Model worker and his little darling

Chapter 12: I should be the one to create the iconic scene.

Dorobiga Park, a unique and super amusement park in Tokyo with numerous large-scale rides, is always packed with people.

Looking at the bustling amusement park, Pingqing couldn't help but sigh that this was truly a wonderful place. It was both thrilling and exciting, as well as warm and romantic, but all of this was contingent on the absence of that certain detective boy.

Thinking of the momentous scene that was about to unfold, Pingqing disguised himself and created a unique look, squatting at the entrance of the amusement park waiting for Gin's arrival.

A loud, explosive engine roar came from afar, and a black 356A sped towards them, its imposing black color and retro design exuding an air of mystery.

The person who got out of the car was dressed in black, with flowing long hair and a unique aura.

Ping Qing clicked his tongue twice, "Elegant, truly elegant."

Gin spotted the urchin-headed guy squatting by the door and looked at him with disgust, realizing he'd been disguised as such a grotesque figure.

"Koto-chan~, what's wrong with your eyes? Don't I look handsome like this?"

Gin ignored the erratic Taira and walked straight ahead.

Vodka grinned widely when he saw this, it seemed that the older brother still liked him the most.

Pingqing didn't cause any trouble. He took out three tickets, and after the tickets were checked, the three of them entered the amusement park.

"Brother, there are even more people inside, so it's harder for us to observe the situation. How about we go ride the roller coaster? It goes through half of the amusement park, and we can observe the target better."

Gin lit a cigarette: "Lead the way."

"Big brother, this way."

Pingqing, imagining the blood-pumping scene that would unfold later, immediately pulled Gin aside: "Big brother, you guys fly in the sky... no, observe from the sky, I'll be in charge of observing from the ground, that's safer."

After saying that, he turned and disappeared into the crowd without looking back.

Watching the two walk away, Pingqing silently found a good spot, took out his binoculars, and hoped that Gin and Vodka would have a good memory.

"Speaking of Holmes's most remarkable quality, it's that when he first met his assistant Watson, he knew just from a handshake that Watson had been to Afghanistan as a military doctor..."

Hearing that irritating voice, Ping Qing thought to himself that the protagonist had arrived. But this Shinichi Kudo is more suited to be with Sherlock Holmes; why would he need a girlfriend?

To win Ran's affections, Shinichi Kudo must have saved the galaxy in his past life.

However, after all that he said last time, Shinichi Kudo didn't listen to a word. He finally managed to get a date, but he still had to bring Holmes along.

Then, Shinichi Kudo grabbed a young woman's hand and started babbling. Hirai vaguely remembered that she was the murderer. As expected of a Grim Reaper, he touched the murderer with a single touch.

Looking at Shinichi Kudo's smug smile, Hirai wanted to slap the emotionally inept Shinichi Kudo with karate instead of Ran. Hirai stroked his chin, thinking about how to vent Ran's anger.

Soon, Pingqing saw them and his older brother board the flying car. As the car swooped down, he noticed that Vodka was still holding his hat down, while Gin's hat looked like it was embedded in his head. Was he using super glue? Pingqing was very curious.

It's time to head to the entrance and watch the show.

Inspector Megure arrived quickly.

Pingqing looked at Gin and Vodka standing behind him. They were dressed in black and wearing sunglasses, and they didn't look like good people at all.

Gin interjected, "It was just an accident..."

Then Shinichi Kudo jumped out: "This is a murder case..."

Suddenly, a young police officer found a bloodstained knife in the bag of the victim's girlfriend, Aiko.

Seeing this, Gin said, "The culprit is that woman. Arrest her right now..."

Seeing that the evidence was irrefutable, Inspector Megure immediately ordered the arrest, and it was time to go home.

Shinichi Kudo jumped in again: "The culprit isn't that young lady..."

Seeing that Shinichi Kudo was still trying to show off his skills, Gin lost his patience, threw away his cigarette butt, and asked the murderer, "Where's the necklace around your neck?"

Pingqing was completely bewildered. When did Gin become so helpful? At this moment, Pingqing really wanted to grab Gin by the collar and ask, "Stealing the spotlight at the crime scene, is this what you call being low-key?"

Shinichi Kudo jumped in again: "The culprit used the speed of the roller coaster..."

Seeing this, Taira no Kiyoshi understood why Gin had hit him so hard.

Before Shinichi Kudo could finish speaking, the murderer burst into tears and knelt down twice: "That's right, I killed him. That man abandoned me heartlessly, so I had to kill him heartlessly."

Shinichi Kudo scratched his head. When did solving cases become so easy? The culprit confessed before he even finished explaining the method.

Standing in the crowd, Pingqing felt that the murderer was frightened by Gin. After all, Gin's aura and gaze were not something that ordinary people could withstand.

This killer is ruthless. On his first strike, he cut off her head and then acted like nothing happened. Someone like that would be perfect for working at a winery. Too bad, she's going to jail now.

As he left the crowd, Pingqing became excited. Here it comes, here it comes, the iconic scene is about to begin.

Hirakiyo waited at the transaction site, pulling out the baseball bat he had prepared long ago. Since he was already there, he figured he should be the one to create that iconic moment.

Let Gin stay out of the way; how can we let him do this kind of rough work?

Gin, seeing the smug grinning Pingqing, suppressed his aura and stood behind Pingqing: "What are you thinking about?"

The murderous voice almost made Pingqing's heart stop. He slowly turned around and saw that it was Gin, and breathed a huge sigh of relief.

He glared at Gin: "Big brother, why are you scaring me? You know, people can scare each other to death."

Before Gin could say anything more, he heard footsteps approaching and pulled Hirakiyo into the shadows.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Mr. Chairman," Vodka said with a grin, leaning against the wall with one hand.

Upon seeing the newcomer, the bald chairman hugged the box in his arms tightly: "You're moving so slowly. I've been waiting for two hours. I came alone."

At this moment, Shinichi Kudo also secretly followed. Hirai had already sensed Gin's murderous intent emanating from him, but Shinichi was too focused on Vodka and forgot about what was behind him.

Just as Gin was about to make a move, Hirakiyo stopped him, signaling him to go instead.

So, carrying a baseball bat, he quietly walked up behind Shinichi Kudo: "The light dancing at your fingertips is my unwavering faith! When you meet the King of Hell, remember to say 'Academy City.' Farewell, great detective."

When Shinichi Kudo heard the voice behind him, he turned around and saw a urchin-headed man in a white shirt. He was then knocked unconscious with a single blow.

Seeing blood flowing from Shinichi Kudo's forehead, Hirai glanced at the baseball bat, wondering if he had gone too far and accidentally killed Shinichi. Thinking about avenging Ran, he realized he might have been a bit too heavy-handed.

He reached out to check Ping Qing's breathing and breathed a sigh of relief; he was still breathing. A happy smile instantly spread across his face; he had finally accomplished this iconic moment.

Gin strolled over slowly from behind, and Vodka ran over carrying a suitcase.

Ping Qing pointed at Vodka and said to Gin, "Gin-chan~, I think Vodka needs some training. He didn't even notice being followed by a little brat, and he's completely forgotten how to counter-track. How can we entrust our brother's back to someone like this? I think it would be best to throw him into a training camp and teach him from scratch."
