From afar, the south gate of Cali City could be seen, but a group of soldiers approached and stopped the carriage, questioning the passengers. If Adam Andy had not dissuaded him, he probably would have used his noble status to intimidate the soldiers.

After two checks, the carriage finally entered the city of Kali. It was already close to evening. As the carriage traveled through the streets, the number of pedestrians decreased and the number of soldiers increased as night fell. This scene aroused the curiosity of the group.

The servant glanced at the group and replied, "Alright, please wait a moment." Then he headed towards the mansion.

Soon the servant returned to the gate, slowly opened it, and said, "The commander invites you. Please follow me."

Following the servant, the five entered Fei Qi's house and waited in the reception room. Soon, Fei Qi, dressed in military uniform, came into the reception room, greeted them with a smile, and said, "Oh, isn't this the famous Black Whale Squad? It's a pleasure to meet you!" After saying that, he stepped forward and shook hands with each of them.

After exchanging greetings, Fei Qi got straight to the point: "What brings you gentlemen here?"

“Here’s the thing, Commander Fezi, we were planning to go to the Spiritfall Forest via Kali City, but it seems that a curfew has been imposed in the city since last night.
