei called out to the Ring Spirit Little White in her heart.

"Idiot! Use your divine fire power!" Little White Ringwraith warned.

Zhu Feifei slapped her forehead and quickly switched the nine-bead bracelet to the Divine Fire mode.

A burst of scorching flame erupted from his hand, instantly turning the tentacles to ashes.

"Phew! That was close!" Zhu Feifei breathed a sigh of relief.

However, before he could recover, more tentacles emerged from the darkness and surrounded him.

"My God! What kind of monster is this?!" Zhu Feifei was terrified.

Just then, a huge figure slowly emerged from the darkness.

It was a huge, ferocious sea monster with octopus-like tentacles, shark-like teeth, and a pair of blood-red eyes.

“Deep Sea Demon King…” Zhu Feifei looked at the terrifying monster in front of her, her heart filled with fear.

He knew he was in big trouble.

Zhu Feifei gritted her teeth, inwardly lamenting, "I shouldn't have tried to be a hero! This sea monster is clearly no match for me!"

The deep-sea demon before them was enormous, as large as a mountain, its blood-red eyes fixed intently on Zhu Feifei. A ring of pitch-black energy swirled around it, and its tentacles swayed slowly, as if preparing a fatal blow.

Zhu Feifei steeled her resolve and yelled at it, "Hey! You big guy! This hero is warning you, get out of my way, or you'll regret it!"

The Deep Sea Demon ignored Zhu Feifei and instead let out a low, chilling laugh. Its tentacles suddenly lashed out, whipping up a powerful current that forced Zhu Feifei to stagger.

"This guy doesn't play by the rules!" Zhu Feifei thought to herself.

Suppressed by the current, Zhu Feifei gritted her teeth and switched the nine-toothed rake in her hand to "Blazing Mode." A burst of blazing flames erupted from the rake, dazzlingly bright in the dark depths of the sea.

"Taste my divine fire!" Zhu Feifei roared, swinging his rake at the tentacles.

The flames collided with the dark currents, creating a violent energy surge that seemed to instantly evaporate a large portion of the icy deep-sea water. However, the Deep Sea Demon King's tentacles seemed to have some resistance to the flames; although charred black, they still fiercely lunged at Zhu Feifei.

"Xiaobai, this monster just won't die no matter how I fight it!" Zhu Feifei cried out anxiously in her mind.

The Ringwraith White calmly replied, "Its core is between its eyebrows; you have to attack there!"

Zhu Feifei looked up and, sure enough, saw a faint purple light emanating from between the Deep Sea Demon King's brows. He suddenly flipped over, dodging the tentacles' pursuit, and swung his rake with all his might, aiming straight for the Demon King's brow.

Just as the rake was about to strike its target, the Deep Sea Demon King suddenly roared, and black mist surged around him, violently blasting Zhu Feifei away. He crashed into a huge seabed rock, feeling as if his internal organs were about to shift.

"It's over, I'm really going to die here..." Zhu Feifei barely managed to sit up, only to find that the Demon King had already condensed a huge black ball of light, which was smashing down on him.

"Zhu Feifei!" A clear voice rang out, followed by a bright blue light shooting from afar, instantly shattering the black sphere of light.

Zhu Feifei looked up and saw that Shanhu was rushing over with a long sword that emitted a blue light.

"Coral Girl! Why did you come down?" Zhu Feifei asked, panting.

Coral didn't answer, but stood directly in front of Zhu Feifei and stared at the Deep Sea Demon King: "Zhu Feifei, take a rest, leave the rest to me."

The blue longsword in Coral's hand seemed to contain some kind of powerful force, and when it confronted the dark energy released by the Deep Sea Demon King, it was able to neutralize it one by one.

"This sword is extraordinary!" Zhu Feifei couldn't help but exclaim.

Coral gave a cold laugh: "This is the sacred artifact 'Sea Abyss Sword' left behind by our people, specifically designed to deal with these kinds of deep-sea evil creatures."

Zhu Feifei immediately understood that the Coral Clan had some kind of deep-seated hatred with the Deep Sea Demon King, and that the Netherworld Trench might be an important relic of their clan.

The Deep Sea Demon King saw Coral approaching with a sword, and a hint of fear appeared in his eyes, but he still waved his tentacles and launched a frenzied attack.

Coral remained calm, unleashing a series of sword strikes, each a blue lightning bolt piercing the darkness. She seized the opportunity to remind Zhu Feifei, "I've already shaken its core! Quickly attack its brow with your flames!"

Upon hearing this, Zhu Feifei endured the pain and got up. He took a deep breath and channeled all his strength into the Nine-Toothed Rake. The blazing divine fire reignited, and he aimed at the Deep Sea Demon King's brow, hurling the rake with all his might.

"Boom!" The divine fire struck the target directly, and the Deep Sea Demon King let out a deafening scream. His massive body began to disintegrate, and the black aura receded like a tide.

"We did it!" Zhu Feifei shouted excitedly.

After the Deep Sea Demon King disappeared, a golden light shot out from between its eyebrows, transforming into a key engraved with ancient runes, which slowly fell to the ground.

Coral picked up the key, her expression complicated: "This is the key to the gate to the abyss. It seems my people are really imprisoned there."

Zhu Feifei looked at her, suddenly becoming a little nervous: "Miss Coral, is this Abyss Gate... more dangerous than the monster we just encountered?"

Coral nodded: "It's even more terrifying than the Nether Trench. But I have to go in and save them."

Zhu Feifei sighed, "Well, it seems I'll have to go on this adventure with you."

The two exchanged a smile, but just then, a deep rumble suddenly came from the depths of the trench, as if something even more terrifying was awakening.
