Genius in the whole system: The useless young lady dominates the world

It was a familiar and warm feeling, though extremely faint, but she was certain it was the scent of her parents' blood.

"Found it!" Lu Lingxi was shocked and her spirits instantly lifted. She immediately focused all her attention and tried to pinpoint the direction.

However, the space of the Ghost Realm was too chaotic, and the pull was sometimes there and sometimes not, making it difficult for her to pinpoint the exact location. Moreover, as she established a connection with that aura, the backlash from the Ghost Realm became even stronger, as if some powerful being had sensed her bloodline connection and was trying to sever it.

A cold and malicious force, following the direction of her bloodline, rebounded and attacked her soul.

"Uh..." Lu Lingxi groaned, her face turning deathly pale instantly, her forehead covered in cold sweat.

"Yao Yao!"

Nalan Rongzhi exclaimed in surprise and immediately poured his abundant demonic energy and elemental power into her body to help her resist the backlash.

Lan Yuan also unleashed his full water-based divine power, forming a solid water barrier that firmly protected the three of them inside, while vigilantly observing whether any new dangers might arise.

Lu Lingxi gritted her teeth and persevered. She knew this was a critical moment. If her soul was overwhelmed by this power, she would not only fail at the last moment, but might even be lost forever in this ghost realm.

She channeled her chaotic power with all her might to fight against the invading evil force, using her last bit of strength to try and glean more information from that faint bloodline connection.

In that faint pull, she felt a powerful sense of "binding," as if her parents were bound by some powerful force, unable to move. She also felt a trace of "obsession" to protect, as if they were protecting something important.

A sudden thought flashed through Lu Lingxi's mind. Combining the information she had obtained from the remnant soul of the general with the purpose of Hei Yuan entering the Ghost Realm, a terrifying guess formed in her mind.

The place where the parents were trapped is very likely the Eye of the Void, and what they were guarding might be the seal of the Eye of the Void. When the mother sacrificed herself to the God of Darkness, did she not perish, but instead somehow become connected to the seal of the Eye of the Void to suppress the evil god of darkness? And the father has always been by her side?

This conjecture shook her to her core. If her parents were there, then the place they were looking for was the Eye of the Void, and the Black Abyss—they wanted to break the seal and release the Dark God!

Lu Lingxi said in a heavy tone, "Based on the aura I sensed, I guess my parents should be in the Eye of the Void, and they are likely related to the seal."

Lan Yuan gasped, his expression turning extremely grave: "If that's the case, we must get there as soon as possible to stop Hei Yuan's actions. Otherwise, if the seal is broken and the Dark God descends, the consequences will be unimaginable!"

“That’s right!” Lu Lingxi looked in the direction from which the bloodline connection was coming from, her eyes filled with deep worry.

“The people from Black Abyss are definitely heading there too,” Nalan Rongzhi said in a deep voice. “We need to hurry.”

However, just as they were about to set off, a series of low roars came from the darkness all around.

Immediately afterwards, enormous black shadows slowly emerged from the void. They were huge and varied in shape, some resembling twisted beasts, others having vague human forms.

"Is he the guardian of the Ghost Realm?" Lan Yuan asked, his voice trembling.

A black shadow resembling a giant wolf opened its blood-red maw, revealing its fangs, and spewed out a thick ball of black flame. Wherever the flame passed, the space was scorched and distorted.

Another monster, waving its tentacles, swept towards them, leaving black, corrosive marks wherever its tentacles passed.

Upon seeing this, Nalan Rongzhi's demonic energy erupted instantly, transforming into an indestructible barrier that stood in front of Lu Lingxi and Lan Yuan.

The Azure Dragon Sword in Lu Lingxiyao's hand shone brightly, and her clear, cold voice echoed in the Ghost Realm, carrying an undeniable determination: "Let's fight our way out!"

Lu Lingxi and Nalan Rongzhi chose to force their way through, using the Azure Dragon Sword to clear a path. Demonic energy and elemental power transformed into sharp blades, tearing a gap in the encirclement of these ghostly creatures.

The monsters roared in resentment and gave chase. While fighting off the pursuers, they sped off in the direction their bloodline sensed.

They traversed distorted voids, dodging silently appearing spatial rifts, and defeating wave after wave of vengeful spirits and creatures corrupted by malevolent energy.

In an area filled with deathly aura, they encountered a group of enormous skeletal creatures that crawled out of the ground. They moved stiffly, yet possessed incredible strength.

Lu Lingxi Yao, wielding the Azure Dragon Sword, weaved through the skeletal remains. The power of chaos was specifically designed to counter these creatures, and each flash of sword light purified a portion of the deathly aura emanating from the skeletons.

Lan Yuan transformed into his true form—a gigantic blue sea monster—and unleashed towering waves that swept skeletal creatures into the water. The water-based divine power also had a suppressive effect on them.

The fierce battle lasted for a long time, and only when they finally purified the last skeletal creature did the deathly aura in the area lessen slightly.

"We must find the Eye of the Void as soon as possible." Lu Lingxi Yao swallowed a pill to restore her spiritual power, her expression becoming increasingly solemn.

Just then, the blood vessel between her brows suddenly became unusually strong, as if it were right next to her!

They immediately sped up, rushing through a fog-shrouded area, and the scene before them finally changed.
