The fat man felt the pain getting worse and worse, so bad that he wanted to roll around in agony, but he dared not move his back and could only keep twitching.

"Fatty, where does it hurt?" Wu Xie squatted down, trying to help Fatty up.

"My back... my back... it's burning, like it's going to catch fire..." The fat man gritted his teeth and forced out a complete sentence.

"His back, is it broken? Black Glasses, you're a medical student, come and take a look at Fatty." Wu Xie got up, walked to Black Glasses' side, and pulled him towards Fatty.

Black Bear pursed his lips; the fat man didn't look like he had a broken bone at all, but he didn't say anything. Finally, he squatted down and pressed on the fat man's back a few times, asking, "Does it hurt?"

Before the fat man could answer, Wu Xie noticed red marks appearing on his back, as if he had been injured by an animal's claws.

Black Bear also saw the mark. He touched the reddish spot with his finger, and a wisp of smoke rose the moment his finger touched the skin, as if something had been roasted.

Hei Xiazi got up and looked at his fingers, which were also red. He felt the burning pain that the fat man had mentioned, but the area affected was small, so there was no immediate danger. However, it seemed that his fingers were the ones that had been burned.

He shook his hand, trying to ease the pain, but it didn't help.

Just as he was looking at his fingers, Ling Xiao quietly walked up behind him. Xie Yuhua wanted to call out to him, but was stopped by Ling Xiao's gesture of silence. Xie Yuhua nodded in agreement and did not make a sound. Then, Ling Xiao suddenly pushed Hei Xiazi, sending him towards the position where the third hellhound's head was.

Caught off guard, Black Bear was actually pushed forward. Facing the three-headed dog, Black Bear simply greeted it with a "hi" and turned to leave.

As he turned around, the thing on his back began to throb violently, making it hard for him to breathe. Black Bear reached for his pistol and quietly cocked it.

The dog first sniffed and licked behind the black bear, then began to wag its tail excitedly, bit down on the black bear's back, and with a forceful pull, ripped the thing off the black bear's back.

The uncomfortable and suffocating feeling vanished instantly, without a trace of pain. The long-lost ease made Hei Xiazi involuntarily straighten his back.

Black Bear looked behind him. The dog formed by the third head was waving its claws at the air, baring its teeth and giving a fierce warning, then dodging and attacking again. Black Bear knew that it was having a fierce battle with what was behind it.

In this dog-eat-dog world, he really has to thank the young master.

"Waaah, young master, why did you suddenly push the blind man out? He scared the blind man to death!" The long-standing problem was solved just like that, and Black Bear was in a rare good mood. He pretended to be shy and ran back to Ling Xiao. His words were reproachful, but his tone didn't mean anything by it.

In Ling Xiao's eyes, it was quite an eyesore for Hei Xiazi, a tall man of 185 cm, to perform such a move.

Ling Xiao took a step back.

"Young Master has to compensate the blind man." Seeing that he couldn't hug the person, Black Bear had no choice but to grab Ling Xiao's arm and say.

"Knowing the kid is trying to help you, don't push your luck. You should use this time to think about how to help Fatty," Xie Yuhua warned, then ruthlessly pulled the kid's sleeve back.

"Lingzi, how do you know Black Glasses will be alright? You know how this dog injured Fatty like this, right?" Wuxie seemed to have grasped the key point. As long as they knew how Fatty was injured and where he was injured, wouldn't it be much easier to treat him? It's better than knowing that Fatty was injured but not being able to find the wound.

“I didn’t know before, but I do now.” Ling Xiao glanced at Hei Xiazi and said, “The third head is specifically for eating souls.”

"The hellhound has three heads: one breathes fire, one spews poison, and one eats people's souls." Cheng Yu's face was scrunched up as he repeated Ling Xiao's words, trying to clear his mind.

"So, it's still a one-stop service," Wu Xie remarked after hearing Cheng Yu's retelling.

"What do you mean?" Jieyuhua sensed that Wuxie had discovered something and hurriedly asked.

"Look at this! One poisons people to death, another cremates them, and the last one even eats their souls. Isn't this a one-stop service?"

The eloquent speaker: ...he asked unnecessary questions.
