The next day, Su Yang, led by Lin Anlan and Lena, went to the second floor for a tour. The second floor was divided into four rooms, one more than the three rooms Su Yang had originally envisioned. Each room had a slightly different style, the only thing they had in common was the bathroom, which was uniformly equipped with a toilet and a shower array. The four bedrooms were probably decorated according to the two girls' preferences. Su Yang looked around and thought that as long as it was habitable, it was fine, so he didn't offer any further comments.

Lena seemed quite accomplished. She sat down comfortably on the sofa in the living room on the first floor, lit the fireplace, boiled water to make herself tea, and pulled Lin Anlan to drink tea with her. Su Yang was only thinking about finishing the wall construction as soon as possible so that he could manage the farm and live the secluded life he wanted.

After a morning of hard work, Su Yang had only completed half of the project. Despite the cold winter weather, he was drenched in sweat. Lena came out to take a look and, wanting to help Su Yang speed things up, found more than twenty strong men to help him. Sure enough, many hands make light work. With the help of Su Yang, the twenty-odd strong men managed to install all the thick wooden stakes in one afternoon. Not only that, but they also filled all the gaps with mud, and the wall was officially completed.

After the farm gate was installed, Su Yang could finally rest for a while. He was exhausted after a busy day. When he returned to the living room, Lena thoughtfully poured him a cup of tea. Su Yang took the teacup and drank it all in one gulp. He took a breath and said, "Miss Lena, thank you for your help. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to build the house so quickly. We can move out of your place tomorrow. Thank you."

Hearing Su Yang say he was moving out, Lena felt a pang of emptiness. Forcing a smile, she said reluctantly, "You're moving out so soon? I knew I shouldn't have helped you."

"Huh?" Su Yang asked, puzzled.

"Hey, when are you moving in tomorrow? And there are four rooms on the second floor, and the two of you can't sleep in all of them. Anyway, I'll be coming to visit often in the future, so don't be reluctant."

"Okay, you're welcome to come anytime." Su Yang grinned. As long as he could move out, he wouldn't feel awkward every day. Living in someone else's house every day just didn't feel very good.

The next morning, Su Yang packed his luggage, said goodbye to Lena with Lin Anlan, and arrived at their new home. After putting away his luggage, Su Yang started digging without stopping. He had already planned out the farmland in his mind. He spent the whole morning digging more than a dozen plots and dug a water ditch from the stream in front of the house to the vicinity of the farmland. That was considered a great success.

After buying many vegetable and fruit tree seeds at the market and planting them back at the farm, Su Yang clapped his hands, looking at the results of his hard work. He felt something was missing, and looking around, he realized he was missing a gazebo. It wasn't really a gazebo, but it could be used for sunbathing in winter. Without further ado, Su Yang took out the remaining materials and quickly built a small gazebo in an afternoon. His main goal was simply to make it functional; he didn't care about aesthetics.

After finishing all this, it got dark. Su Yang rewrote the four characters "Luoyin Farm" on a wooden sign that he had prepared beforehand and hung it outside the farm gate, signifying that Luoyin Farm had been rebuilt.

Su Yang's joy was palpable. That evening, he prepared a delicious meal to share with Lin Anlan and Lena, who had come to visit. After the food and drinks, Lena seemed unable to hold her liquor and fell asleep on the sofa shortly afterward. Su Yang drank his wine while looking at Lin Anlan, who was also somewhat drunk. He couldn't help but sigh that people in this world really couldn't hold their liquor. Perhaps it was because the winemaking process was not mature enough. He, who could only drink four ounces of baijiu, seemed to have never gotten drunk here.

Holding a wine glass, Su Yang went to the window. Pushing it open, he felt a biting cold wind rush in. Looking at the moonlight outside, he glanced back at the warm fireplace and lamplight inside. In this chilly night, Su Yang felt a sense of home. He shook his head, thinking it was just his imagination, until Lena, curled up on the sofa, murmured, "Cold, freezing cold."

Su Yang then came to his senses, closed the window, downed the wine in his glass, and returned to the table to clean up the leftovers. Lin Anlan was lying on the table, still tightly gripping the wine glass in her hand. Su Yang tried to take the glass from her to wash it, but Lin Anlan's grip was too strong. Su Yang had to pry her hand open, but as soon as he touched her hand, Lin Anlan grabbed Su Yang's wrist, and the wine glass fell to the table with a "clatter".

Lin Anlan murmured, "Su Yang, do you really not understand my feelings?"

Su Yang was startled and looked up at Lin Anlan, only to find her staring intently at him, as if trying to find the answer in his eyes. They stared at each other for a few seconds, then Lin Anlan rolled her eyes and collapsed again. Su Yang sighed, picked up a wine glass from the table, and said softly, "You're drunk." He then began clearing away the dishes, completely unaware that water droplets were constantly dripping onto the wooden board beneath Lin Anlan.

After getting everything settled, Su Yang carried Lin Anlan and Lena upstairs one by one and settled them in their rooms. He then went back downstairs and sat on the sofa, staring blankly at the firelight in the fireplace, as if it were all an illusion. Xiao Ju seemed to sense Su Yang's emotions, ran downstairs, jumped into Su Yang's arms, adjusted her position, and fell asleep comfortably.

The moonlight outside the window is cold and desolate, and the cold wind howls in and out, yet it cannot penetrate this small house. Whose heart is chilled by the cold night? And whose heart is warmed by the warmth of this fireplace? It is all so unpredictable that one can only endure the torment.

The next morning, Su Yang woke up on the sofa. The fireplace had already gone out, and the living room felt a bit chilly early in the morning. After relighting the fireplace, Su Yang did some simple exercises to warm up his body. He then opened the door and went outside. Looking at the seeds he had just planted in the field the day before, Su Yang sighed that this other world truly couldn't be judged by common sense. He had thought that seeds planted in winter would most likely not survive, but the local farmers said that this was not the case. They could survive all year round, as long as the elemental energy was sufficient every day. Su Yang used the light element to enhance the seeds' absorption of sunlight, ensuring their activity. He then returned to his room to prepare breakfast.

Just as Su Yang finished preparing breakfast, Lin Anlan came downstairs, plopped down at the dining table, rubbed her sleepy eyes, and yawned as she asked, "Su Yang, I didn't say anything strange to you last night, did I?"
