It was just an ordinary morning. Elhesen got up early to read and exercise. Kavi, having stayed up too late making models the night before, slept in for a while.

The window, which had been opened at some point, was wide open, and the curtains beside it swayed gently in the breeze.

But when Kavi regained consciousness and lifted the covers, the first thing he saw was a strange egg. Heaven knows how panicked and helpless Kavi was when he found an egg on his bed.

Kavi was speechless for a moment; he only thought the egg was beautiful. The pale white shell looked very smooth, and there were many small black dots on it, making it look like it had been splashed with ink.

The egg wasn't very big; it fit perfectly in Kavi's palm. Kavi carefully touched it; the shell felt quite hard, probably because it had been in bed for a while. It was still warm to the touch.

Just as Kavi was feeling lost and helpless, Al-Haisen, who hadn't seen Kavi get up for a long time, had already come to the bedroom.

"It's the window I opened this morning."

Elhesen remembered that he had opened the bedroom window after getting up that morning. The weather was warm, and Elhesen was worried that Kavi might catch a cold; he just wanted to let some air out. It seems that's where the problem lies.

Tina sighed. "I can only say you're incredibly lucky. This is a sunbird, not particularly beautiful. But they have a peculiar habit. They don't incubate their own eggs; instead, they place them in other birds' nests."

"Now, these birds have developed a new way of incubating their eggs. They place the eggs in human dwellings, mostly in warm places with fabric, such as beds or soft sofas in bedrooms."

Tinari nodded and added, "This animal is very intelligent. After learning that humans would not harm them, it learned to give its eggs to humans."

As she spoke, Tinari looked at Kavi, "So, do you want to keep this sunbird? The eggs of this bird are the easiest to hatch, as long as you keep the temperature right. Besides, sunbirds are very intelligent and easy to tame. Or, you can release it back into the wild."

Kavi hesitated. Given his personality, he was genuinely worried about such a small life.
