In a dimly lit room, Billy lay fast asleep on his bed.

The room was a bit messy, with jerseys and shoes scattered on the floor.

On the bedside table, a magazine sat on the table, its cover featuring a scantily clad, sexy woman.

Penthouse, a well-known American men's adult magazine, entered the American market in 1969 and its sales once exceeded those of Playboy magazine by more than double.

Upon closer inspection, there were still quite a few white paper balls on the floor, indicating that the battle last night was quite intense!

After applying glue all night, Billy looks completely exhausted.

Suddenly, a chilling, biting wind blew in without warning, as if sweeping in from the underworld. Billy, lying on the bed, shivered involuntarily as the cold penetrated his bones, causing him to curl up involuntarily.

However, strangely enough, the room windows were clearly closed tightly without any gaps. Where did this cold wind come from?

Could it be that some unclean spirit has come knocking on our door?

This is clearly a sign of impending death.

A shadow silently appeared in Billy's room.

Even if the Grim Reaper himself appeared right in front of Billy, he wouldn't be able to detect it, let alone Billy who was fast asleep.

Clearly, Death's first target was Billy, and Death didn't plan for a long time; he acted immediately that very day.

The Grim Reaper, in his guise, wandered around Billy's room before coming to him.

A cloud of black mist detached from the Grim Reaper's avatar and instantly burst out of the room.

As the black mist reached outside the room, it grew larger with the wind, eventually transforming into a massive black dome that covered Billy's house.

In Billy's bedroom, a glass trophy placed above Billy's head catches the attention of Death.

The glass trophy has a conical top, making it appear particularly sharp. Judging from its size, it must also be quite heavy.

The glass trophy, which was originally placed quietly on the shelf, is now being slowly moved by a dark gray shadow. Under the control of the Grim Reaper, the glass trophy has been moved to the edge of the shelf. Now, with just a light touch, the glass trophy will slide off the shelf.

Death appears as a shelf near the top of the bed.

Then, the dark gray body turned into black mist and passed through the wall, and the incarnation of Death left Billy's room.

......

Not long after the Grim Reaper avatar left.

In the silent room, one of the screws securing the overhead shelf had begun to loosen and eventually fell off.

The tiny screw fell to the ground, making a slight noise, and without the support of this screw, the originally stable shelf began to sway slightly.

Then, as if propelled by an invisible force, the glass trophy slowly slid off the edge of the shelf.

The glass trophy fell from a height and smashed right into Billy's eye socket!

Blood gushed from Billy's injured eye, staining his cheeks and clothes, and also staining the white sheets.

The intense pain also jolted Billy awake from his sleep, and a piercing scream escaped his lips.

"Ah! My eyes!"

Billy clutched his wound tightly, his face as pale as paper, cold sweat beading on his forehead, and his lips trembling with pain. His cries grew louder and louder, as if the whole world could hear his pitiful screams.

Billy struggled to get out of bed and tried to leave the room to ask his parents for help, his face stained with blood.

Billy fumbled for the light switch in the dark and turned on the room light, but even after turning on the light, he still couldn't bear to look at the scene before him. Billy's eyes were already filled with blood, and the world in his eyes was even more crimson.

Barefoot, she stepped onto the floor and hurriedly took her second step before she could even stand firmly.

The carelessly discarded crumpled paper had sown the seeds of disaster, as Billy stepped on the damp paper without noticing.

Billy slipped and fell forward uncontrollably.

Plop!

Billy crashed heavily to the floor.

After the fall, Billy's body became completely still.

As Billy crashed to the ground, his head slammed violently against the floor. Horrifyingly, the once gleaming glass trophy pierced Billy's eye socket like an incredibly sharp dagger, embedding itself deeply into his head.

As time passed, Billy's body gradually became stiff and cold.

Billy's parents were also awakened by the piercing screams coming from Billy's room. They looked towards Billy's bedroom and felt a sense of foreboding.

Without even bothering to put on shoes, the two rushed out of the bedroom and ran to Billy's room.

I turned the doorknob, but the door didn't budge.

How could Billy not lock the door while secretly applying glue in the room?

Billy's father kept banging on the door, shouting, "Billy, what's wrong? Open the door! Billy!"

Apart from the banging on the door and Billy's father's shouts, there was no other sound in the house.

Billy's parents, seeing the bedroom completely silent, felt even more uneasy.

"Break down the door! Something must have happened to Billy!" Billy's mother stood to the side, her face full of anxiety and worry, her voice tinged with urgency and fear as she shouted.

The door was of good quality; it wasn't the kind of door that could be opened with a single ramming. Billy's father tried to ram it several times, and his shoulder ached from the effort, but he still couldn't open the door.

Seeing this, Billy's father could only run back to his bedroom and pull out a revolver from his bedside table.

He reappeared in front of Billy's door and fired several shots at the lock.

With the door lock broken, Billy's parents finally entered Billy's bedroom.

Upon entering, they witnessed a scene they would never forget.

Her beloved son lay lifeless on the cold, hard floor, motionless as if his soul had been ripped away.

The crimson blood flowing from his empty, lifeless eye sockets stained the entire floor of the room, creating a shocking and bloody scene.

"Billy!!!"

Billy's mother let out a wail, unable to accept what was happening before her eyes. As if she had lost all her strength in an instant, she collapsed into Billy's father's arms.

Billy's father, as if frozen in place, stared blankly at Billy lying on the ground. His body trembled slightly, his face was deathly pale, and his lips were tightly pressed together. Yet, he could not suppress the overwhelming grief and sorrow surging within him, and tears streamed uncontrollably down his cheeks.

......
