Yu Lian stared at his smile, her heart skipping a beat.

"Sister? What are you looking at?"

Yu Sheng waved her hand in front of Yu Lian.

Tang Chen asked, "Where are you planning to go?"

Upon hearing that there was a secret to hear, Yu Sheng was excited and eagerly urged, "I promise I won't tell anyone else, not even my sister. Tell me quickly what the secret is."

"Wow, so you're not afraid of being bitten by zombies? That's great!"

"There are also downsides, such as the system occasionally malfunctioning and becoming sluggish, requiring charging, and I'm almost out of power now."

"What should we do? There doesn't seem to be anywhere to charge it."

He looked around and finally his gaze fell on the car parked to the side.

He reached out and pulled Cang Xingyue up: "Come here, I'll take you to charge your car. You should be able to charge it in the car."

Yu Lian called out to her as she left, "Sheng'er, where are you going?"

Cang Xingyue took one end of the wire and said with a smile, "It's fully charged."

Yu Sheng asked in confusion, "When did you top it up?"

"You just topped it up for me."

Because I teased her, she gave me a funny and cute response, which made me feel great.

Seeing her stunned and bewildered expression, Cang Xingyue couldn't help but burst out laughing.

Seeing her laughing so hard she was shaking, Yu Sheng finally realized she had been tricked. She angrily threw away the charging cable, her face flushed, feeling both ashamed and annoyed.

"How annoying! You're always teasing me, huh!"

As she turned to leave, Cang Xingyue grabbed her arm, laughing and apologizing, "I'm sorry, don't be angry. You're just too cute, I couldn't help but tease you."

"Hmph! You big liar, you thorny assassin, I don't want to see you again!"

"Roar--"

The distant roars of zombies alerted the two instantly.

Looking around warily, I saw a group of zombies walking out from the yellow sand road; they were the same zombie horde I had escaped earlier.

The two exchanged a glance and ran into the abandoned factory.

The two people inside the factory seemed to have gotten along well, both with smiles on their faces.

"Sister! There are lots of zombies coming from outside!"

"Tang Chen! The zombie horde from before is coming again."

"What?!" The two exclaimed in surprise at the same time.

Tang Chen: "We need to leave as soon as possible."

He used the handrail to support himself as he stood up, and the pain in his leg made him frown.

Yu Lian quickly stepped forward to support him: "Let me help you."

I was initially hesitant to refuse, but after taking a step, a sharp pain shot through me. After a moment's hesitation, I said, "Thank you for your trouble."

"It's no trouble at all. I'm the one who hurt you, so it's only right that I do these things."

The group arrived at the car. Yu Lian helped Tang Chen sit in the back seat, while Yu Sheng sat in the passenger seat. Naturally, the task of driving fell to Cang Xingyue.

Cang Xingyue sat in the driver's seat and tried to start the car, but the front of the car was damaged and it took some effort to start.
