Looking at his charming and alluring wife, Shi Tingfeng could no longer bear it and decided to take control, proceeding at his own pace.

When Zhizhi could no longer bear it and her whole body was so sensitive that she almost had a cramp, Shi Tingfeng finally released himself.

Dong Yizhi complained, dissatisfied, "Isn't it better to do it the same way as before? You always remind the child, but aren't you afraid of hurting your child by using so much force?"

“If I hadn’t been liberated from the serfdom and started singing, I would be so hungry for you every time I saw you that I would want to tear you to pieces.”

Shi Tingfeng also complained, "Every time you make me look so messy, and then you just leave and go to sleep. Do you know how hard it is for me?"

After saying that, he gently placed Zhizhi on the bed, then took off their outer clothes and lay down together. Zhizhi listened to her husband's complaints in a drowsy state, occasionally making an "hmm" sound to show that she was listening.

She seemed to sense a familiar presence in her sleep and unconsciously snuggled closer to him. Shi Tingfeng took the opportunity to hold her tightly in his arms.

The days slipped away amidst Zhizhi's "exploitation" and her "unpredictable" moods.

By the time Zhizhi gave birth, a long time had passed. She looked at her crawling daughter and adored her precious daughter Shiyun, but she wasn't too keen on taking care of her.

So, we hired a live-in nanny. When Zhizhi has nothing to do, she plays with Xiaoshiyun. If she gets impatient, she asks Shitingfeng to take care of her.

Although she doesn't have much patience when it comes to taking care of children, she wouldn't be so careless as to let Xiao Yun spend too much time alone with the nanny.

That day, Shi Tingfeng braved the cold wind and entered the house to find his wife and daughter playing with toys on the living room carpet. His wife was playing even more enthusiastically than his daughter and didn't even notice him coming home. His precious daughter did see him, but his wife hadn't heard a thing.

"I'm back! What are you playing that's so fun?" Shi Tingfeng put down the file bag in his hand, walked over, picked up Xiao Shiyun, and kissed her repeatedly.

Then he handed the gift he brought to Zhizhi. Over the past two years, Zhizhi had become accustomed to Shi Tingfeng's gifts. No matter what the holiday was or what the day was, Shi Tingfeng would often bring her gifts.

Shi Tingfeng's real estate company is thriving, so he's not short of money at all.

The nanny came out of the kitchen and saw the master of the house return. Her face lit up with joy: "Sir, you're back! Perfect timing. Dinner will be ready soon. Please wait a moment."

As she spoke, the aunt rushed back into the kitchen to prepare.

Just as Xiao Yun was starting to look forward to going out to play, her mother secretly retired early and came to Lancheng with lots of bags, saying that she missed her granddaughter so much.

Looking at his mother, Shi Tingfeng scratched his head helplessly. "Mom, it's not that we don't want you to come and take care of the child, but you should call first if you want to come. What if something happens to you on the way?"

Shi's mother said nonchalantly, "Don't worry about me. I'm a grown woman, what could possibly happen to me? If I call you, I'll just have to trouble you to come pick me up."

"I know my home address; I can get there by taxi."

Dong Yizhi looked at Shi's mother and asked with concern, "Mom, have you eaten? I'll have the housekeeper make you something to eat."

Looking at her daughter-in-law, Shi's mother waved her hand happily, "I just got off the bus and I don't have much of an appetite. Let's eat together for dinner. I miss my little granddaughter so much. Where has she gone?"

"She's taking a nap right now, she'll be sleeping for about two hours."

Upon hearing that her granddaughter was sleeping, Shi's mother immediately stood up, ready to check on her sleeping darling.

Zhizhi quickly stopped her, "Mom, wait until she wakes up before you go see her. If you go now and wake her up, she'll cry and make a huge fuss."

Shi's mother assured her, "I went in quietly, how could I wake her up? It'll be fine."

Without waiting for Zhizhi to say anything more, Zhizhi glared at Shi Tingfeng as Shi's mother pushed open Xiao Shiyun's bedroom door.

Why didn't you stop your mother from going in?

Shi Tingfeng gently patted his wife's head and said with a tender smile, "Don't worry, my mom knows what she's doing. She's a teacher, after all, and she deals with children all the time. How could she not know?"

"How can that be the same? My daughter is only two or three years old, while the children your mother teaches are already seventeen or eighteen."

Seeing his wife's fury, Shi Tingfeng comforted her, "Let it go this time. From now on, I'll tell her what to do."

Seeing her indifferent husband, Dong Yizhi felt that her peaceful and quiet days were about to end...

Sure enough, a short while later, Xiao Shiyun's crying could be heard from the room.

Dong Yizhi rushed into the room and saw Shi's mother standing awkwardly by the bed, while Xiao Shiyun's face was red from crying.

Dong Yizhi tenderly picked up her daughter and gently coaxed her.

Shi Tingfeng also walked in and winked at his mother.

Knowing she was in the wrong, Shi's mother quickly said, "Oh dear, I was just pinching her cheek, I didn't expect Xiao Yun to wake up. I was really careful, but I still woke her up."

She comforted her, saying, "It's alright, it's good that she's awake now. If she plays a little longer during the day, she can sleep soundly until dawn tonight."

Dong Yizhi snorted, ignoring her slightly guilty explanation, and carried her daughter out of the room.

The atmosphere at dinner was somewhat awkward.

Shi's mother tried hard to find topics to talk about and ease the tension, but Dong Yizhi only responded perfunctorily.

After dinner, Shi Tingfeng pulled his mother aside and said earnestly, "Mom, you were wrong about what happened today. You saw it yourself; Zhizhi cares a lot about the child. We need to be more careful in the future."

Shi's mother sighed and said she would change in the future.

The next morning, Shi's mother got up early and prepared a sumptuous breakfast with great enthusiasm. She also apologized to Dong Yizhi and shared some tips on scientific parenting.

Seeing her mother-in-law's sincerity, Dong Yizhi's anger gradually subsided, and the family's peaceful life returned to normal.

However, Dong Zhizhi always felt a bit awkward at home because of Shi's mother's arrival. Shi's mother was a teacher, so she loved to nag about everything.

If Zhizhi wakes up late, she'll be nagged about how early to bed and early to rise makes you healthy; if Zhizhi loves snacks, she'll be criticized for wasting money and that it's bad for her health...

Not to mention other things related to the child, Shi's mother was always nagging about Zhizhi's faults.

Zhizhi knew in her heart that what her mother said made sense, but she had her own way of life and really didn't like being told what to do.

That day, Zhizhi finally couldn't hold it in any longer. Seizing the opportunity when Shi Tingfeng was home, she mustered her courage and said to Shi's mother:

"Mom, I know you mean well and for the good of our family, but I have my own way of life. Your constant nagging puts too much pressure on me, and I feel suffocated at home."

Shi's mother was stunned; she had never expected Zhizhi to be so direct.

Seeing this, Shi Tingfeng quickly stepped in to smooth things over: "Mom, Zhizhi is quite sensible. She just wants some space of her own."

After a moment of silence, Shi's mother slowly said, "It's my fault. I always thought about doing things my own way and didn't consider your feelings."
